I'm extremely grateful for the eating practices I've learned from your book Great Taste No Pain plan. I was having constant reflux pain and burning.
The ENT told me there was even evidence of the acidic burning of reflux as far up as my throat. I had tried not eating two hours before bedtime and bought a wedge pillow to elevate my head. I was on daily omeprazole but it wasn't helping. My insurance company would not okay stronger medicine.
Frustrated and discouraged, I was saved after talking to a friend who had been cured of reflux by visiting your website and purchasing your books. I began the eating plan and quickly didn't need medication for my reflux anymore! I also feel calmer and happier in general. What a difference your program has made in my life---and best of all, it's natural and doesn't include costly medication. That's been my wonderful experience with Great Taste No Pain.

I am happy to report that after using your Great Taste No Pain plan on Saturday and this very morning my pH strip results were at a nearly optimal level. Yay! Please tell Mrs. Brescia that my mother and I are her biggest fans.
We both have the Great Taste No Pain books and we discuss the newsletters daily especially because Mrs. Brescia seems to read our minds, very often her letters touch on conditions we have just discussed.

Thank you so much for the Great Taste No Pain program. It does really work. I have been using it and I feel so much better. I eat out with my family and I never knew it was so easy. I wish I had found this program years ago is the only negative thing I have to say.
I have had IBS since 1997 and the pain and misery was terrible, keeping me from daily enjoyment of my life. I have had GERD's for 10 years taking all the worst medications. My sister was diagnosed with Diverticulitis last month and I was desperate to find help for both of us.

Thank you so much for all of your hard work....I have been on the GTNP way of eating for about 6 months.....I feel so good I ordered 3 more plans for my daughters. I have not had to take antacids, stool softeners, extra fiber stuff, since I started. My allergies are much better too.
I have been taking your Probiotics for about a year now....everybody in my office has been sick this year so far at least twice - except me! Love your products and would not be without them.

I must admit that I was a skeptic when I first read about your Great Taste No Pain plan to normalize my IBS symptoms. After 3 months of persistent diarrhea, I was diagnosed by my physician as having IBS. I tried Lomotil and Imodium to correct the diarrhea to no avail. Then I tried your plan and by the second day I noticed a marked improvement and was back to a normal bowel movement by day 4. WOW! I could hardly believe the results. Even my doctor was surprised.
For the past 15 years I have been taking a PPI (Losec) and antacids to control GERD and a hiatal hernia. I am now off these meds and experiencing little or no acid reflux.

Since I got your book Great Taste No Pain plan I soon put it to action I have suffered from Reflux and Heartburn for many years and like many others have been taking Nexium 40mg which helps but does not cure, so I had nothing to lose but try Great Taste No Pain.
During my first 4 days No Reflux No Heartburn I lost weight and I felt FANTASTIC I continued eating the recommended foods.
After my first 4 days I phoned my brother who was suffering with Diverticulitis and under doctors medication, spoke to his wife Pat told her about Great Taste No Pain and how it was helping me and look on the net so she did that and bought the book.
We have been in constant contact and she has been following through on my brother’s progress day by day she claims in a couple of weeks he is a new man. Sherry, we are a close family of 8 children and live within 30ks from each other.
We had a family reunion and the topic of the day was Great Taste No Pain 3 more books are on order and will continue to promote this wonderful Godsend have been off Nexium and feel GREAT.

I purchased your Great Taste No Pain plan a month ago and have lost 10 lbs. [which I was only about 10 to 15 pounds overweight to start with] and feel much better. I have acid reflux and it got to the point I couldn't afford the Dr. bills so decided to try this.

I had been diagnosed with IBS since 1970's. I was given medication for it. Through the years, I have had to take laxatives. Back in those days, you did not have internet and could not find any help.
Back in 2007, I went for tests and was diagnosed with GERD and given that purple pill to swallow and was told I had IBS also. Also, the doctor wrote a prescription for GI cocktail which I had to take daily too. After talking this medication for a while, I knew there had to be a better answer than doctor pushing pills down your throat.
But in 2008, I was on the internet that day and found your Great Taste, No Pain plan and ordered it. I received it and could not believe how I was eating incorrectly and combining my food wrong. No wonder so many people have digestive problems. It took several weeks for my body to readjust itself before I got better. I have been on your diet so long; I do not have to look at the book very much. I have it memorized.
I love your recipe book. My favorite is Sherry's Outrageous Spaghetti Sauce. I love it. I half it, and put the rest in different containers to eat another time. I love your recipes I have made, my mother-in-law is borrowing them right now.
I thank the Lord I found your website. I wish more people could find about you and how to combine foods.
