I have tried your Great Taste No Pain plan and a few of your recipes. I'm hooked on the
carrot & cilantro soup! I feel like a gourmet cooks (my husband loves that I’m cooking) I HAD BEEN taking prilosec for a few years for acid reflux and an ulcer. I was also diagnosed with diverticulitis. I have had rectal bleeding which the doctor's can't find a reason for. It's not everyday, but when it happens, there's a lot of blood. In the last few weeks there hasn't been a lot of blood, like before. I've been following the plan for maybe 4 weeks now and have taken off 9 pounds (without being hungry). My stomach doesn't hurt or make those embarrassing sounds anymore.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank you!
God Bless You, Sherry!

Dear Sherry,
I have tried your Great Taste No Pain plan and it's been a God send! I have suffered for 41 years with one upper or lower GI ailment after another, spastic colon, ulcers, acid reflux and any number of other things the Dr.'s could seem to come up with.
I saw your program when looking at symptoms for H-Pylori and decided to try it. What did I have to lose I thought! WOW!!! I feel great!!! Thank you from the bottom of my GI tract!!!
This is working for me and I'm passing it on to my family members as they
too have these same problems. My husband says thank you also, he says I have
an energetic wife again.

Thank you.
I take medicine that I can not stop taking. Right until I read about your Great Taste No Pain plan I've put up with a lot of pain and uncomfortable nights...and just accepted it. Yesterday I based my eating on your recommendations. For the first time in a long time, I've not only been without acid reflux, but had none during the night. One Day!
So I thank you so much!
Thanks, you are an angel!

Thank you very much for your Great Taste No Pain plan for Acid Reflux. I am certainly
pain free, which is good because it was over my heart region and it concerned me although the doctors assured me they did not think it was my heart.
The reflux has improved greatly. I am not taking my nexium anymore.
I thank you very sincerely for your helpful advice. I am very appreciative
of it.
I would recommend others to try the diet as it is so simple to stick to and
gives great relief.

Hi Sherry,
I am a 72 year old woman who has had IBS-C since I was a teen-ager. For the last year and a half I've been taking Miralax and Metamucil for it. About 3 months ago I started to develop other problems...loss of appetite, stomach pain, indigestion, etc.
I even went on a 2 week vacation at the end of June with these symptoms and made the best of it. When I returned I went to my gastroenterologist who ordered an endoscopy.
I was still very bothered by constipation. The endoscopy revealed that I had gastritis, hiatal hernia, and GERD disease. I was prescribed omeprazole to be taken once a day and given a sheet that told me general information on acid reflux...what to avoid, etc.
A friend told me about "combining" foods properly. I found your website and ordered your Great Taste No Pain plan. I've been trying to follow your recommendations. I use the pocket chart a lot. The good news is this: I am feeling so much better. I know that the combining is working and feel more encouraged every day to keep up with it.
What I most appreciate about this program and your encouragement through the daily emails and "pep talks" is that I finally feel that someone cares. I feel like I'm being heard.
Thank you Sherry for making each one of us feel like we have someone working with us.

Dear Sherry,
For several years I had dealt with extreme pain in my breastbone and unable to eat much except oatmeal and bland foods. Over the years I had been diagnosed with diverticulosis, IBS, chronic constipation, hiatal hernia, acid reflux disease and probably a few more I am forgetting. I have never been given much hope from medical doctors or much guidance and direction; but I have been given a number of prescriptions.
It’s time I tell you what a God-send you have been to me. After 4 days on the Great Taste No Pain eating plan I was a believer in this as a way of life for me. For the first time in years I was able to eat fruit! I ate it on an empty stomach and had no pain or difficulty whatsoever; now I eat grapefruit or pineapple or whatever I want. I am truly amazed. I have your whole package and have been living successfully by it for 6 months now. I have cooked almost every recipe in your cookbook and they are delicious!
Over the years, I had asked my doctors (including a gastroenterologist) for a diet or some guidelines for what food to eat many times over the years. The answer was always for me to just watch and see what foods give me difficulty and then to avoid those. Frustrating! Never gave me any help because it wasn't the foods I was eating, it was the WAY I was combining them with other foods. WHY? WHY can't doctors latch onto this wonderful help to give their patients?
I used to have a problem with extreme "fullness"; I would eat a small amount and would feel as if I had eaten a ten course meal. Now, as long as I follow Sherry's plan I never have this problem. I also never have gas, even though beans are a regular part of my diet; this is nothing short of a miracle! The proper combining of foods has been the main help for me; but I also do best heeding the other given guidelines as well.
Sherry, I have told so many people about this way of life! I am just a strong believer because of the help that I, personally, have received. I can't thank you enough! Thank you is not a strong enough word!
God bless you and keep you and allow you to continue to help so many who suffer and who the medical field is failing

Then last year I went to the ER coz I had chest pains and difficulty breathing and thought I was going to have a heart attack (runs in the family). After all the tests, the cardiologist couldn't find anything wrong with me, thank God, so he referred me to a GI. He did endoscopy and colonoscopy which were negative. The GI said that I ""probably"" have acid reflux and prescribed ""protonix""! I was horrified that he readily prescribed something for his ""guess work""!
Remembering your website, I readily adopted your plan and ordered the Great Taste No Pain plan. I haven't had a single symptom of the ""acid reflux"" causing chest pain since then! Now, I think it was probably heartburn!
I promote your Great Taste No Pain plan to friends and family but sadly some people have to suffer first and driven to desperation before they will listen to the voice of experience!
Thanks for all your efforts and may God bless you and your family
continually.

Hi Sherry,
I’m actually signing the praises. Last night I slept like a rock. I have not done that in months without taking ½ of an Ambien. I followed your Great Taste No Pain plan just one day. This morning I looked at myself in the mirror and I saw a different me.
I stepped on the scales and had dropped 3 pounds, like a flash! Had an awesome relief bowel movement and looked 10 lbs thinner. I was totally bloated with excess air.
I just started my 2nd day. I’m not even hungry.
Wow, I’m so excited! I knew I was not eating very much. I became so frustrated, that around 1:00 am in the early morning hours, I would wake up with Reflux. I slept on 5 pillows almost sitting up and then grabbed the Tums. My doctor told me to chew. I was tired all the time and wanted to take a nap in the middle of the day. I never go more than 4 hours of sleep. ...
You need to appear on Larry King live. It would help change the world.
I hate pills; I have so many friends who live on all types of antic aids. They are afraid to get off of them. I knew there had to be a better way out there to be healthy.
If only my precious sister, who passed away 5 years ago from stomach cancer had known about this method.
Thanks for all your research, you need to tell the world.

Hi Sherry,
My story began in 2005 when I developed a severe chronic cough and asthma for a year. The cough was so bad that it was affecting me at work. I couldn’t attend a meeting. I couldn’t do a simple presentation. The cough – besides frustrating – was bothering everyone to the point colleagues were leaving me medicine at my desk – just to help me make the cough disappear! The cough got so bad that my wife thought I wouldn’t live for another week - when I ended up in the hospital with pneumonia.
Doctors couldn’t figure out what my problem was and because I had asthma symptoms they simply said: “your problem is asthma”. To which I replied “Asthma? What triggers it?” They said”well... it could be anything, cold weather, pets, stress, who knows”. I then went on all kind of asthma puffers, the orange one, the green one, the blue one, etc, and indeed they did help but the inner condition was still there. In that year of chronic cough, I never complained about acid reflux, never noticed bad taste in my mouth. Except for one time when I was prescribed a strong anti-acid medication. That was the only two weeks I didn’t visit the doctor in that year. It was only then - as a pure fluke – that my real problem was identified; acid reflux
An endoscopy was performed and a Hiatal hernia was found. I was then prescribed with the “purple pill” for life... I couldn’t believe that being at 30s I would have to start taking a pill for life. I didn’t want to, but the threats of esophagus cancer were there. The secondary effects of the pill were noticeable but tolerable. I went on this pill for a year. At that time I started to make the relationship of food verse my cough and asthma. Because of a 24h PH test I had to stop taking the pill for two weeks prior to the test. When I reintroduced it, the secondary effects of this pill hit me quite bad that my search for answers on the internet started. I was mad then when I found out the damage this pill (and other antiacid pills) could do. I decided I had to find a natural cure for my problem, one without involving pills.
I found a couple of methods on the internet and they did help me to keep me off the pill. However, I would have my bad weeks and my good weeks.. There was still something not right and I didn’t know what it was.. It was when someone told me about your Great Taste No Pain plan.
I was skeptical at first - having the previous experience with other methods, but in my quest for more knowledge and answers I decided to try your Great Taste No Pain plan and I ordered it.. Wholly!!... If I had only know about Great Taste No Pain first!
Great Taste No Pain is the Holly Grail I was searching for. I’ve been on this method for a couple of months and completely symptom free. I am absolutely convinced this method works. It is simple. It just makes sense. You eat healthy food, not weird stuff or estrange pills. I feel super. I now know exactly what was going on with my stomach back then. I am following this method by the book and if I cheat the bad way, I would notice it with some mucus and a bit of sore throat the next morning. The most valuable aspect of this method is that I now have absolute control of my problem. That in itself is “priceless”.
I am a thin person and I lost 5kgs the first weeks I started with this method. What I noticed is that I my belly went pretty much fat free and my abdominal muscles look better. What else can you ask for?
For all of you who don’t believe in this method, I can only reinforce it.. It works, follow the simple plan and you will see. If you have problems with your stomach, this method will change your life!
Thanks for all the help Sherry!

Hi Sherry,
This is only my second week since I started your Great Taste No Pain program. Since I started I have not experienced any acid reflux or any diarrhea, which were the two problems I was having. I have also lost five pounds since I started a week ago.
I am determined to keep going and make this eating plan permanent.
