I've been properly combining my food for the past three weeks. My problems go beyond continual acid reflux and embarrassing, putrid-smelling gas. Due to rectal tearing during childbirth I have weakened stool control, which means I can't hold back gas...and loose bowels are a nightmare!

I ordered your Great Taste No Pain plan about 2 months ago and it has been a life changer for my husband. He asked me to order it because he was suffering from
acid reflux and the night before he had not slept because of such severe acid.
We started the new way of eating the day we got your books and I can honestly say that neither of us has had any additional stomach problems.
The best part of this new program is; My husband has suffered from Migraine headaches for over 25 years. He has been to several Dr's but no one has successfully helped him with the headaches. About a year ago I started to get this dry scratchy cough which was very annoying each morning when I awoke. I put up with it for about ten months before I went to the doctor to get it checked out. After several tests I was diagnosed with acid reflux and stomach ulcers. After two months on Nexium and another test, the results indicated acid reflux and a sliding hiatal hernia. The remedy, another prescription for Nexium with 11 repeats.
This did not sit well with me so I went on line to explore other remedies. Fortunately I came across your web site for Great Taste No Pain and immediately called to order it. Within a few days I was feeling better both physically and mentally.
(I am in the process of moving) I now feel great and am completely off the pill. The other day I met an old friend who I haven't seen for years.

I bought your Great Taste No Pain plan nearly a month ago. I had been struggling with reflux, bloating and continue to be challenged by Osteopenia. I have always eaten very healthy, controlled my weight, and been active with exercise and outdoor hobbies. I have suffered on and off for the past 7 years not understanding what was behind with these very uncomfortable symptoms. Yes, I was one of those patients directed by several physicians to take the "purple pill". I did in fact get relief. But I knew that the purple pill was reducing my stomach acid which is not natural. Therefore, I knew taking the rest of my life was not an option. My symptoms are SO much better! I'm actually enjoying eating again, now that I am food combining.
I have been addressing my digestive issues with food combining from Sherry's book, focusing on proper food combining.

I put my husband on your Great Taste No Pain plan. (I do all the cooking and shopping so it was easy, he only ever eats what I give him!!) he's been suffering from acid reflux for a few years now. We've tried various different diets because he didn't want to take medication, but last week I noticed he'd bought Rennies so your plant was the last resort.
After the first meal he noticed a difference. Its 4 days now and he's feeling great plus he's not as 'windy' as he was thank goodness!

I’m quite sure you will have a lot of well deserved success with your Great Taste No Pain program which, by the way I have bough and I must say it is worth every penny (or should I say cent, as you are American). The books arrived so quickly!!
I have suffered on and off for I can’t remember how many years with severe esophagitis as a result of a hiatal hernia and acid reflux which has caused me immense pains in my chest and shoulders. At first I was treated for muscular pain as I thought I had pulled a muscle at gym. After about six months when the pain had gotten worse I had a bioscope which revealed that I had a hernia, ulcers and acute esophagitis.
When the esophagitis returned I went to the doctors for tablets. I then went on the Web and it was there that I saw your Great Taste No Pain plan. I stopped taking the tablets. I am now almost pain free (as you said it will take a little longer as the esophagitis was quite server) I only get pain when I walk for a long time - I live up a very steep hill that I have to clime on my way home from the train station. I no longer slump over my desk or steering wheel of my car as a result of the pain. I sometime couldn’t stand or sit up strait. I also do not have acid reflux any more or a sour bitter taste in my mouth.
I’ve tried some of your recipes and I have no complaints there. All in all I am one happy customer and getting better by the day.

I have been following your Great Taste No Pain plan for over a month and I am so pleased with the results. I also stopped taking Nexium and Zocor.
I am so thankful for the day I sent for your plan. I had all the ailments you had plus being Lactose Intolerant. I have been miserable for years and could never figure out what was causing my problems. Finally at 72 I have relief and thankful for each day that I feel good.

To start I just want to recommend your Great Taste No Pain program to everybody that has stomach trouble. I've been on the program for about a month and I'm so thankful since I stopped taking Omeprazole!! Before the program I was taking a tablet twice a day!
