Yes I have been on the Great Taste No Pain plan, with great success. I have a hiatus hernia, reflux & diverticulosis. After trying your plan for 1 week I am feeling much, much better. I am still taking my reflux medicine however I find I am having to take it less often.
Many thanks,
Garry Dobson
Dear Sherry,
I am an 83-year-old retired military officer who has battled constipation, GERD, and diverticulosis for many years. An upper endoscopy in 2007 found a benign grade 1 Esophagitis that the doctor prescribed that I take Nexium for the rest of my life. A recent attack of diverticulosis was treated with antibiotics and a follow up colonoscopy with no polyps discovered.
I have been following your Great Taste No Pain Plan for the past three weeks and have stopped taking Nexium. I can't tell you how much better I am feeling. I no longer have any digestion problems nor am I constipated. I have even lost some weight. Although I still need to improve on my diet there is no question your program really works.
Thanks for helping me.

Thank you Sherry for your Great Taste No Pain plan. The second day of the program I had more energy than I had had in years. I was no longer bloated or constipated. My cognitive abilities seemed to have improved. I am a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump, who has tried for years to control the diabetes, but without the success I would have liked. As result of you Great Taste No Pain! Program I using much less insulin than I have in the past. I no longer have food cravings.
I received a diagnosis of diverticulosis May 18, 2009 the next day I did an internet search of diverticulosis because the doctor only gave me a pamphlet describing the disorder and treatments which could end in surgery of the colon. I decided that was not an option for me. When I did the search your web address was the first entry, I went no further. I ordered you program immediately.
Thank you for sharing your program.
Mary
Dear Sherry,
I have mild diverticulosis as in shown in my colonoscopy. I know that your Great Taste No Pain plan has helped me to have less indigestion and discomfort.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,

Hi Sherry!
I had a routine colonoscopy and the Doctor said I had Diverticulosis. That is when I went online checking about Diverticulitis and found out about your site. I ordered the Great Taste No Pain Plan. I have now been on it for 3 days and yesterday evening and today I did not have the gas problem I have had in the past. I'm looking forward to even more positive responses in my body.
Thanks!

Hi Sherry,
My daughter forwarded your website to me. I started your Great Taste No Pain plan last week. Having been diagnosed with diverticulosis four years ago after a colon scope, I watch the foods that cause a problem like seeds and nuts so take Benefiber daily to help with constipation.
I immediately stopped having any indigestion and most days felt satisfied and not hungry. The weekend brought a church potluck with wonderful foods. I have lost 4 lbs. in this amount of time and starting back today.
Thank you,
Jody Ledj
Hi Sherry,
I am 70 years of age. I was one of those who could eat about anything without any negative results; until this year. During the month of February of 2009 I dealt with constipation for over 2 weeks and spiked a fever, which led me to a 4 day hospital stay. The final diagnosis was diverticulosis and infection of my colon. I was given antibiotics to clear up the infection and after multiple tests and was given a clean bill of health and sent home.
I figured that I needed a life style change and begin to research a better way to eat. I don't know what button on the computer I hit, but it took me to the Great Taste No Pain site. After reading about your wonderful service, I was somewhat suspicious, because it sounded too good to be true. I decided to try your Great Taste No Pain plan. After the 4th day I could not believe the how good I felt. I don't believe that it was an accident that I found your site, I truly believe that God sent me there.
Thank you so much,
Glenn Rorrer
Dear Sherry,
I have been on the "Great Taste No Pain" diet for about a month, now.
I have been diagnosed with diverticulosis/diverticulitis for about 7 years now and have had an average of two painful attacks a year requiring the usual treatment of antibiotics, etc. My doctor recently said I also have IBS because of the year-round abdominal and bowel problems I experience. I am 62 years old, overweight, have arthritis, spinal stenosis, and stable pericardial effusion (and have been tested 3 times for lupus - which so far has been negative.) So, although I am in fairly good condition -- able to work, etc., you can see that most of the time I am still "a few sandwiches short of a picnic!"
On Jan. 5, 2009, I had vascular surgery. The surgery went well, but I was sick to my stomach and could barely eat anything for about a week. When I started to feel better and eat again, I got the worst attack of diverticulitis I had ever had. This time I did not respond at all to the antibiotic and clear liquid regime.
And during the time that I was on the antibiotics, I also came down with a very bad upper respiratory infection. I basically lost the whole month of January to illness. I was sick and scared. I called the doctor and all he said was if the abdominal pain didn't go away, he would order (yet another) CAT scan. Well, I was truly discouraged and feared facing a colostomy in the future. S
Somehow I found your website and started following the Great Taste No Pain plan. I did see dramatic results within 4 days.
And am truly amazed that having a BM is as easy as 1-2-3 just like you said! I never thought that possible because all my life and I mean all my life because I remember being 3 years old, and being in kindergarten, and grade school, and high school, and college, and grad school, and working, and marrying, and raising a family, and working some more, and always, always, always having bowel problems, stomach aches, diarrhea, and "accidents" rule my life, and having anxiety about it right up to the present.
They say that IBS is caused by stress, but I truly believe now that for me a lot of my stress was caused by my "irritable bowels" and all the problems that come from acidosis and wrong food combining. That would explain the reason why even though I have been on many healthy diets in the past, including the vegan fast, that I have never been able to really feel well. I have eaten the right foods, but in the wrong way. I guess I can understand now why I just gave up and became discouraged about even trying to be healthy and lose weight. Nothing seemed to work.
I have renewed hope now because of the success I have experienced with the Great Taste No Pain plan. I do want to thank you for your dedication, hard work, and life-saving help, and for keeping the information coming. I do very much appreciate the constant support and information you so freely share. So, that is my story.
Thanks again for everything.

Sherry,
Using your plan has been simple, understandable and results are immediate! I don’t have diverticulosis (my husband does) but I have difficulty moving my bowels. I found that in just a couple of days, going to the bathroom is less traumatic and my husband's symptoms seemed to have passed (he had a diverticulitis attack recently- his first one).
The recipes are awesome, especially the seafood stew!! Thank you for devising this plan. It's wonderful. We are looking forward to a healthier decade (The dreaded 50's)

Hi Sherry,
I first want to say thank you for all the Great taste No Pain plan that I have received it as helped me to the fullest. A while back I had my colon checked and they found that I had diverticulosis. The way it affected me was I would have pain in my thighs of my legs the back part of my thighs. When I received Great Taste No Pain I read and followed everything step by step and I am more energetic and pain free. Also I have been losing some weight.
