Sherry,

I want you to know that my Fibromyalgia symptoms have vanished and I no longer take the prescription amitriptyline! Have you ever read those side effects?

I've had your books for over a year and love your recipes! I still take all your supplements, too. At 75, I felt I needed them to get started on my new healthy plan from you. I really love your Recovery Soup, especially after I ate wrong foods at two big Holiday parties this year. I always have it ready in case I eat the wrong way away from home.

You have saved my body from eating the wrong way! My mind is at ease, finally!

Hurray for Sherry!

Happy New Year, dear friend,

Love,

Janis T.

I wanted to thank you for caring enough about people like me and writing these great books. I suffer from many health issues which include fibromyalgia, diverticulosis, and am overweight. I was on the 17 Day Diet over the past winter and lost 40 Lbs., but during this summer we were doing a lot of home renovations and I lost my focus. This past month I started losing energy, was tired all the time, constant pain in both my bowels and aches and pains all over my body and had severe bowel problems that I felt I was going to have to discuss with the doctor {scary thought}.

I was lucky to find and read your website. I was desperate to find a solution to my problems. As soon as I received your books I put your eating plan in place. Within 24 hours, just as you promised my pain was gone, not just my bowel pain but my body pain too. I was poisoning myself without knowing it.

I cannot thank you enough for saving my life.

I have recently ordered your Gluten Free books as I am Gluten sensitive and hope to feel even better.

Again, Thank you!

Hi Sherry,

I found your information about your Great Taste No Pain plan while searching the web on natural cures for bloating, indigestion, gas, pain, etc. I was always miserable after eating and needed some relief. I saw your plan and after reading I was convinced by the successful stories from so many who used your plan. I immediately ordered your Great Taste No Pain plan. I though what could it hurt to try something different other than daily medications.

The day after following your plan as recommended, I have gotten great results. (I was prescribed by my doctor a daily use of Aciphex for the reflux). It has been two months since I have taken any meds for acid reflux. My energy level is much higher and I even sleep better at night. I have also suffered with fibromyalgia. The pain in my body has also decreased. I had no idea that the way food is combined and eaten could cause such a mess in the body.

Thank you so much for sharing with us your wisdom, knowledge and understand about how food combination and intake can affect the body and cause illnesses. This is a blessing and I appreciate your effort to help so many people. I am glad I found your website.

Dear Sherry,

I have fibromyalgia, IBD, and celiac disease so because I restrict my diet already, not eating the foods I can have together stressed me even further. I realize that to live without pain, I have to love myself enough to eat correctly.

When I follow your Great Taste No Pain plan faithfully, I feel good, when I don’t, I suffer. Now, most of the time I’m a good girl.

Kindest Regards,

Rhonda S.

Hi Sherry,

Thank you for your daily emails, I find them very interesting, not only for my own problems but my 35 year old daughter suffers with Fibromyalgia and your system is really starting to have a calming effect on her pain. She lives with us at the moment and we have been able to follow your Great Taste No Pain food plan together. My abdominal problems have settled down and the relief is so great I will not want to get off track again. I have been taking Nexium 40mg now for about 12 months and I have now started to wean myself off them. Taking such a high dose has always concerned me but if I missed taking one or two my Hiatal Hernia would rise and cause such pain...akin to having a heart attack. In fact I have been rushed off to hospital a couple of times with chest pains only to find it was the effects of the sliding hiatal hernia (thank goodness it wasn't heart) but none the less painful.

I gained a great deal from your email specifically referring to Hiatal Hernia. I find that I am never hungry. I suppose I was brought up in the era of three good meals and nothing much in between.

Thank you so much for all you do. Judging by the emails you receive, your efforts are appreciated by so many people who don't know where to turn next for help. I hope they all find the relief and a growing feeling of confidence that their problems are gone for good as I have.

Thank you

Kind Regards

Julie W.

Hi Sherry,

I have been on your entire Great Taste System. It has been easy to follow as well as tasting great. I have suffered from Diverticulitis and Fibromyalgia for over ten years and am astonished at losing weight and also my very bloated stomach in such a short time. I did not really believe that I could get rid of my aches but it did happen within 24hrs. I have paid so much money over the internet for how to lose weight schemes and nothing worked until you. Thank you very much. I am so pleased with it that I have forwarded your emails on to a few friends with similar problems and hope they take advantage of it.

Once again, Thank you

Marjorie

Sherry,

I have had severe IBS for the last 7 years. I have also have had chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic myofascial pain disorder as well. I have been unable to eat fresh fruit or red meat for several years. I was in constant pain with gas, bloating and constipation. This list could go on for hours. To sum it up, I have been in constant pain and discomfort for the last 7 years. I have taken many meds, had every blood test under the sun, had upper GI's, lower GI's etc... Lot's of fun!!! Ha.

I have been on a regiment of 40mg of Zyban, 40 mg of Celexa, 20 mg of Celebrex, and an Ambien to sleep.

I started your plan 8 days ago, and no longer need the Ambien, have stopped taking the Celebrex and Zyban. I am still taking the Celexa for fear of the FM pain coming back, but plan on coming off of it slowly as well.

I am eating fresh fruit now. I have more energy and am feeling much better. My stomach still is not perfect, but is making more progress in 8 days than the docs made in 7 years.

Thank you

Hi Sherry,

My story of bad health goes back quite a number of years. For a long time I would have suffered with intermittent constipation/ diarrhea.

About 9 years ago I started complaining of pain in my left ankle. After many visits to my GP who put me on various pain killers I was no better. Finally I was sent for x-rays and had a blood test but nothing showed up!. I went for physiotherapy but I didn't respond very well. I also attended a chiropractor but all to no avail only he was honest enough to tell me he couldn't do anything. I tried various insoles hoping my foot would right itself. The pain developed to my back, neck and in my wrist

After some time the GP decided to send me to a consultant rheumatologist. She admitted me to hospital for tests in order to rule out anything serious. Her final diagnosis was fibromyalgia. She put me on medication and this was changed and added to over the past years. Sometimes I'm not too bad but other times I've pain all over.

One of the many symptoms is IBS. I have had some long bouts of diarrhea. I had a colonoscopy done 4 years ago but nothing serious showed up. The doctor didn't even say it was IBS. I put that name on myself! A few months ago I had another colonoscopy under a different doctor this time. He put me on a probiotic to try out for a few months.

I came across "Great Taste No Pain" and I ordered it. Since I live in a community setting where our meals are cooked it is not so easy to follow completely but I'm doing my best to combine the foods properly. I feel I have more energy and I hope to get off all medication soon. I have been asking the doctor to do so for a while. I'm sick and tired of my fog brain, poor concentration /memory, poor sleep and fatigue. I feel the medication is making my problem worse rather than better.

Thank you for sharing all your research with us. You are a wonderful lady.

I started on your Great Taste No Pain program 4 weeks ago. I noticed a big improvement right away. I had just had an endoscopy and was told I had inflamed esophagus and gastritis, also hiatal hernia. I started the program the next day and stopped the meds I was on. I had been in pain in the belly and that stopped right away. I am enjoying eating again. I mean really can't wait for my next meal to see how delicious it is going to taste.

I have lost 7 lbs. in that month time frame. A quarter or half lb. at a time and it's what I've been trying to do for quite awhile. Not heavy, just too much in the gut area.

By the way, I'm 74 years old and weighed 129 lbs. when I began. I want to get back to my fighting weight of 110 and I will. My fibromyalgia pain is almost nothing now.

Dear Sherry,

I have been plagued with IBS, Fibromyalgia, Acid Reflux, Chronic Fatigue and Meniere's disease for so long. Over the years doctors have prescribed Tagamet, Zantac, Losec and anti-inflammatory.

I have been trying some of your recipes in Great Taste No Pain. They are great! I have had less heartburn and acid reflux. I tried the chili recipe last night with lean hamburger and it was great. I usually stay away from chili and beans because I am in pain after with trapped gas and terrible stomach upset but I didn't have any of that. It was awesome. Thank you so much for your Great Taste No Pain program.

Thank you again so much!

Thank you,

Barbara Michel
