I am on the 4th day of the your Great Taste No Pain plan for diverticulitis and have definitely noticed no pain and much less gas.
Thank you,

Dear Sherry,
I am 85 years old; in remarkable health, so everyone tells me. Five years ago I got off, and gave up on all those drugs and medications that we were suppose to take for the rest of our lives. Then one day (suddenly it seemed to me) I wasn't feeling well, no energy and what I took to be 'gas'. Malox did the trick for a couple of hours, then the next thing I knew I had gone through 2 bottles of Malox; and now the pain has centered to just below my right should blade and won't go away. Now I am thinking kidney stones, since I don't have a gallbladder. And the pain is getting worse and never leaves. I tried getting a Dr Appointment with several sources, and 8 days was the soonest appoint I could get. (I refuse to go to ER, who knows what else you can pick up there). Then you’re in the hospital and they slap you with all kinds of tests to which you have no choice, and up goes the bill sky-high.
I decided since no one else was going to help me I resorted to my computer and I came upon your website and your Great Taste No Pain plan. I have to admit it took me about 3 days of reading it over and over before I gave it a try. It just sounded too good and too simple to be true.
For about 3 years I have eaten most of my meals out so there was no food in the house; I took your plan and made my grocery list and the next morning I started. Breakfast was no big success, so I took a couple of my health food acid pills. Lunch and snack was better, but after Dinner I was hurting again. And I was following it to a "T". Two a.m. all h.... broke loose - gas escaping fore and after and a major BM. Then I fell back into bed exhausted and promptly fell asleep. When I woke at 8 a.m. I felt like a million dollars! First relief I had had in 10 days.
Day 2 of the Great Taste No Pain plan wasn't totally pain-free so on Day 3 I resorted to the stomach medicine for gas; it coming from a Naturopath source so I figured it couldn't hurt and you said on GTNP it would be okay, and I continued taking it through the 4 days.
This is wonderful. No more pain. No more 'gas'. Regular BMs. Now what am I going to tell that MD when I go for that Dr's appointment? He won't want to hear what I have to say and he wouldn't believe me so it would be a waste of time; guess I will listen to him, take his prescription (I don't have to get it filled). Pay my bill and quietly leave.
Thanks again,
Vera Hardy
Dear Sherry,
I have always taken care of my body and done all the right things to keep healthy and fit, ( I'm 66 years old). About 3 months ago I started having stomach pains, gas, diarrhea, bloating and just general bowel irregularities. I have a wonderful protein shake every morning and then at noon I eat a sensible meal. I have done this for years. Well it was after the solid food being in my stomach that I started having the problems, about 1 or 2 PM. I never had these problems before; I could eat anything and have no problems.
This has happened every day for 3 months until I tried your Great Taste No Pain plan of food combining. I am glad to say it works. When I follow the rules I have no problems. When I stray I have the same symptoms. Needles to say I will change my eating habits.
Thank You So Much,
Ingrid Dame
Hi Sherry,
For the past 4-6 months I have been experiencing a lot of discomfort with my stomach making weird noises all the time, and having gas that sometimes turned into something more than just gas (mucus, which was something I'd never experienced in my life). It often caused me to have to run to the bathroom 6-8 times (or even more), per day. In fact,
I even took an extra pair of underwear to the office, as I had an experience or two that required it. Not much fun, and often very embarrassing.
I'm on my fourth day of following your Great Taste No Pain plan pretty strictly, and my symptoms and all related issues have gone away completely.
It works! Now I can go take long rides on my bike again, and attend outings without having embarrassing situations arise (which I have more than once).
Thanks,
Eddie
I have been following your Great Taste No Pain plan for about 5 days now. I feel like I have been bloated and gassy since my Mom passed away 3 years ago.
I am feeling some success - quite a bit actually, not as gassy, not as constipated. Feeling more empty, like I am not carrying around a lot of unwanted waste. It's a great feeling. Energy level seems to be increasing some. I have tried a few of the recipes in the cook book, yum!
I think the way you have laid everything out it wonderful, you have made it so easy.
Thank you so much for doing this and making it so easy to follow.

For the last few weeks, I have been using your Great Taste No Pain plan with Great Success!
Much less acidity, much less pain, gas, bloating, cramping, and I've had GERD for more than 3 years with horrific regular esophagus spasms that mimic a heart attack. Those symptoms have virtually all gone away.
Best Regards,

Sherry,
This past August, I had a gastritis attack. These attacks are not new to me, as I have visited the emergency room four times in the past five years (to get relief from the pain). I was on my couch, in the middle of the night, praying for any kind of relief.....asking God for an answer.....anything that could put me out of my misery! I turned on my laptop for an internet search and typed in "gastritis". The first website that came up was your Great Taste No Pain. I decided to give it a try and started the program. After the third day, I was feeling SO MUCH BETTER. This is the best money I ever spent!
I was amazed that I could follow a plan that included ALL THE FOODS I LOVE! I have been following the plan since the end of August, and I have had absolutely NO PAIN!!!! I also have suffered with IBS (actually my whole life), and for the first time, ever, I don't have alternating constipation and diarrhea, gas, belching, and bloating!
This program has truly been a God send! I have even lost weight....without
Dieting or feeling deprived!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

I AM SO GRATEFUL!
About a year ago I was diagnosed with a Hiatal Hernia and Acid Reflux and was told that I would have to be on medication to relieve my pain and discomfort for the rest of my life.
I couldn't accept this diagnosis and started looking on line for another way to resolves this problem. I kept seeing the Great Taste No Pain web site and was skeptical of this method but somehow I kept going back to that website and decide to give your Great Taste No Pain plan a try.
I must say I was amassed at how quickly my symptoms where subsiding and how great I felt. No more uncomfortable bloating, gas, heartburn and throat pain from the acid reflux and I also lost 15 lbs. in the first 2 months of being on this way of eating. I also benefited by lowering my cholesterol which was a great plus. Never expected that I would enjoy eating vegetable in so many different ways and with the help of your recipe book it was so easy. Love all the recipes and so does my husband.
I've recommended this method to several friends and relatives and even to some that I've overheard talking about there problems and they've all thanked me. So in return I wish to thank you So Much for helping us all regain our normal ways of life without pain.
God Bless!!!

Hi Sherry,
It was by chance that I came across your web page as I was looking for some
idea of a diet for my diverticulitis. After reading it I was quite impressed and decided to give it ago. And WOW I can't believe what a difference it has made. I have only be on your Great Taste No Pain plan for three days and the difference of not having that pain and flatulence etc as I was suffering a bout of diverticulitis is incredible.
I am going to keep going with this sensible eating plan.
As I am still getting over a bout of diverticulitis but don't seem to be suffering near as much as I have on previous bouts of it. I do like reading your newsletter each day with a different story etc.
