Dear Sherry,

I like your Great Taste/No pain Plan a lot! Combining the right foods together really does work for me. I no longer need Nexium or any anti-acid. I have gastritis and Interstitial Cystitis.

Thank You.

Thanks again.

Bobbie L.

I was diagnosed with severe gastritis and hiatal hernia. I was on prescription Prevacid, diarrhea medication, Malox, anti stress meds as I had diarrhea for two months.

After four days on your Great Taste No Pain plan I able to go get off Prevacid and have not had heartburn since. The diarrhea took a little longer to cease about two weeks. I am regaining strength and able to go back to work. I am grateful for this book and will continue the use of food combining.

Dear Sherry,

Thank you, Thank you. As soon as I returned from the hospital where I was diagnosed with gastritis and given nexium I went on the internet because common sense told me that my problem had to be due to what I was eating and drinking.

I found your website, I tried your Great Taste No plan and words can't describe how good I felt and still do. I am continuing to follow your plan and each day I feel better. My doctor told me that I wouldn't feel totally well for 4-6 weeks. He asked me what I was eating and when I told him about your plan, he replied that it was good.

Tomorrow I have a follow-up appointment with my internist who is fantastic and I believe he will be impressed. Again, I can't thank you enough because the onset of gastritis is horrible--nausea, bloating, gas with pain, etc. Now I have been telling my friends and giving them your email.

Sincerely,

Norma

I have had bad digestion for many years, also constipation. About a year and a half ago, I started belching, going on for hours. The doctor shrugged it off. Then bloating, cramps, nausea and feeling sick started. I probably went to the same doctor ten times. In the meantime, I thought I might be lactose intolerant (I still am). That gave me some peace for a month or so. But I kept getting sicker and sicker, could not eat, lost 30 pounds. By this time, the doctor thought I might have stomach cancer (he did not tell me that, I peeked into my chart when he left the room) and ordered an EGD. That showed chronic gastritis. During all that time, I was given different meds, that did absolutely nothing. I just remember three - Protonix, Omeprazole and Sucralfate.

After I knew the diagnosis, I started looking online. I am so happy I found your Great Taste No Pain site. Eating the correct way works like a charm. I had eaten well all my life, but the proper combining did it. I also have to deal with lactose intolerance and being a borderline diabetic. That's nothing since I am feeling fairly well now. I want to thank you for putting the word out about eating properly.

I also thought of going to a homeopath or naturopath. But those visits are very expensive for a person on limited income (social security).

Hi Sherry,

I ended up twice in the ER room with such intense acute pain. First time I was given muscle relaxers and pain killers but thousands of dollars later they didn't know it was gastritis. The second time same a cat scan revealed and just before being released dr. said you have gastritis and ulcers.

Since being on your Great Taste No Pain plan I have not had an occurrence.

Thanks again,

Paul

Hi Sherry,

I had almost instant relief from major gastritis following your instructions. I could hardly believe it. Before, I went through bottles of Beano which was the only enzyme that would work most of the time. Also, my stomach isn't protruding as much. I have dropped a few pounds but am still working on losing about 8 lbs.

Thank you so much for Great Taste No Pain. When I went to a specialist about the gas, I was told not to worry about it as everybody had gas - like yeah, but I can't go out in public. However, the doctor didn't seem to think that mattered. Now I am normal again.

Dear Sherry,

I am 61. I have been diagnosed with reflux, gastritis (had an endoscopy), IBS, diverticulosis (had 3 colonoscopies so far), had a polyp removed. I have diarrhea (first thing when I wake up, up to four times all before 8 am!). It has been going on for the last 15 -20 years at least with my condition worsening overall.

Four years ago, I went to India for six weeks in an Ayurvedic clinic. They detoxed me, it helped but then I became totally intolerant to the strong herbs they gave me (throwing up). I had to stop them. I then tried staying off wheat and dairy products for almost two years. The latter helped somewhat but, being already a strict vegetarian, I found this regimen to difficult to continue.

Gradually my condition again worsened. I came back from a trip to Switzerland (I have family there) at Christmas so sick I decided to do something. After contacting a (new) Gastroenterologist, an acquaintance introduced me to your Great Taste No Pain plan. I have been following your plan and carefully combining my food for the last week and......yes; it has made a HUGE change. I still feel a little bloated (but nothing compared like before) and my bowel movements are still somewhat loose (but improving and they have lessened!).

My best and thank you.

Christiane D.

I feel fantastic! I've been dealing with gastritis and now after following your Great Taste No Pain guidelines on food I feel amazing! I don't need to take protonix anymore!

THANK YOU!

Hello Sherry,

I would like to thank you for helping me. I had acid reflux and gastritis. I have learned how to make simple changes in my eating habits by following your Great Taste No Pain plan and I feel so much better.

I am 69 years old and have recently been suffering from what is called gastritis attacks....I would be doubled over in pain while the gas tried to pass through my intestines....it would last a day but then gradually get better.

Since it returned every month I decided to try your Great Taste No Pain plan way of eating to see if I would get relief. Actually I did....the residual pain went away and now that I am getting the hang of the food combining plan I am hopeful that this relief will last.

It certainly acted as fast as you said it would.

Thanks….
