I started on your Great Taste No Pain program 4 weeks ago. I noticed a big improvement right away. I had just had an endoscopy and was told I had inflamed esophagus and gastritis, also hiatal hernia. I started the program the next day and stopped the meds I was on. I had been in pain in the belly and that stopped right away. I am enjoying eating again. I mean really can't wait for my next meal to see how delicious it is going to taste.
I have lost 7 lbs. in that month time frame. A quarter or half lb. at a time and it's what I've been trying to do for quite awhile. Not heavy, just too much in the gut area.
By the way, I'm 74 years old and weighed 129 lbs. when I began. I want to
get back to my fighting weight of 110 and I will. My fibromyalgia pain is almost nothing now.

I am so excited to tell you that I have been completely "Medicine-Free" for 2 weeks now, (all 10 of them) since I started following your Great Taste No Pain eating system. My stomach is nearly healed! I had one big bad Hiatus Hernia, Gastritis and 4 polyps and a life of eating unwisely.
I wholeheartedly believe that by eating correctly and wisely, in other words, by following your Great Taste No Pain plan to the "T", I will be healthy and happy again. My belief in your program is so great that I have already ordered a program for each one of my siblings, all 5 of them. Two of them live in Holland while three of them live in Aruba. I also ordered one program for one of my nieces who has been suffering from the same problems I have.
I am so happy to say that I got them all interested and excited about it. I made sure to order an extra recipe book so they also can share with their children or friends.
My husband noticed the change in me and decided to eat what I eat and when I eat!!!
Your program or new eating system just makes sense in a happy and healthy world!

I am writing to tell you about myself. A year ago March 2008 I went on line searching about acid reflux and I got into to Great Taste No Pain website. I was very skeptical and do nothing.
I don't mind telling you I am 55 years old and have been suffering with acid reflux for the pass 12 years. From December last year through February I was ready to die, and I called the doctor to tell him how I felt, he referred to me that I am crazy, and again sent me for same test he's doing over 10 years.
I decided to go on line again and found your Great Taste No Pain plan and I put my foot down and contacted you. Since then I did try your Great Taste No Pain plan.
I want to thank you Sherry. In God’s name I am free from acid reflux, gas, hernia etc.

I have been taking Prevacid and like drugs for 12 years of reflux. Now my problems have escalated to include chronic esophagitis and gastritis complicated by a sliding hiatal hernia and possible gastro paresis. After trying your Great Taste No Pain plan I have experienced a great improvement. I expect to steadily improve with time. I'm grateful that I found your website while looking for alternatives to more medications and possible surgery.

I just LOVE your Great Taste No Pain plan! I recently had to quit work because of the
stress. The stress activated my dormant Hiatal Hernia and caused MAJOR acid reflux and I was nauseous every day, almost all day long and was regurgitating my food back up.
I was doing (5) peoples jobs and getting paid for (1). My doctor asked me if
I was under alot of stress and I just laughed! Of course I was, 65 hour work weeks and still not catching up!
Long story short, I ended up in the emergency room shortly after quitting. I had chest pains and acid reflux that seemed to be putting pressure on my chest bone constantly, with a knife sharp pain!
I was diagnosed with GERD and given what the hospital calls "grasshopper" for the pain in my esophagus and a breathing treatment. Ended up I had pneumonia from the acid reflux backing up and going down the wrong pipe into my lungs every time I ate, every single time!
It's been 5 days on your plan and I have been able to cut down dramatically on the new
medicine called "Kapidex". I also haven't been nauseous but One time in 5 days, and that was because I didn’t follow the diet.
I thought I was going to die because this is how my dad died in 2001, from acid reflux that allowed food to get into his lungs and he already had emphysema, and was 79 and had heart trouble. They could not do anything for him.
I just wish I would have had your diet back in 2001 to give to my Dad! He would probably still be alive today!

We can't praise you enough about your system of good healthy eating with the GREAT TASTE NO PAIN method. IT REALLY WORKS !! I wish other people would just TRY IT! My husband and I are proof at age 65 that you can make a change in your health later in life.
We have been on GTNP since Sept 2008 and each of us have lost just over 25 lbs. We have stopped taking our Prilosec that we have been spending money on for the past 6 yrs. for GERD, Gastritis, Sliding Hiatal Hernia, and Esophagitis problems. WE HAVE NO
PROBLEMS with those issues now thanks to you and your GTNP system. I'd like to add that we sleep better, and the system is very reasonable to keep following as saves money at the grocery store as well as medical bills by not having all the above issues and more. We try to walk a half hour a day and now spread the news of GTNP to everyone.
They just can't believe how healthy we look and feel. We even had to buy smaller clothes, latest styles, and are told we look fantastic in retirement.

I, my mother and my sister (in from New Mexico) are all following your Great Taste No Pain plan. We all suffer with indigestion. Mom and I have been diagnosed with acid reflux, hiatal hernia etc. Nexium has been a part of our lives for a while now.
Everyone of us Love your system. I am happy to be Nexium free.
My sister will be taking this good news back to New Mexico. Mom will be sharing with her lady friends at Friday night card games. As for me, my mind is flooded with friends and acquaintances that I personally know that suffer with some digestive issue. They are waiting for an answer as well. THIS IS IT!

My success story involves 3 different people in my life, each of whom have a different challenge. One originally was DX hiatal hernia and was miserable. That was the first I discovered your website and was able to get the Great Taste No Pain plan. I gave her the plan. Now over a month later, she has lost 11 lbs. And has no discomfort.
The 2nd person was diagnosed with Crohn’s and I gave him your Great Taste No Pain plan. Both of these people are in mid 70's. He is feeling better.
The 3rd person has irritable bowel and had not told anyone about it. Has been suffering for months and doctoring with meds which she cannot afford-is on Medicare. After giving her your plan she is feeling less discomfort.

I want to tell you that I feel so much better. My stomach doesn't hurt like it did. I have lost 10 pounds (from 199 to 189). I love the Great Taste No Pain plan. I just had my 71st birthday and was taken out to eat. It was so simple to stay on the plan and have a good time. For years I have had heartburn & acid reflux, plus a hernia. I still have to take my Nexium or the heart burn comes back with burn all the way to my ears. But I really believe with time I will be able to stop the Nexium also. After all it's only been 3 weeks and I feel so much better. I really believe this plan is good for everyone no matter what's wrong with them.

I have struggled with GERD, a Hiatal Hernia and constipation for many years I was taking two Nexium a day. I started your program two weeks ago I cannot believe how much better I feel I am taking one Nexium now and should stop taking all meds very soon.
