Hi Sherry,

I got your Great Taste No Pain plan for my sister who has had IBS for years and it was getting worse! She had pills for breakfast lunch and dinner it seemed just to get her thru the day and it was even making her doubt her ability to carry on working! She followed the plan for three weeks, has lost 4kilos and is pain free for the first time in years!!

I have now given the info to two of my sister in laws who also have IBS so I hope it gives them the same results!

Thank you so much for helping them out!

Kind Regards

Julie

I have been on this Great Taste No Pain eating program for over 2mos now and I have to say that your way of food combining is the best thing I've ever tried for help with my IBS. I don't follow it 100%,but even following it 80%, I notice a huge difference and have regular bowel movements.

Thanks so much!

Ryan B.

Sherry,

I have your Great Taste No Pain system as well as purchased it for my sister (She suffers from Gastric Reflux) she says; it works greatly when she follows the great guides you provide.

I have IBS with constipation, but I feel much better. I was able to stop Digestive advantage for IBS. MY JEANS FIT AND I HAVE MY FIGURE BACK, PLUS I SLEEP BETTER.

Thank you so much. You are the greatest.

Have a Blessed 2010,

Dee Ann

Hi Sherry,

A few weeks ago, I managed to make it through, what I thought might be, my last gall bladder attack. Last, not because I wasn't going to have any more of them, but because I thought I'd die that night. I was almost okay with that. Then, through prayer, I was led to your website. It's the first time in all my research that I found something that addressed, in one place, every symptom and experience I've had--and that offered a real, doable solution. Finally!

I've been suffering for the past six years with everything you, and others in their testimonials on your site and in your newsletters mention. The gas-pain and nausea I knew so well were excruciating and debilitating. The one thing I didn't suffer from regularly, however, was the acid reflux problem; this only occurred with me a few times...nothing serious.

I visited many doctors, as you can imagine, seeking answers for my pain and discomfort, and, ironically, it was for this, that I received prescriptions. No matter what I described, or explained or pointed to, I was ultimately sent on my way with a prescription for an acid blocker or suppressant, such as Ranitidine or Panteloc.

We knew better than to fill them, but out of sheer curiosity my husband and I enquired of a pharmacist, as to the cost of the latter...Unbelievable! At times I was even given freebies, from Periet to Nexium and beyond. Free drugs (I didn't use) for something I didn't even have!

Before all the drug offers, I had an unforgettable experience with a nearly-retired, well-respected doctor at our local clinic. He actually dismissed me from his office after telling me, "...you're cramping, just cramping!" and recommended I just get a physical some time in the future. You might imagine the look on my face.

By the way, all the doctors told me I looked too well...praise God :), so, how could I be so sick? None of them even mentioned IBS, and said my gall bladder was fine. If only they knew...

I won't even mention all the money we spent at the Naturopath. Then, when the Gastroenterologist told me, in answer to my nausea, that he could remove my Ileocecal valve, because they "...remove those all the time" I cancelled my appointment for a scope.

My valve was weak, and I knew toxins were flushing backwards into my small intestines, but I knew I needed it. How come I knew all that and a specialist couldn't tell me why? Anyway, I've just been dealing with it...do all I could when I felt well. The only time I felt really good was when I didn't eat at all. My husband and I would fast for days, sometimes.

I thought I had cancer in every organ within my abdominal cavity; we travelled five hours from our home to visit a doctor I knew of from 27 years ago. He told me I didn't have the look of someone with cancer, and he talked of food intolerances. I remember this from the first time I saw him, but I was young, undisciplined, and was left on my own to figure it out. He, incidentally, followed a man you mentioned, Dr. Abram Hoffer.

This confirmed for me, that I was definitely on the right track with your system...one I should have had back in 1983. So, I believe my IBS started a long time ago, but it fully reared its ugliness in my 40's. I'm 52 now. And, thanks to your suffering :) and your due diligence in figuring out this food-thing, I believe I'm on my way to feeling as good as the medical professionals said I looked :)

I already have more consistent energy this past week since following your system. I haven't been fearful of waking in the night with horrendous "cramping." I'm even brave enough to play a little with your recipes, but, thanks to you, and with my new understanding, I at least know what's happening to me, if things go sideways for a bit. I can now nip-it-in-the-bud...be pro-active, and have the confidence, that as time goes on, so will I...Lord willing :)

Keep your informative letters coming!

Yours, sincerely

Erin

Hi Sherry,

I have been on your Great Taste No Pain program for a little over a year I have to say I find it great, I suffered from IBS.

When I started your program I had a total fear of eating out because no matter what I seemed to order something would aggravate my system and cause severe pains and diarrhea. I find while on your program I can eat what I want as long as I combine my foods properly. It has made a huge difference to my life and I can now eat out and enjoy my night with family and friends.

So thank you so much for the great taste no pain program.

Regards,

Caroline

I have had IBS since I had my second child. It has ruled most of my life. It comes on when I have something important to do. It ruins my night. I drink Pepto Bismol to help. When I get nervous it brings it on. I use to sit in my car in the morning before work after rushing around at home and I didn’t know if I could go in because my stomach was cramping. I knew from going to a doctor I needed fiber but couldn't get it right. I can't drink milk in the morning because it upsets my stomach.

I've been trying your Great Taste No Pain system and it seems to work great.

Thank you for coming up with something to make my life better. I feel better.

Dear Sherry,

I had acid reflex and IBS a few years ago and was on Protonix until I just had had it with the pills and started to eat better and get some exercise. Well, recently I have been under quite a bit of stress at home and at work. IBS had come back more severe than a few years ago. I felt depressed already about my life and now I felt bloated, ashamed and disgusted in myself. Internally, I felt I was falling apart.

I decided one day to try to find something or someone to help. The Protonix this time around was not working; I found your website and felt what did I have to lose. Your Great Taste No Pain plan was worth a try. I went shopping and got ready to start. I highlighted for the day which options I was going to pack for the day by the end of that day, I already felt lighter and did not feel that embarrassing urge to go all day.

By the end of four days I was feeling so much better. I was not dreading having to go to the bathroom, not knowing how long it would take and scared that someone would be waiting outside the restroom wondering who was inside. Oh, and by the way, I lost 2 lbs. in four days. My mom is 83 years old and has the same condition. I have explained to her the program and am going shopping tomorrow for her new.

Thank you so much for the books. They are exactly the support I needed.

Dear Sherry,

I have been suffering with gastric problems for at least 15 years - everything from acid reflux to IBS. I've taken the usual drugs, had my esophagus stretched, etc. The last year or so has been the worst with all the pain and bloating. I tried your Great Taste No Pain plan last week, and it was just like you said - instant results. But I wasn't convinced. Surely it was I coincidence, I said to myself. So I ate the old way for one day - just one - and the pain and bloating was back full-force and I had to swallow Tums by bedtime.

Thank you for your research and writings that have helped so many of us.

Dear Sherry,

I just wanted to thank you. I started suffering with IBS 25 years ago which developed into Proctitis, (similar to colitis) and have suffered for years. My last bout just went on and on even through I was taking prescribed medication.

One night in desperation I got on the internet determined to find something that might help. I had decided that maybe some sort of food plan might be the answer and was delighted when I saw your site. I decided to try your plan. I went shopping and followed your Great Taste No Pain plan. I just couldn't believe how much better I was and literally within days all my symptoms had gone and I was going to the loo!!!

Although I'm reasonably slim and have never been over weight my 'muffin top' was getting bigger and bigger and I always felt bloated, that has now gone and I have definitely lost weight. I know how easy it is to slip back into old eating habits when you start to feel better. I am now eating a far more healthy diet, (although I still struggle with my 'sweet tooth') and your e-mails are keeping me focused, so thank you.

I'm just so glad that I found you.

Regards,

Frances Surrey

Hello Sherry,

Just a quick note from one of your 'admirers' from across the pond. I have suffered from ulcerative colitis for 15 years, although it was only diagnosed about 10 years ago.

I was a professional sportsman and subsequently a keen marathon runner and tri athlete. I also worked in a high pressure job which involved lots of travel and socializing. I got used to alternate periods of steroids then 20-30 visits to the loo each day, when I stopped taking them. (And that was only while I was awake!)

This played havoc with my social life diet and leisure time with my three Children. Not to mention the air travel with work and Holidays I had to endure.

I had a spinal operation following complications from an old sporting injury and from that date my symptoms worsened, I became anemic, weak, exhausted and developed facial sores, and my hemoglobin count had become dangerously low. Following a gastroscopy, it was discovered the colitis had worsened and spread all around my large intestine. The hospital wanted to admit me for a transfusion. I declined. The stress of the acute and prolonged symptoms had caused more pain in my upper quadrant which the Doctors suspected was a peptic ulcer or gallstones. It turned out; following further 'camera work' IBS was diagnosed.

It was then I searched on the net for more natural cures. I was aware of food combining when doing endurance training, it helped reduce stomach cramps, indigestion and fatigue. Your plan seemed a natural progression to ease digestive discomfort.

I have to say a week into the plan; my symptoms have reduced by 90%!!!! I am sleeping better, have more energy, less gas bowel discomfort and (my wife assures me) I am a lot easier to live with as a result.

I will carry on with your Great Taste No Pain recipes and I 'm looking forward to pain and discomfort free times ahead.

Your plan has given me hope where I thought there was none after 15 years, and I wanted to pass this message on to anyone who is deliberating over purchasing your paln do it! You will never regret it.

Thanks again

Barry C.
