Thank you for the opportunity to tell you about the success I have had with Great Taste No Pain. I have found that following your Great Taste No Pain plan of proper combining of my food has made a huge difference to how I feel. There is no more discomfort when I follow your plan. I am pleased that acid is reduced or eliminated since I have had to deal with an acid body in the past.

Your recipes are yummy and so in-line with my food philosophy of lots of veg, with a few sweet treats when desired. Energy levels are higher and I feel good just knowing that I'm doing the best for my body!

Your Great Taste No Pain plan is truly amazing! When I read about why certain food combinations cause problems, it made perfect sense to me and I knew I was going to give it a try. I had just finished a round of antibiotics for an H. pylori infection and my stomach was still a mess. I was terribly bloated and thought it was just weight gain. By the 4th day on your Great Taste No Pain plan the bloating was gone!

Several years ago I was diagnosed with IBS. The doctor gave me a prescription for Zelnorm which I never filled, but I have been taking two Colace tablets (stool softener) prior to going to bed at night. I am having two bowel movements a day (something I have never done in my life) and needless to say have thrown away the Colace. When I get up in the morning I actually feel rested and have energy.

I also like your recipe book. I've tried numerous diets and used their cookbooks but so often many of the foods were stuff I didn't eat, so I had to go out and buy a bunch of new ingredients. Your recipes are mostly what I already eat and I've found a few new ones that I probably wouldn't have tried under any other plan. A side benefit for me has been the cessation of sweet cravings. It seems that when my body gets the right nutrients, it doesn't need the sugar I thought it did, nor nearly as much meat as I thought it did.

This plan really is a life saver and a blessing. And it’s simple to use. For me that's important! I don't know why I'm just now learning about this and why it isn't taught more widespread. Where was it when I needed it as a kid!

My story sounds like all the rest. I have a hiatal hernia and have suffered great burning pain all my life. 13 years ago I was started on a proton-pump inhibitor pill and while the pain seemed to go away. The IBS symptoms started big time. The Dr. said it was imperative I continue and if one pill didn't do it I was to take a second one. Just recently the Dr. told me I was starting to loose bone mass and to take another pill. Then he said my cholesterol was too high and he had a pill for that.

Six weeks ago I started looking for a way out and with trial and error I learned I was gluten sensitive. About this same time I found your Great Taste No Pain plan and decided to try it. It did what you said it would do in two days. The food is wonderful and I am now off all meds.

With the combination of no gluten and your food plan I lost 20 lbs. in the first week and a half. It just fell off while I ate very well as much as I wanted. My sinus problems went away, along with the IBS and half my arthritis pain. I have also learned how to live with my hiatal hernia.

Now, all the pain is a thing of the past along with my old Dr. I am now looking for a new Dr. who is not threatened by new information.

I ordered your Great Taste No Pain program and I really like it. The recipes I have tried are easy and great tasting.

I am 67 years old and do not take any meds. (I am thankful) I was having digestion problems at times even though I was taking a good probiotic. I was introduced to eating foods that combined well many years ago, but had given up on it until I found your site.

Your program it is much easier to follow. When I began I noticed almost immediately I had no digestion problem, did not crave sweets and was not as hungry as I used to be. I have been on many healthy eating programs, but I stayed hungry. It is amazing how eating the proper combinations of food suppresses your appetite to want to eat all of the time.

I really like this program. I keep the small reference card in my billfold at all times and one on my kitchen cabinet door. I also have dropped a few pounds and that is a nice little bonus.

I love your Great Taste No Pain plan!!! I have lost over 10 pounds and feel great. Over three weeks ago I began to have symptoms of IBS. I had a colonoscopy and got 40m of prednisone and 400m x 6 per day of Asacol. I was diagnosed in 2002 and have dealt with flare-ups off and on. I hate the meds and the weight I gain on them. This time I refused to do nothing and committed to following your plan.

I have done most of your recipes. I love them all. You have turned me into a cook. They are simple and easy to follow. My husband and kids loved them.

I will soon be done with the medication and can’t wait to see how I can maintain my health without them.

It's been eleven days since I started your Great Taste No Pain program and I feel the difference already. I received the plan last Friday and could hardly put it down. I have been using your delicious recipes and following the food combos as suggested and I must say the pain has subsided and I am more energetic. It is an easy "diet" that does not leave you feeling deprived or even like you are dieting.

Remember the song by Debby Boone called You Light up My Life? Well, that is how I am feeling lately about you!

I started having severe heartburn about three months ago and did not understand why. After an endoscopy, I was told I have a hiatal hernia and go home and take that little purple pill and all will be solved. I was given some sample packages. Well, at that point I was not very educated and I just wanted to get rid of the discomfort. So, I took the pills. They did NOTHING to relieve my symptoms and I was miserable each morning when I work up with heartburn at the back of my throat. I was starting to lose my voice and felt depressed. The only time I did not have heartburn was when I was eating or sleeping.

Since I am basically an eater of organic foods and I don't believe in taking medications unless it is the last resort, I went on line and found your Great Taste No Pain plan and decided to try it. After reading about it I felt you had a lot of good information and I was willing to try anything. I started to feel a little better. I am thrilled. It is working and I feel much better. My heartburn is not 100% gone yet, but I am sure it will be soon. As an added incentive, your recipes are excellent. As an avocation I taught cooking classes for 20 years and I must say both my husband and I are enjoying preparing one or two of your recipes each day. I hope you will have another cookbook soon. I am a devoted fan.
