I've been following your Great Taste No Pain guidelines for and I have noticed a big improvement. Not only is my energy up but I've my body is starting to change. My waist has shrunk enough in this short time and the jeans that were snugly uncomfortable are not digging in at the waist! I've also noticed that my stomach is flatter. Bloating be gone!
I've been working with a naturopath/acupuncture/Chinese herbalist for four years now. He's the one who diagnosed gluten intolerance and took me off all wheat/gluten and dairy. My health has steadily improved along with my diet, but the extra 20 lbs has stubbornly stuck around. Following his advice, I started exploring food combining and found your site. The Great Taste No Pain publication laid out a simple plan to test this...and what a difference in so short a time. I wrote to my doctor and asked him for literature for the way I have to eat now and asked him for a meal plan for 1200 calories for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and a couple snacks so we will see what happens if anything.
They just told me to keep juicing like I did before I went in for my colonoscopy and had a blockage. Thank God I had enough knowledge to juice and not eat anymore to make the blockage worse. They told me at the hospital that was why I didn't have to have some of my colon cut off or have the bag on me. Thank God for that.
No one told me to combine foods a certain way like you did but in 1984 I was allergic to 32 foods and did not drink liquid at meals or eat the foods at all and when I did eat other food that wasn't on my list not to eat the food for another 4 days then I could eat the food
again. Other than that after 1 1/2 years I was ok. But I didn't eat any of the 32 foods in any combination.
My doctor told me to eat low fiber foods and not broccoli or brussel sprouts and to eat white bread, Heavens I haven't eaten White Toxic Bread in 60 years.
Since on your Great Taste No Pain plan I haven't been hurting or bloating and seem to have lots more energy. I have also been sleeping much better.

I could not believe that the problem I had was an acid problem, but after following your Great Taste No Pain plan for almost a month, I feel more energy, and less regurgling when I eat, sometimes for two hours to get settled down. It is a so great to feel more like myself; I have been able to eat pain free again. .
Bowels are better too. I could not take medicine, but this has been so much better and do not like medicine allergies again

I have been following your plan for the past few days, just coming off an acute case of diverticulitis and finishing up my antibiotics. There was a lot of infection in my colon but thankfully nothing had abscessed. I am incorporating many of the great ideas I have been learning about using the Great Taste No Pain formula. I still have a long way to go to cleanse my body and soon will be off my 3000-mg of daily antibiotic use and on the
road to being pain free.
I have noticed that my high blood pressure has dramatically improved, and I am starting to feel more energized and having less abdominal pain.

I ordered and received your Great Taste No Pain System of eating and it has worked so well that I wanted to respond.
My husband and I are 63 and 60 respectively. We grew up in the country
where his family milked cows and we all lived on dairy and meat as a way of life.
We both come from families that have been visited by cancer. Our parents and
other family members have suffered and died from this horrible disease. The
colon problems, bone cancer, the GERD issues, the many anti-acid pills have
all been part of their lives.
What we never knew is the extent to which their acidic diets impacted their health. Until
my husband was given a prescription for Aciphex a few years back, and then this year I found myself in a specialist's office, waiting for him to write me a prescription for a proton pump inhibitor for acid reflux, the incorrect "combining of foods" never occured to us.
When the doctor began to describe how I would need to take his pills for the rest of my life, I kept thinking "Oh no....here is where it begins....that same horrible treadmill of pills."
One thing was clear to me....I did not want to begin that same horrible daily routine
of taking a hand full of pills, like my mother does for everything from acid reflux to arthritis to heart disease. I got busy and started searching for information about

After only one week, eating all the foods we love, in the proper combinations, we both noticed how much better we felt, and the new energy that we had. I was moving around so much easier and then I noticed that after two weeks I had lost 8 pounds. The cravings for sweets that I had all the time has subsided, and it does not take a lot of food to "fill me up" anymore. No more sitting up in bed, waiting for the big meaty meals to "digest" and stop all the heartburn.
My husband and I now have clothes that are too big for us. We are enjoying the kind of energy that we had many years ago. We are now walking more and are back out enjoying the garden again.
