I am very grateful for your wonderful efforts in providing the information available in Great Taste No Pain plan. I have been on the proper food combining effort for about a week, and I am gaining strength and energy. During the last nine months of 2008 I lost 35 pounds due to IBS, but I hope to gain some weight soon using your program.
Thank you for this program.

Sherry,
I did starting using your Great Taste No Pain plan. I am 64 years old and I have more energy than I did when I was 20 years younger. I have lost one pound (I started to say only one), but I am thankful for that one. I recently got a good report at my doctors office.
My life was changed the day I searched the internet and found your website.
Sherry, thank you for helping so many people, and especially me. I am telling all of my family and friends about you.
God's blessings to you,
Joyce Nance
Dear Sherry,
My doctor put me on a prescription and I took two pills and felt the side effects. I found you looking for an alternative cure for hiatal hernia and acid reflux. I have been following your Great Taste No Pain plan for a week and I feel so better. The bloating and heavy feeling in my chest is gone. I have not had acid reflux. I have lost 3 of the 5 pounds I wanted to lose. I feel lighter and have more energy. I am not craving chocolate like I use to. I have not had a cookie in two weeks. Something clicked in my brain and the desire to eat sweets is gone.
Thank you, Thank you Thank you.

Hi Sherry,
My story of bad health goes back quite a number of years. For a long time I would have suffered with intermittent constipation/ diarrhea.
About 9 years ago I started complaining of pain in my left ankle. After many visits to my GP who put me on various pain killers I was no better. Finally I was sent for
x-rays and had a blood test but nothing showed up!. I went for physiotherapy but I didn't respond very well. I also attended a chiropractor but all to no avail only he was honest enough to tell me he couldn't do anything. I tried various insoles hoping my foot would right itself. The pain developed to my back, neck and in my wrist
After some time the GP decided to send me to a consultant rheumatologist. She admitted me to hospital for tests in order to rule out anything serious. Her final diagnosis was fibromyalgia. She put me on medication and this was changed and added to over the past years. Sometimes I'm not too bad but other times I've pain all over.
One of the many symptoms is IBS. I have had some long bouts of diarrhea. I had a colonoscopy done 4 years ago but nothing serious showed up. The doctor didn't even say it was IBS. I put that name on myself! A few months ago I had another colonoscopy under a different doctor this time. He put me on a probiotic to try out for a few months.
I came across "Great Taste No Pain" and I ordered it. Since I live in a community setting
where our meals are cooked it is not so easy to follow completely but I'm doing my best to combine the foods properly. I feel I have more energy and I hope to get off all medication soon. I have been asking the doctor to do so for a while. I'm sick and tired of my fog brain, poor concentration /memory, poor sleep and fatigue. I feel the medication is making my problem worse rather than better.
Thank you for sharing all your research with us. You are a wonderful lady.

Hi Sherry,
I decided to make changes in order to feel better, and live a better healthier life. A friend tried Great Taste No Pain with really good results. I went with you plan because I have been so sick and run down for so long that I am fed up. It is horrible to feel bad and be so exhausted every single day. We have a 11 year old son who told me one day "when are you ever well and feeling good". So it is not only important to make changes to feel better but to be able to have fun and do things as a family.
I have IBS, and severe allergies so much to the point I am constantly sick and running to the Doctor.
I started the Great Taste No Pain plan and noticed an immediate difference. I have to honestly admit I have cheated a few times and I can really notice it when that occurs. I have told my family that this is more than a diet it is a life style change. I am working hard on sticking with making the right food combinations. By eating the right foods and drinking water, I feel so much better and even have more energy. I am so thankful for the all the changes and do not want to go back to the way things were before. I am even able to exercise now since I have more energy. I have lost so far 10 pounds in a couple of weeks and plan to lose 80 pounds more.
Thanks,
Tammy Reed
Sherry,
I have been on the Great Taste No Pain plan for 30 days now. My life has changed. I am no longer afraid to go out to eat with friends. No more sudden trips to the bathroom. No more doubled over in pain. My energy level has increased. I have lost 5 lbs. I am not bloated anymore.
I am so happy to have found you. I have been telling everyone who will listen about this great program. I love reading all the emails that come.
Thanks so much for sharing your program with everyone.

I never would have believed it, but after only one day of following your Great Taste No Pain plan I feel like a new person. I have had IBS so bad that I thought for sure that I was gong to have to go back to the doctor and probably be on more medications. I'm not having anymore GERD (which was so bad that I was taking Prilosec twice a day), no diarrhea, so much more energy and I slept like a baby last night and woke up early this morning.
Thanks so much!

I had become desperate after appointments with two specialists - One Gastroenterologist and a Colorectal specialist. Neither mentioned food after both administering expensive tests to me and announcing that I had Diverticulosis.
I had not been quite well for about two years but could not consolidate all of the symptoms well enough to make a list. I was eating extra food in an effort to find something that would settle my insides but nothing worked, and consequently gained so much weight. After reading your Great Taste No Pain plan and following the plan, I must say that I feel much better, have more energy, and am becoming comfortable with the selections and combinations of foods recommended. My appetite is calm, and gradually I will eat less food.
I was eating good food for the most part, but would sooth myself with comfort foods as well, ice cream, cookies, etc.
After following this plan for four days, my body chemistry has changed for the better, and I am feeling better than in a long time.
Thank you Sherry.

Dear Sherry,
I am a 51 year old professional woman and developed diverticulitis a month ago. My physician prescribed some very "heavy-duty" antibiotics to take for a 10-day period. At the end of my 10-day course, I was still feeling pain and fatigue. I decided to research the topic on my own since my doctor couldn't tell me what caused it or how to avoid it in the future. That's when I found your Great Taste No Pain plan.
I decided to try it and as I read through it, the system struck a chord within me. It just made so much sense. Years ago, I attended a seminar about food combinations and how they affect the digestive track but I never pursued it. So, I hit the grocery store and made myself a meal plan to follow for the a few days as explained in the plan. I liked all of the food on the plan and the recipes were great so it was basically an easy transition.
Amazingly, after 2 days, my pain in my lower left side had diminished greatly and my energy was starting to return. And, I was even sleeping better. In two weeks, I've lost ten pounds of unwanted weight and have gotten back to my regular exercise routine I was following before the outbreak.
I don't look at this as a "diet" but rather as a way of eating that is gentle to your digestive system. .
Thank you so much for providing such a simple and healthy solution to a very common problem.
Sincerely,
Janice
I am 72 years old and have had stomach "trouble" as long as I can remember. It was so bad thirty years ago, I remember having to stop on the Interstate because things wouldn't wait. I weighed 190 when I first started on your recommendations for food combinations. I have lost 8 pounds, have more energy than I have had in years, and am NOT HUNGRY all the time. I find it very easy to follow and many times forget to eat the snacks.
My husband had a "whipple" operation several years ago and had part of his pancreas removed. He has been taking enzymes ever since to aid with his digestion. He is following the Great Taste No Pain plan also and has been much relieved from some nasty symptoms such as gas, gas and more gas. Thanks to you now I can stand him being in the house again. The whole plan is terrific from my point of view and so many of my friends may be writing to get it, too, as I have really bragged on it to them. Thanks a million.
