First, I am sending my heartfelt appreciation for the benefits I have enjoyed since starting your program. I sincerely applaud your 'Great Taste No Pain' program.
I am 85 years old and I am happily married to my husband of 66 years. However, my life has been miserable for the past several months with almost continuous bloating,
constipation, abdominal pain and chest pain.
I have been treated by my family physician, my cardiologist, my oncologist, my urologist and my gastroenterologist.
I have learned that, in addition to my hiatal hernia and other problems, I have a problem with my aortic valve which is considered severe but not critical.
Surgical procedures are not recommended because at my age the risk is too great, and laxatives, antacids and prescriptions gave me no relief.
My husband found your website on the internet, and I immediately started your program. I almost went into shock when my pain and other symptoms started subsiding after the

Hi Sherry:
I am now 54 years old and have had eating problems most of my life. I basically lived on coffee and cigarettes for most of the day and then ate supper.
I have always been a nervous person, and have developed phobias of storms, diverticulitis, depression and anxiety (gee, I wonder why?!).
I started your program. I have noticed increased energy and very little pain now in my bowels.
I have quit my Ranitidine (an H2 blocker) altogether and have no more nausea, and still just a little heartburn.
I am still a little constipated but I can now have 1 good bowel movement a day. I can actually go out walking and I love my new freedom.
The food is fantastic and I am never hungry between meals. I know it will take a little longer for me to be completely pain free, because of my bad eating habits for so many
years. I still smoke but plan on quitting.
I no longer take 500ml of potassium and 1 stool softener every day. I've also cut my depression and anxiety pills to half the dose and on Tuesday the rest are going down the toilet.
I thank you for your help and all your support. You were my angel I asked for when I didn't know where to turn.

My name is Anthony Lujan and I definitely had a good experience with your Great Taste No Pain plan. I have suffered from stomach problems, digestive problems, you name it and all the doctors could tell me is that I have irritable bowel syndrome, whatever that means. Honestly, I believe it's a false label for "We have no idea what's wrong with you at all".
After four days I did have a lot more energy, less gas and bloating. I do realize that 4 days isn't going to cure me but I did have a definite significance. I am looking forward to a new lifestyle and new way's of life.

I followed your plan to the tee. It worked.
I do indeed have lasting energy. I don't feel the need for a nap in the afternoon like before. I don't feel like a football is in my stomach any more.
I do have abdominal comfort...what a blessing. By the way...your lasagna is awesome.

I was having heartburn, similar to ones before my by pass surgery. I looked on the internet for reflux. That is when I pulled up Great Taste No Pain. After following the program, in two days I was without pain. I do notice more energy.

I was in the hospital two weeks ago and had an IV for days to relieve the ulcers and
burning pain. I was in terrible pain. I could not eat and felt so bloated up and was burping and feeling terrible. I really didn't know what to do.
I was told to take double doses of Nexium, which I did. I found your diet for ulcers and started following it. After just three days I felt much better. I am not bloated now and the diarrhea is gone. I am regaining my energy.

I have been on your plan for 6 days now, and have noticed a huge increase in my energy. I did not have any noticeable major digestive issues, but there were subtle ones that I did not attribute to the food I was eating.

I have only been on your plan for four days now. I have to admit I do have more energy. Last week I thought I had a bowl problem. I was having major cramps and diarrhea daily. This week, I have been fine.
Also, my husband always keeps bags of M&Ms on the coffee table. He works evenings, so it is me, the television and that candy. I have been known to eat 4 to 5 bags an evening. This week, I have no desire to eat it. I am content to iron or just sit and watch television. The food is very delicious.
