Hi Sherry,

I have only been on your Great Taste No Pain "" regime for about a week. But already I have noticed that the constipation that I have had for decades has dramatically reduced and I am feeling much more energetic during the day. I am still very acidic but working hard on getting my body in an alkaline state. I haven't felt bloated all week.

Thank you for sharing all that you have learnt

Rosalyn M

Good Morning to all that live with diseases and suffer one way or another.

First of all I would like to thank Sherry Brescia for creating the Great Taste No Pain guide.

This guide has opened my eyes on better eating habits and how to take care of myself and my body, I have followed her plan and feel like a million dollars.

Sherry once again THANK YOU for all and please continue to send me reports and updates on your plan.

Dear Sherry,

I accidentally accessed your web site looking for information about how long it is safe to take stool softeners. About a year ago I ended up in the ER with impacted bowels. I only went because I thought I was having appendicitis. But it turned out to be impacted bowels. I was prescribed laxatives and stool softeners. I took the laxatives twice a day as prescribed for 5 days and on the fifth day, my electrolytes got so messed up, I almost had to go back to the ER. I tried a sports drink first and it brought me back in balance enough to avoid the hospital again, but taught me: Doctors don't have the answers to my on-going problems with constipation. I was diagnosed about 15 years ago with IBS. And have had bouts of constipation all my adult life. I'm 57. I don't like to take any kind of medication but have been taking the stool softeners since the ER visit with some success. I took the mildest laxative I could find when I would get backed up. I was still feeling awful, bloated, achy and like I have a band around my waist that keeps getting tighter and tighter.

Like you, I have always tried to eat right. Lots of veggies and fruit, low fat, very little red meat, whole grains, I've tried to add fiber to everything, but was still having problems staying regular.

I think the combinations have been most of the problem for me. I started following your Great Taste No Pain plan and have had amazing results! I stopped the stool softeners and laxatives for the first time in a year. It took 3 days to have a regular BM. It was the biggest BM I've ever had and I feel so much better! A huge benefit has been that the aches and pains I have had for some time have lessened a lot!

I have read about food combining but was confused about how to do it. You have made it very easy to understand. I feel like I have just started to get my life back! I feel like I can start exercising again because I will have the energy to do it.

Thank you SO much for this plan! It is truly a great service you are doing.

Sincerely,

Doris Lois

Hi Sherry:

For about 12 years I have been experiencing stomach pains and discomfort. I believe it would occur during the late winter and late fall for several weeks then gradually go away after taking enzymes. I thought it was due to my excessive eating of peanuts and /or sunflower seeds. However, looking back I realize that it was due to my mindless eating of processed foods, the consumption of beverages high in acid and the improper combination of food consumption.

I am 61 years of age and during October 2009 I began drinking coffee to stay alert while traveling to and from frequent fishing trips and transporting of my granddaughter from Ohio/Michigan. I was also eating everything under the sun as it relates to junk food. Between Thanksgiving and Christmas I was miserable with stomach pains and for the 1st time constipation. But this time the pain would not go away and neither would the constipation. My wife loves to cook cakes and cookies along with protein and starchy foods so I was really in trouble because I was fueling the furnace.

After Christmas I had enough and began surfing the web. Through the grace of God I discovered your Great Taste No Pain plan and followed your plan step-by-step plan. The pain subsided the first day and I was on the road to recovery. I have more energy, breathing easier and losing weight. My appetite is under control and I feel better then I did 20 years ago. My wife is a stubborn skeptic with a cast iron stomach and hooked on processed foods. I am gradually getting her to realize that her gall bladder removal, back aches, running nose, lack of energy, joint problems, frequent colds and depression are probable side effects of our eating and drinking habits for years.

Thanks Sherry for saving our lives!

Hello Sherry,

Just a quick note from one of your 'admirers' from across the pond. I have suffered from ulcerative colitis for 15 years, although it was only diagnosed about 10 years ago.

I was a professional sportsman and subsequently a keen marathon runner and tri athlete. I also worked in a high pressure job which involved lots of travel and socializing. I got used to alternate periods of steroids then 20-30 visits to the loo each day, when I stopped taking them. (And that was only while I was awake!)

This played havoc with my social life diet and leisure time with my three Children. Not to mention the air travel with work and Holidays I had to endure.

I had a spinal operation following complications from an old sporting injury and from that date my symptoms worsened, I became anemic, weak, exhausted and developed facial sores, and my hemoglobin count had become dangerously low. Following a gastroscopy, it was discovered the colitis had worsened and spread all around my large intestine. The hospital wanted to admit me for a transfusion. I declined. The stress of the acute and prolonged symptoms had caused more pain in my upper quadrant which the Doctors suspected was a peptic ulcer or gallstones. It turned out; following further 'camera work' IBS was diagnosed.

It was then I searched on the net for more natural cures. I was aware of food combining when doing endurance training, it helped reduce stomach cramps, indigestion and fatigue. Your plan seemed a natural progression to ease digestive discomfort.

I have to say a week into the plan; my symptoms have reduced by 90%!!!! I am sleeping better, have more energy, less gas bowel discomfort and (my wife assures me) I am a lot easier to live with as a result.

I will carry on with your Great Taste No Pain recipes and I 'm looking forward to pain and discomfort free times ahead.

Your plan has given me hope where I thought there was none after 15 years, and I wanted to pass this message on to anyone who is deliberating over purchasing your paln do it! You will never regret it.

Thanks again

Barry C.

I have been using the guidelines and some of the recipes in your Great Taste No Pain plan. Within two days I have no heartburn, no bloating, no pain, no constipation, or any other discomfort.

I had an unexpected and undiagnosed diverticulosis attack 30 years ago and resulted in surgery that removed one foot of my intestinal track. If this was not enough they also remove my gallbladder.

I had another attack before Thanksgiving and I was put on 1,000 units of two different kinds of medication for the infection. The pain was so severe in radiated to my back, my legs and I could not function to do much of my activities.

I prayed and prayed for an answer. I firmly believe the answer to my prayers was to get in the internet and find your website. I thank God for you and your staff and pray that many more can get well as I have. Not only I feel good, I have lost 10 pounds and have the energy that I have not had in a long time.

You are and your staff are God's Angels working to make humanity come to their sense and eat the proper way.

Thanks again. May God Bless You.

For Ever Grateful,

Lydia Le

Dear Sherry,

I have just completed the 4th day on your Great Taste No Pain plan and I followed it to a tee. My pains have subsided and I have a great deal more energy. I just emailed my sister last night about how much better I feel. I plan to continue to eat this way. I had diarrhea for at least 2 weeks straight and constipation prior to that, along with stomach pains. I have become almost normal after eating the right foods at the right times for the last 4 days and am VERY pleased and relieved.

Thank you for putting your message out there for me to find.

Sincerely,

Leigh J.

Hi Sherry,

I have begun eating as you suggested and my acid reflux has gone away. I no longer take Zantac for burning in my throat, my alkaline level is much more steady and I'm feeling my energy.

Thank you!

Barbara B.

Dear Sherry,

Thank you for your emails. Your Great Taste No Pain plan has given me more energy and I know my health will be much better long term.

Thank you again

Hi Sherry,

Yes, I have started your Great Taste No Pain plan. I have already seen a lot more energy and less bloating. I have not stopped any of my meds yet, I am just a little worried about that yet, but I truly can’t wait to be able to get off them all.

Thanks,

Rob R.
