I have tried your Great Taste No Pain plan and found instant relief from acid re-flux. I sleep better and longer, lost over one stone in weight, have more energy; it has helped relieve the pain of arthritis in my fingers and made me feel happier as I feel more in control of my wellbeing.
I was also given drugs and told to take them as and when I required them. I was not happy with the purpose of the drug as it stopped the production of acid which was intended to break down my food for digestion. It just did not make any sense at all.
I started searching the internet and came across your website. I have already mentioned to two friends to try your wonderful plan.
Sincere thanks,
Norman E.
Hi Sherry,
Yes -- I have followed your Great Taste No Pain plan. Amazing - I can't believe just how simple your plan is. My digestive problems have gone and I am now sleeping all night.
I have had 2 serious bouts of diverticulitis during the past 2 years which were treated with antibiotics. The arthritis pain has almost gone from my wrist/hand which I have had for about 18 months.
I wish that I had found your website earlier, your information is just so valuable and I am so very grateful to you.
Kind regards
Shona
Hi Sherry,
I was in the hospital July 21th with severe vomiting and Diarrhea, blood in my stool and lots of it. I have had several tests done on me as just in May of this year I was diagnosed with arthritis. This has really accelerated. From time to time I would get a sharp pain in my lower left hand side. I would be popping Rolaids all day long for indigestion. The Doctor that saw me at the hospital put me on an IV immediately and sent a colon specialist in to see me. On July 27th i had a colonoscopy done. When I woke up he said well the good news is i don't think it is cancer, however your intestines should be nice and pink, but they are red and swollen so i took a biopsy. He said I suspect Crohn’s disease.
Knowing nothing about this I started on the web, it really depressed me. I scolded myself because I need to be grateful that he doesn't think it is cancer! Then you popped up with your no pain meal plan. Well the next day I went to the grocery store and in less than two weeks my whole life is changed. I have not touched the Rolaids since I started your diet. July 31st we attended a 50th wedding anniversary dinner, I found things I could eat. My Sister-in-law and brother in-law just left from a 3 day visit, I still behaved.
I do not want to live the life of Crohn’s disease. I still do not know my results yet I just know that overall I feel so much better, and I have gained a lot of knowledge of Crohn’s disease,
Thanks to you Sherry, You gave me hope when I felt hopeless!
Thank you for your website.
Sincerely,
Catherine
Hi Sherry,
I began using the information in your Great Taste No Pain guide 18 days ago. 3 AMAZING things have happened that I wanted to tell you about. But first, let me tell you my before story:
I was in constant pain so severe that I could not stand or sit upright. I missed a lot of work and felt miserable all the time. When we would go out to do something "fun" I would plaster a smile on my face so others would not know that all I wanted to do was hurry home and crawl into bed. I felt like I was not truly living. I worried that I would be permanently disabled and have to quit my job. A colonoscopy, upper GI and other tests revealed that I had inflammation of the bladder, intestines and stomach, and spasms in my intestines . A large polyp was removed from my small intestines and I was told to continue taking acid reducing medicine and add more fiber - but none of those things helped. I tried several dietary restrictions as well - but it didn't seem to matter what I ate - until I learned about the proper food combinations from your free guide.
After only a few days, my pain was DRAMATICALLY reduced!
The second exciting thing is that I no longer have the achy, stiff joints that prevented me from being able to walk up and down stairs without difficulty. I'm only 47, but felt 20 years older. I think the inflammation was in my joints too. But now I move up and down stairs quickly with a spring in my step and I'm even looking forward to starting an exercise program again.
And thirdly - and I have to say this is Super exciting for me - I have lost 14 pounds in 18 days. I have 24 more to go to be at a healthy weight - but I can see the finish line now. I feel like my body is finally being nourished, and the cravings are gone, so I have not been tempted to go back to my old way of eating. Even more than the weight issue though - just the thought of the pain coming back is enough to keep me on track.
Thank you so much for ALL the information you give in your guides and daily emails. I've learned so much about my body and what it needs to be healthy. I have hope that I can live a full life again!

Sherry,
I agree with you completely. There is nothing wrong with being thin when you feel so good too. You can get around better, have more energy, do things easier like bending or doing exercises not to mention all the medical issues eating right helps.
I started eating the way you suggest when one of our daughters went on line and found you way of eating while trying to help her sister with her ulcerated colitis. Our daughter with colitis is doing a lot better and it has helped her allergies too. I lost weight which I had only put on a few pounds since having children and cancer twice.
I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my hands. Eating properly has helped both of these conditions. If we eat at a friends as we did yesterday for Memorial Day then the next day my head will be congested and I will ache too. My husband eats as I do most of the time and he says he can see such a difference.
Our whole family is thankful for your Great Taste No Pain way of eating. I have told a lot of people about you as well as my doctor. My doctor had heard about you through another patient and had a copy of the card we received to carry in your wallet.
I greatly enjoy your e-mail newsletters too.
Thanks and Blessings to you and your family.

Sherry,
I have been waiting for some time to let you know how completely satisfied I am with your Great Taste No Pain plan. I owe you huge THANKS. When I first discovered you on the internet, I was skeptical to say the least, but probably like most of your clients, I was looking for some relief. Suffice it to say I found it with Great Taste No Pain.
No more expensive Meds that were making my condition worse (chronic ulcerative colitis and hemorrhoids), no more bloody stools...cramps...bloating, I'm sleeping better, my arthritis is much better...more range of motion and much less discomfort...generally I feel great. Who'd have thought it could be this easy. I'm spreading the word.
Thank you,
P.S. even my wife believes and she was a huge skeptic and thinks only Doctors have the answers.

Dear Sherry,
I started the Great Taste No Pain eating plan a couple of months ago and I immediately noticed less pain in my arthritic joints - especially my knees. Then over a short time I lost weight and soon I forgot that I couldn't go up or down stairs. Before I started the GTNP I was very restricted in all kinds of activities. I couldn't even exercise they way my doctor advised and of course this led to weight gain which worsens the problem.
I now feel like my old active self at age 73.
Thank you very much,
Thora
I started your Great Taste No Pain plan. I had my husband go on it also, and he was the real reason I wanted to try it, although I do want to lose weight. He has had stomach problems and has diverticulitis, and has other issues. I also have been taking Nexium for GERD and Celebrex for over 10 yrs. I have stopped taking both medications and have had no recurrences of GERD, and my arthritis is minimal. I have lost 4 pounds in 10 days. I am so happy about that.

I just wanted to thank Sherry for sharing her knowledge on the internet because that's where I found Great Taste No Pain. Oh my I am so happy! I have had reflux disease, gas, bloating, spastic colon, diverticulosis, and recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
I have been following your Great Taste No Pain plan and have been on it now for 2 or 3 weeks and much to my surprise (I was a little skeptical at first) I stopped taking my acid reducer pills. My joints don't hurt as much and I am sleeping better. I have less pain in my joints from the RA. I noticed that the pain, itching, irritation I had from hemorrhoids is almost gone after 45 years!!
I want to become more educated on the food combination that will continue to heal my own body God willing.
I am just so grateful that God put me right in the direction of your program.
Thank you so much!

Hello Sherry,
I am singing praises of your GTNP manual and recipes to my colleagues at work. I have suffered with constipation all my adult life, went to numerous doctors, had my bi-yearly colonoscopy, barium enema etc. and felt I needed to pursue other natural options. I felt resigned to live with this condition, two weeks ago, after breakfast, I vomited my cereal and since then, every time I ate, I felt food resting in my stomach all the way to my throat. I felt almost a choking sensation and had to clear my throat every two minutes as if there was flem there. I went to my MD who said I was having a panic attack and had nothing physiologically wrong with me. It was all in my head. I told him I am the most rational person I know. I left his office feeling helpless and googled acid reflux.
That's when I read testimonials of people suffering with the same symptoms. I ordered your Great Taste No Pain plan and lo and behold, a week later, I am pain free. My arthritis /gout symptoms is gone. Swelling in my feet is gone, my shoes are loose. My acne prone skin has cleared up and as a final bonus and a lifetime member of Weight Watchers, I have lost weight. I am committed to eating this way for the rest of my life. Your recipes are so satisfying as I love to cook as well.
God bless you in all your research - I want the world to benefit from this.
