I am very pleased with the way the GTNP program works. When I got it, I was doubtful that I could readjust my eating habits. But I was determined to take my health into my own hands.
For the last six months I had been experiencing occasional abdominal discomfort and bloating, as well as weight gain. (Even though I ate healthy; chicken and fish, little to no red meat, salads and fresh vegetables. I couldn't understand why I was experiencing these symptoms). Now, I believe it was the combination of the foods I ate.
Since I've started using the Great Taste No Pain plan (about 8 days) I really was pain free in 1 day. Not to mention, I never feel hungry (since you don't starve on this plan), and my craving for sweets has all but disappeared. I have lost about 5 pounds and am looking forward to more great results.
P.S. The recipes are great tasting and easy to prepare.

I have just completed my 6th day on Great Taste No Pain plan and have been totally pain free since day one. I have cut my Nexium from 2 a day to 1 a day and plan to
discontinue it altogether soon.
It has been amazing to me how easy this has been to follow without being hungry or even having thoughts of being hungry or craving anything sweet. I have also lost 3 1/2 lbs. so far. I am very grateful to have found your program and look forward to continued success.

I have tried your Great Taste No Pain plan for a week now. I have been on Prevacid or Nexium for years. I still have to take the medicine but not so much of it and hopefully I can get off of it completely as I continue to eat this way.
I have noticed that I don't get hungry and have no cravings for sweets. That is very good for me because sweets are my down fall. I have lost about 2 pounds in the first week. I feel better and have more energy. I sleep more sound. I still wake up in the middle of the night but then go right back to sleep.
I am hoping this will take me off of Prevacid because I have Osteopenia and I know that antacids are not good for your bones.
I am so glad that I ran across your website and that I ordered your food plan. I really think that I can live with this for life.

I've had bladder problems for years, and yes, once or twice a year I do have a bladder infection that is only cured with antibiotics. However, I also have (or so I thought) pressure on my bladder, not actual pain, but bloating, pressure and discomfort.
This seems to have been unusually bad for me for a six week period. I finally went to my urologist. The urine test came back clean, so I didn't have an infection.
He suggested I get a pelvic ultrasound. I went home, very discouraged. Now, I did recognize that there were many mornings when I woke up feeling good, then about two hours after I ate breakfast I felt that pressure.
I went online and did a search for "stomach bloating". I saw many sites, one of which was yours. I went on to your site, did some reading, and two days later ordered your Great Taste No Pain plan. I realized that I always ate a miscombined breakfast.
I have been eating the pain free way now for 9 days. I feel wonderful. I'm never hungry and don't crave anything.
I've also lost a few pounds and hope to lose a few more.
Thanks for making every day pain free. I am totally inspired.

I've been doing your Great Taste No Pain program for several weeks now. I have noticed my lower back pain has almost completely gone. And I am more limber in bending over, which is very good for me. I am pretty healthy I think; other than that. I have always eaten a lot like you show us here, but not as good but I've made that change now and am feeling great. And I notice I'm not as hungry, and I don't need as much to eat. It’s just been great.
I don't need as many vitamins now I notice since I eat a lot of the right foods.
Keep up helping people like you have been.

I've been on your Great Taste No Pain program for 1 week now and my pain stopped after the first day. I've varied some of the things and they fit in well with your guides on "What Goes with What!" We have been to a lot of parties and eaten out twice and your handy pocket guide was easy to follow.
I have studied your cook book and already made one of the soups, the garlic green beans and the pasta sauce. They were very tasty & satisfying, Thanks.

I love the feeling of getting up every morning, going into the kitchen to fix our tea, breakfasts and lunches and looking (with total victory) at that bottle of Nexium sitting there half full. I have not opened it since I started your program.
I have suffered with GERD and reflux for 30 years. I always liked fresh vegetables but was afraid to eat some of them for fear of what they would do to me. But now!!! I eat a sliced cucumber sandwich with bean sprouts and mayo for breakfast, just because I can. I have broccoli and sweet potatoes for dinner and go to bed without a worry. It feels so very good to be set free from the fear of what will happen when I lay down at night.
Great Taste No Pain is a great blessing for us as my wife hated to see what those stomach problems were doing to me. O, by the way, I have also lost 4 pounds in the last six days and I don't know why. I am never hungry any more and am learning to eat slower and enjoy those delicious veggies and fruit. Great Taste No Pain is fabulous and freeing.

I have seen immediate and continued changes. After 3 plus years of every single day having 4-8 bouts of explosive diarrhea, I have had solid stools (and yes as you say in your paper that is a strange word!) for 9 straight days, once and at most twice a day. This started by the morning of day 2, WOW!
I have also noticed the disappearance of unsightly black head acne on my nose and nose creases.
In addition my arthritic elbows have diminished in pain considerably. I have cut my intake of Mobic in half and will probably do away with it totally in a few weeks!
Additionally, I have lost 6 pounds. I was not looking for this "benefit” it just came with the plan...
These are the physical, concrete improvements I can definitely espouse. This is in only 9 days of a changed diet! I feel great and just plain have less hunger and more energy!

About a month ago I logged on to your website and decided to give your plan a go. Since then I have been sticking fairly easily to your way of eating. My symptoms were not severe; I had a lot of lower back pain along with days of constipation. I also lacked energy but thought I was eating quite healthily until I read your plan! Since starting your way of eating I have lost half a stone (without trying really) and have more energy. Also I don't feel hungry in between meals like I used to and find I am not reaching for the biscuit tin like I used to! I have found it relatively easy to adapt to your way of eating and my back pain has gone.
