I have utilized the combination of "what to eat and not eat together" and have had great success in being pain free. I have been off antibiotics and no more trips to the ER!!! Hooray!

I've tried many things with this IBS, so I didn't really believe your guarantee of getting pain-free through your program. I went ahead and tried it.
I'd been having one of my worst flare-ups ever of IBS misery. Doubled over with cramps and my stomach looking (and definitely feeling) like I was pregnant. After twenty years (I'll be 80 this fall) of constipation and digestive misery -- and frightening flare-ups -- I felt foolish to try one more thing. But that same evening when I got your plan, I followed your instructions. It really WAS like a miracle. No cramps, no pain or even discomfort! I went to bed feeling fine, slept all night fine, woke up fine. .... Really really hard to believe.
And surprisingly, as long as I stay with the program, I continue to be pain-free. What a revelation. I can't thank you enough for your work. You're an angel of mercy.

I have been on the Great Taste No Pain plan and have had no pain at all plus I have lost 10 lbs!! I have stopped taking Asacol for colitis two days ago since I am now taking Super Blend Probiotics. Thank you for your time and efforts to help all people with digestive problems. I think I have started my brother and my sister on the same diet. So far so good!!

My Name is David and I have been suffering from the inability to stop eating carbs and eating fast foods. I was diagnosed with hi cholesterol high blood sugar and high blood pressure! I had painful bowel movements most of the time and suffered from indigestion and sour stomach often. Once I was told this I decided it had to stop! Why it took that information to finally give me the will power to stop when I have been trying for years to stop on my own I do not know why.
I found your website and immediately ordered your Great Taste No Pain program! It has been three months now and I have lost 45 pounds, eat out sometimes but am very careful on what I order and I follow your guidelines. I am losing approx. three pounds a week. (I started at 345 pounds) I do not have heart burn or sour stomach any more. I do not crave diet soda or carbs anymore!! I can go for many days without eating any dessert that I used to have to have after dinner! I can eat only a couple of bites when I do eat dessert and be completely satisfied with that! I have no more pain when I have my wonderful bowel movements! I have so much natural energy now! My sugar has been below 130 every morning and maintains between 100 and 120 through the day. I see my Dr. again in two weeks and am actually excited to see her and maybe get some good news for once!

I was born with a pain in my belly that my mother said it was very difficult for me to have a good sleep. That pain continued until I was sixteen years old. You can not imagine my life, but it was only in my belly and difficulties with my bowel movement from constipation to loose stools and repeated episodes on and off. To make story short since October last year the painful burning sensation from the throat to the end had been a real problem. I got an endoscopy and colonoscopy it showed a polyp in my colon that was removed, inflammation in my esophagus, stomach and in the small intestine plus and two internal hemorrhoids. I was taken probiotics so the Dr. encourages me to continue taking it plus another medicine plus Dicyclomine. I continue with the probiotic and Dicyclomine four times a day to feel almost normal but, if I did not take it the pain was there again.
I thank the Lord who listen to my prayers and answer me when I thought it was the end. JUST FOUR DAYS and I am another lady at 65 years old. Everybody is happy that I found your Great Taste No Pain plan because; thank God they say my face. You look rejuvenated.
