I was having extreme gastroenteritis pain for months when I found your site. All my Dr. would do is put me on Prilosec. I tried your Great Taste No Pain program and within 3 days I was feeling so much better. I quit taking the Prilosec. I know I will be food combining the rest of my life.

I am 85 years old; in remarkable health, so everyone tells me. Five years ago I got off, and gave up on all those drugs and medications that we were suppose to take for the rest of our lives. Then one day (suddenly it seemed to me) I wasn't feeling well, no energy and what I took to be 'gas'. Malox did the trick for a couple of hours, then the next thing I knew I had gone through 2 bottles of Malox; and now the pain has centered to just below my right should blade and won't go away. Now I am thinking kidney stones, since I don't have a gallbladder. And the pain is getting worse and never leaves. I tried getting a Dr Appointment with several sources, and 8 days was the soonest appoint I could get. (I refuse to go to ER, who knows what else you can pick up there). Then you’re in the hospital and they slap you with all kinds of tests to which you have no choice, and up goes the bill sky-high.
I decided since no one else was going to help me I resorted to my computer and I came upon your website and your Great Taste No Pain plan. I have to admit it took me about 3 days of reading it over and over before I gave it a try. It just sounded too good and too simple to be true.
For about 3 years I have eaten most of my meals out so there was no food in the house; I took your plan and made my grocery list and the next morning I started. Breakfast was no big success, so I took a couple of my health food acid pills. Lunch and snack was better, but after Dinner I was hurting again. And I was following it to a "T". Two a.m. all h.... broke loose - gas escaping fore and after and a major BM. Then I fell back into bed exhausted and promptly fell asleep. When I woke at 8 a.m. I felt like a million dollars! First relief I had had in 10 days.
Day 2 of the Great Taste No Pain plan wasn't totally pain-free so on Day 3 I resorted to the stomach medicine for gas; it coming from a Naturopath source so I figured it couldn't hurt and you said on GTNP it would be okay, and I continued taking it through the 4 days.
This is wonderful. No more pain. No more 'gas'. Regular BMs. Now what am I going to tell that MD when I go for that Dr's appointment? He won't want to hear what I have to say and he wouldn't believe me so it would be a waste of time; guess I will listen to him, take his prescription (I don't have to get it filled). Pay my bill and quietly leave.

First I must tell you how much I enjoy the way you write. It's defiantly not boring. Your sense of humor makes me smile. About my stomach: I have battled stomach problems for over ten years. I was determined to conquer this problem without drugs. I've tried many things.

I just want to share with you my story of Great Taste No Pain. It is just so amazing. Only a couple of weeks ago I was at my wits end with pain and bloating caused by Crohn’s disease which like many of you I kept getting fobbed off at the doctors.
I have suffered with it for a few years and last year I ended up having emergency surgery as after weeks of going back and forth to my doctors they told me I had IBS my bowel then ruptured. I nearly died I had that much poison in my system and I had to have a stoma for 7 months until I was well enough to have a resection. I now take pentasa to keep it at bay. I simply typed in the word Crohn’s and Great Taste No Pain was the first page that came up. I immediately started reading with excitement and started following the Great Taste No Pain plan. Within 2 days the awful pain had gone and my bowel movements had slowed down and I started to feel like I had more energy.

I went on holiday after a very stressful 5 weeks at work and finished up in hospital!
While at work I was suffering for acid stomach and put it down to "Stress"
I now have a large Hiatus Hernia with severe erosive reflux oesophagus! I was in so much pain and it felt like I was having a heart attack. I was told to stay off spices, fruits, certain vegetables, tomatoes, meat and no sugar, no coffee or tea. I always cook from fresh and am not one for processed food. I was so scared to eat anything as the thought of the pain was too great.
I was put on Pantoprazole and ate as little as possible and took at tablet every time I ate.
I am so grateful to have found your Great Taste No Pain plan and very helpful website and all your daily messages. I feel great now and NO pain!! I can eat well and feel good and guess what I have not taken any of my tablets all week.

I have suffered with extreme stomach and digestive problems my whole life. I am 40 years old, at least 40 pounds overweight and in need of a change... I ordered your Great Taste No Pain plan last week and have been following the plan for a week. The change is phenomenal! I cannot believe that I can eat all the things I enjoy, but by eating them at separate times, it has alleviated my pain!!

I am getting better every day on your Great Taste No Pain plan. I not only am pain free, but the scales are revealing a weight lose of 1 lb a day. I walk for 30 minutes a day and I think that helps, too.

Hi Sherry,
I had acid reflux for a few years. It would wake me up in the night with burning juices choking me. My doctor put me on Nexium, plus antacids. After taking the antacids for 6 weeks, my blood pressure (normally 120/70) went to 152/85. I then read on the internet somewhere that antacids can make your blood pressure go up. I told this to my doctor, but she did not believe me. I stopped taking them, and my pressure went back to normal. However, I still had to take the nexium.
I do not like taking drugs, so I stopped the Nexium on my own. However, the burning sensation in my throat would not leave and I was fearful of getting throat cancer or something. One night I was praying to the Lord to help me find a drug free cure, and then I went to the internet, and your site came up.
I decided to try your Great Taste No Pain plan. I was truly pain free in one day. Why don't doctors know this information? It is very frustrating to see so many people suffering and yet doctors just keep on writing prescriptions. They must get a kickback or something.
