I purchased the Great Taste No Pain plan in April after being diagnosed with gastritis and a couple of stomach ulcers. (This was after almost five years of doggedly chasing medical profession and long days and nights of pain.) After researching the medication I was prescribed I decided to follow the Great Taste No Pain way of eating plus take Manuka Honey +16 factor four times daily and pray. I had a second endoscopy two weeks ago. Gastritis and ulcers healed!! I knew it - I'd been pain free for months.
As Aussies living in far south island of NZ obtaining some of the vegetables can be a challenge. I was pleased an American friend here helped me with 'rutabaga' (swede) which my husband and I now enjoy. I've also needed to adapt recipes to metric measures etc. NO PROBLEM. We eat well, enjoy what we eat and have no need to 'watch our weight' - it stays off which is a neat bonus. My GP and Gastroenterologist were 'surprised' and impressed when I told them about my regime.

I’ve got to tell your "Great Taste No Pain" plan works for me! It's also working for my husband and children.
I suffer from Acid reflux terribly. To the point that it damaged my vocal cords and I'm a singer. My throat bothered me so bad I was hoarse all the time and could not even talk. So I decided to go to a ear, nose and throat specialist to see what was going on.
Well the doctor put a tube through my nose to look down my throat thoroughly. For sure he found that the acid from my stomach was affecting my vocal cords. He then told me that I would need to see a gastro doctor because he could just imagine what my stomach looked like.
Of course he gave me a pink pill (prilosec) and said this should help the symptoms. Well it didn't and I still had throat and stomach problems and now a new problem of diarrhea due to this pill. I woke up nauseated all the time like I wanted to throw up in the morning.
I started to search online for natural cures and came across your story. After reading it I bought your Great Taste No Pain plan. The acid reflux was gone in 1 day and let me tell you.. I was pain free, energy way up, went to the bathroom regular, no gas or pain and my stomach never felt better.

About four weeks ago I had very sharp pains in my chest. Went to the EMER room and after all tests they said the pains I was having were not due to my heart. Later found out I have a Hiatal Hernia causing the pain.
After following your Great Taste No Pain eating plan for four days I was pain free.
The plan is great and very easy to follow.

Not only am I pain free, I feel better mentally. I “thought” I was a smart man capable of using logic to ensure a healthy future. It was only logical that if you followed what the government says is a healthy diet, it should put you way ahead of the curve. So much for that. I had been suffering with acid reflux for the last six years, taking antacids, taking prescription pills, and still never knowing when I would spend a night in terrible pain.

I had been suffering from Acid Reflux for the pass 2 years when I came across your website about 8 months or so ago. I was at my wits end and going to doctors and just getting more and more medications which was just making me feel worse and not better.
I ordered your Great Taste No Pain plan and within a week I could feel the difference. I have since stopped all medications and I have to say that I was amazed at the difference in how I am now feeling. I have been telling everyone that I know about your plan and advising them to go on line and check out your Website for themselves.

I want you to know that ever since I was five, yes, five years old maybe younger I just remember being five at this time, I had a pain in my abdominal area every once in awhile. I never knew why. I just lived with it. I would get so weak, and have the sweats while being chilled. I remember running to the bath room just barely making it. A terrible ripple effect running through my whole entire system.
I never even heard of diverticulitis until my sweet mother-in-law died from it when she was only 51. It was a horrible thing to watch her suffer so much. I believe she thought that she could control it. Well I am now 52. I still have those feeling of discomfort!! The horrific pains, diarrhea, then at the same time being constipated. June 8th of this year I was so sick. I had horrible cramps that felt like my whole insides were being eaten!! I could not stand up straight. The excruciating pain was so unbearable. My husband rushed me to the hospital. They took tests of every kind including a pregnant test. Can you imagine me at 52? Anyway, they left me with no idea what I had. I was given NO medicine to help ease the pain, referring me to other doctors who poked and prodded. They sent me home then sent me a bill for over $2500 because it was a Sunday and they had to do a sonogram. The pain took several weeks to go away, but it did go.
Then Saturday the 18th of July the pain started up again after my Nephews wedding. I missed a family reunion, time with grandchildren, not to mention aunts and uncles in their 80's and 90's. Then on the 19th, I thought I'm too young to die, I still have grandchildren to meet. My children never knew their grandma and I didn't want that for me. Even though I was so sick because it has taken so much out of me, I got on the internet. I am so thankful that I did. Sherry your site was first one. What a miracle that
was to me!! I tried your Great Taste No Pain plan. Whew. I got out of bed pain free this morning had energy even!! I was not tired. What a miracle worker you are!

I have had colitis on and off for 20 years or so, to be pain free with such a small adjustment is very good.
