A few weeks back I had to be taken to the emergency room after suffering several days with some of the worst pain I'd ever experienced. After all the tests and drinking the most horrible stuff I'd ever put in my mouth, and having a cat-scan, they told me I had diverticulitis. They put me on massive doses of antibiotics and kept me in the hospital overnight. They sent me home the next night with a hand-full of prescriptions for another 10 days worth of massive doses of antibiotics. As soon as the dust settled I got on the computer and found a plan for diverticulitis, YOURS. I have been pain free now for about 2 weeks.
I am enjoying this plan and want to thank you for all the trouble it must have been to put this together for people like me....
Thank you once more for your help.

I actually looked at your program for my husband who has been very ill and is still recovering from a yeast infection in his esophagus. They said he now has a disease and could only eat bland food from now on.
We have been following your Great Taste No Pain plan for about 5 days now and he is getting stronger and we both feel better as well. I was so thankful to find a healthier way to eat.
Thank you for making your program available at such a reasonable cost. I have shared your web site with friends who have digestive problems as well. I look forward to continuing to learn all I can to help us regain a healthy lifestyle.
Thanks Again,
Valetta Wann
Dear Sherry,
My story is a wonderful one...
Your diet has made my stomach feel normal again. There is not the pain and growling, which was in my stomach late every afternoon.
My appetite is back for good foods, not junk...
Best of all, I am not hungry.
Thank you.

Dear Sherry,
I found your website last week and I feel so much better since that day. I have suffered from stomach pain (cramping) as long as I can remember but I was able to go through my everyday life without too many problems ... or I should say without too many medications ... until I reach my late 20's.
I started to have more bloating and cramping and it seemed whatever I could eat would create some pain. I started to eat what most people, including me, call "healthy food" and eliminated a lot of things I like but it didn't really help. I was so worried because I was projecting myself a few years along the road with more and more problems. As you know very well, when doctors cannot find a precise diagnosis, they attribute the problem of poor digestion to IBS or dyspepsia, just to name a few. It never hit me before I found your website that my problem was much more related to a poor combination of food than to the type of food I was eating.
After having a severe attack of epigastric pain back in March 2008, I had an endoscopy, a colonoscopy and several abdominal scans. It was discovered that I had a stone in my gallbladder (GB). My GI doctor thought that I should see a surgeon and have my GB removed. The surgeon agreed. April 30, 2008 was the day of my surgery and the beginning of my nightmare. I started developing diarrhea after the procedure but the doctor said that it was nothing unusual after this type of surgery. He explained me that my body will adjust and it could take a few weeks. Time went by and my diarrhea got worst at the point that I was hospitalized for 4 days with bloody diarrhea.
I started surfing the internet. After a week following your Great Taste No Pain plan I start feeling so much better. I don't have epigastric pain anymore and my bloating and cramping seem like history. It's still so recent that I have a hard time believing this is happening to me. One thing is sure; you gave me confidence that I can cook tasty food without fearing the afterwards digestive trouble. I am still learning how to combine food and I am really excited to try some of your yummy recipes.
I cannot express my gratitude enough for what you gave me, physical relief and hope that my nightmare can end. The most extraordinary thing is that everything is right there, everybody can do it with your advice and it DOESN'T require taking any secret ingredient. Thank you so much for sharing what you have learned the hard way and making me feel so good again.
Kind regards,
Sandrine Geinoz
Dear Sherry,
Thank you so much for your plan. I began to feel sick and bloated. By the time I had gone to bed after starting your plan, I felt like I had lost some pounds and no hurting gut.
I even ate the dinner at 9:30 at night as I was unexpectedly working late. I never eat that late as food would keep me up all night. I went to bed around 11:00 and slept all night. It is wonderful to feel pain free.
I thank you and the person who recommended you to me after her partner's success with the plan.

Dear Sherry,
I have what must be the same old story to you - I no longer have any pain in my gut and I have such a great quality of life!!! I have more energy each day so that I now do all my own housework and cooking and enjoy life to the fullest.

Hi Sherry,
I have not suffered for years like many of your clients, but after three very bad attacks of diverticulosis and upon being told by my doctor that there is no cure I decided to look on the web for further info.
I found your plan and tried it for four days. I am very happy to say that I have not had any stomach pain since I started the plan and am delighted that I have lost a stone in weight and have lost that bloated feeling. The 'down' side is that I have to buy new slacks and skirts!
Thanks Sherry,

Hi Sherry,
Although I have been on the diet for 3 months I was unable to reap the full benefits until I was able to stop the non steroidal anti-inflammatory that I was taking for pain in an injured ankle. After visiting a holistic doctor who was thrilled I was on your diet, we set up some other natural measures to let me come off the Nsaids and then the Prilosec.
Now I understand fully what the diet does for my digestion. If I waiver from the plan I will experience indigestion, but never like I did before reaching this stage of the diet and free of Prilosec and Nsaids.
For those who doubt the diet, it is good to consider the medications you are on and look for more natural means of dealing with joint pain and pain from injuries. Dealing with this has allowed me to really reap the benefits of the diet's ability to keep me free from indigestion and thus to get off the medications which keep my body from fully utilizing the good nutrients that the diet offers.
I am now fully recovered from all medicines and my pain and constipation are over. Thanks for the diet and I am now 100% convinced that it definitely works. I am a new person. Yea for no drugs.

Dear Sherry,
I suffered with terrible migraines and knew that for me there was a connection between acid, indigestion, and the migraines but the doctors didn’t recognize. Now with your recommendations, I can say that the migraines have improved considerably together with my quality of life. I feel like saying to the doctors TOLD YOU SO BUT YOU WOULDN`T LISTEN!!!

Hi Sherry,
My Husband & I just started on your Great Taste No Pain plan. He has severe stomach cramps. Since we have been on this plan both of us feel so much better, and his stomach pain has gone away. We exercise 4 days a week in a turbo kick class and are in great condition, and we eat fresh fruits and veggies every day.
Since we have been on this plan I have noticed my mind is clearer and I feel a lot calmer.
