I was in the middle of an attack of diverticulitis when I received your Great Taste No Pain plan and began following it. As you promised, the pain was gone within a day, I have lost a kilo in a week and the energy surge is amazing. I feel twenty years younger, walking faster and walking tall. My brain is also clear and eager to get on with a book I have been "trying" to write for years.

Here is my story: In 2009 I had a passing out spell while at camp in Sandy Creek. They took me to St. Joseph’s hospital to see what was happening. They found I had bleeding ulcers and gave me the 3 units of blood I lost. During the testing from head to toe they found I had a cyst/tumor on my left kidney. It was removed laparoscopic in July by a wonderful Doctor in Syracuse. He told me I could not wait I had to have it out so on July 14, it came out. Well I did wonderful as God was with me and took care of me. I did not have to have any treatments as it was encapsulated. I also had stomach problems, diverticulitis and a hiatal hernia.
WELL, BELIEVE THIS OR NOT, I tried your Great Taste No Pain plan and I HAVE NOT HAD PAIN SINCE THEN. I REALLY AM HAPPY AND FEEL I OWE YOU FOR THAT PLAN.
Only one day did I slip and the pain showed up so we know It works. I am not taking any Tums, Maalox, Milk of Magnesia or anything else and was astonished to see I have had regular bowel movements without the help of a dose of something to help me go.
Thank you once again. Most of all I want to recognize my Heavenly Father who has carried me thru all the surgery and now to keep me on this plan and watch what happens.

I am on day 3 of your Great Taste No Pain plan and like many of your fans I am now pain free for the first time. I remember being a 12 year old boy scout hiking the Appalachian Trail and staying a wake most of the night with what is now referred to as acid reflux.
I am 52 now and have been taking Prilosec daily since it was invented, with marginal improvement. If I went even one day without medication I would be racked with pain. I have tried changing my diet to try and isolate what was hurting me but never found an answer. That is, until I got on the internet and found your Great Taste No Pain plan.
I am both joyous and angry. Joyful that after so many years of suffering I have finally found a cure and angry that the solution is so simple that it seems ridiculous science and medicine professionals are not giving this information to patients. After following your Great Taste No Pain plan I am over the moon to be able say it is now two weeks since I last had any pain.....
Maybe it wasn't diverticulitis although my doctor said it could be a 'touch.'
Maybe my system was too acid and now I have concentrated on your plan my body has become more alkaline......
I don't know but what I do know is that I have left off all medication and still have no pain!

I was having so much acid reflux and intestinal pain that I went to 2 different doctors, had a CT scan which showed nothing and seemed to get no help from them other than an offer of drugs for the acid reflux which I didn't take them up on. I prefer to do things without drugs so I went on the internet to search for a solution.
I found your Great Taste No Pain plan and thought it was worth a try. In 4 days I couldn't believe the difference as I was almost pain free. Each time I go off your plan and eat wrong it comes back so it is obvious that the diet is the way to go.
I would recommend it to anyone to try and see how it works for them.

My story is thank you very much, had I not stumbled onto your web page I would have still been in pain. As I work through the manual and read the research that makes perfect sense, I started your Great Taste No Pain plan step by step and was amazed at the results.
When I contacted you I was in great pain with the dreaded IBS. I decided I had nothing to lose by sending for your program.
Within 1 day of being on your program, my stomach had started to decrease, the stomach ache and cramps had stopped and I was off the Mebeverine tablets.

I have been on your Great Taste No Pain programme for one week now, at first I made a
few mistakes but after a couple of days and lots of study on your programme I can now honestly say I feel so much better. My energy levels have rocketed and all stomach pain has vanished. No more constipation or diarrhea. I also take the pro biotic and also feel very positive results, so much so that I have now dispensed with all medication.
I had been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and for the last eighteen years I have had constant stomach problems. The problems led to me been hospitalized with several severe bouts of diarrhea and bleeds. I have been on nexium for most of this time, and more recently was put on anti spasmatic drugs all of which seemed to aggravate the problem and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and bloated. When I discovered that this could lead to surgery and the possibility of having my colon removed I
decided to do some research and find out if I could use some alternative remedies. This is when I discovered your website. This has proved to be the most beneficial discovery yet. Every day I feel better on the programme and now look forward to coming to work again.

I have had Irritable Bowel Syndrome for approximately 25 years. It was a nuisance, but tolerable until about five years ago. I began to suffer from Acid Reflux; stomach pain, and the diarrhea began to become more frequent. I had numerous tests done looking for celiac disease; gall bladder problems, etc. Finally I complained once too often and was given paperwork to get a colonoscopy. Well after the last time when they shoved a garden hose down my throat, I decided - Yeah NO!! Well about two years ago, the diarrhea was constant. Everyday. Multiple times a day. A friend had been suggesting all along that I should give up meat. She said a friend of hers had colitis and swears by it. So on May 1st I gave up meat-- under protest. It Worked! However, I would still have diarrhea on occasion, but I couldn't figure out what I was eating that was causing the problem. Finally, in August, I had a really painful weekend, and I became desperate for an answer.
I searched the interned for food related diarrhea and I found your website. I ordered your Great Taste No Pain plan on the spot. I followed your meal plans. I truly was pain free in 1 day. It was as if God led me to you. I have been without pain and diarrhea since August, except for that one day when I fell off the wagon. Within two hours I was back in the bathroom and suffering. It is now January and I have no symptoms.
