I have been suffering the last 5 years with enormous pain and discomfort in my stomach. Month after month I was jumping from one type of pills to the other with very little relief.
Doctors and pharmacists say there is nothing they can do besides reducing the acid level in my stomach. Needless to say this is causing just more discomfort. While surfing the internet, I came across your website.
Due to the fact that I work from 7am to 5pm it was not possible to follow your Great Taste No Pain plan to the letter during the day, but never the less I followed all the advice and suggestions about how and what to eat and the pains started getting less often. It's a week now since I changed my eating habits and I must admit that I'm sleeping through the night without any pain.
Thank you very much,
Kind Regards
Dirk Lourens
Dear Sherry,
I have made some minor changes in my diet following the Great Taste No Pain plan and I have seen the results already. I was already doing daily exercise so that was nothing extra for me to do. I felt so much better after the first day and I slept the best I had in many months.
I was on Protonix 40 mg twice a day for almost a year and it was time for a check up and I would have been given another prescription. I am not a pill taker so I did some research and I am so glad I did.
Thank you so very much,
Sue Babin
Hi Sherry,
I have been on your food combining plan for 5 days now. My stomach is not aching, the pain I had there is gone, and the pain in my back and legs are gone as well. Now if I can lose some weight too, that would be nice. I know it’s only been 5 days, but my clothing is a little loose. I am also sleeping better with less trips to the bathroom during the night as well and I have more energy! Thanks, I am going to continue this from now on.

Hi Sherry,
I have been on the GTNP way of eating since Feb. 2, 2009, and have had wonderful results in every way. I feel better (no more acid reflux), I have more energy and sleep better, and have been eating delicious and nourishing foods the whole time.
I find that I am once again enjoying the preparation and cooking of our meals, which not only are delicious, but I know I am making us (my husband and I) healthier each day.
I have the extra added benefit of getting off 3 (THREE) different medications that I had been on for many years. The first one I stopped was Prevacid (for acid reflux). No more symptoms so, no need for that any more. Then I stopped taking Topamax (a migraine preventive), and find that miraculously I have not had a migraine episode since then either.
I then felt courageous enough to stop my Advair (daily asthma med), and still have absolutely no asthma symptoms.
I will never be able to thank you (or my hairdresser who told me about GTNP) enough. I feel like a new person. I haven't felt this powerful about having control over my own health since I quit smoking, back in 1976.
I also lost about 15 lbs., which was not my goal since I only weighed about 117 to begin with (I am 5' 2" and small boned). But, I feel good, and no one so far has said I look haggard or too thin, so I guess this is my proper weight. I seem to be hovering around 100 or 102 lbs most of the time. It is nice to have a waist back. Although I never considered myself overweight, as I got older (I am 65 this month), my waist got thicker and thicker.
I also work out, and walk and do Tai Chi, so I am convinced I am really on the right path.
Thank you for all of your knowledge. I spread the word about GTNP wherever I can.
A thankful client,
Kathe McDaniel
Hi Sherry,
I am seeing some improvement with your plan. I am sleeping better and have more energy now. This is better eating and I will stick with it. I know more results will come, as I want it stopped all together.
Thank you.

Dear Sherry,
I am writing to tell you how very much I appreciate you and all that I have learned from your "Great Taste No Pain" program. I ordered your information immediately after reading your material. I was in the midst of a bout of esophageal discomfort (heartburn, undulating pain upon swallowing), abdominal distention, constipation, aching joints, dental aching, disturbed and restless sleep patterns, ear/nasal congestion, dizziness, compulsive over- eating. Your info was very impressive!
Actually, I have known about food combining for many years. I also was encouraged to take a course on IBS at Kaiser, following my diagnosis by them years ago. I can't imagine why I never put all these ideas together for myself! In this last week, I have benefited tremendously. My stomach and throat are no longer bothersome. Constipation is almost gone. My joints are not painful. Sleep is much improved (night sweats are much less frequent). My appetite is much less and cravings for sweets are greatly reduced.
Isn’t that all amazing?!!! I feel sooo much better . I certainly have not been "perfect" at staying on your pla. But now I really am able to notice when I eat something poorly combined. At last I have the knowledge and confidence that I do have a solution and hope to continue improving. I can’t tell you how much it means to me to finally have a way to improve my own health. Thanks again for all you have done to help me and others.
My sincere best wishes to you always.

Dear Sherry
Thank you, Thank you
I have finished my fourth day of your Great Taste No Pain plan and I feel great. Two of the nights I slept without getting up to go to the bathroom. I still have some pain but nothing like before.
I have had some problems with indigestion for years. My husband was on Hospice for a year and at home in bed. After he passed away my problems with IBS came on full force and I slept sitting up in my bed.
Again thanks

Hi Sherry
I have taken a while to get started on your Great Taste No Pain program. I didn't feel I could do it with lots of social events scheduled after I found your website. However, I realize now I could have got started - it is not as complicated as I thought it would be, quite easy in fact.
I used to get lots of bloating and gas and wind - very embarrassing. I wasn't on any medications but lots of other minor symptoms, which I thought were related to menopause, I just had to put up with, have been dramatically reduced. My hot flashes are less severe, I’m sleeping better, and I’m happier with less dramatic mood swings. Plus, my gas and wind and burping and farting and bloat (like I was pregnant) have stopped completely.
Thank you so much, I feel so much better and more confident to go out to functions without worrying about the sound effects or smells!

Dear Sherry,
Thank you so much for your plan. I began to feel sick and bloated. By the time I had gone to bed after starting your plan, I felt like I had lost some pounds and no hurting gut.
I even ate the dinner at 9:30 at night as I was unexpectedly working late. I never eat that late as food would keep me up all night. I went to bed around 11:00 and slept all night. It is wonderful to feel pain free.
I thank you and the person who recommended you to me after her partner's success with the plan.

Dear Sherry,
I, too, was very skeptical about the results I would experience by trying your Great Taste, No Pain system. I began and stayed on the program for 2 1/2 days and must admit that I was beginning to feel much better! I even lost about 3 pounds and experienced mild detoxing. I have had acid reflux for awhile and took Nexium for about a year, until I was feeling better and the doctor said I could stop the medicine. I tried to watch my diet, but still felt very bloated most of the time. My clothes were tight at the waist and my sleep pattern would wake me up after only 3-4 hours of rest. I am serious when I say that after eating, my stomach felt like a rock and I would belch and be very gassy. After only 2 1/2 days, my stomach remained soft after eating and the feelings of being uncomfortable vanished. I thought what a fluke! I couldn't believe that this was really working, because I thought I always ate very healthy food choices and my mind was letting me think that this was really working!
Well, we needed to go out of town to babysit the grandkids for 4 days, and I took your information with me, so I could proceed with the plan. I even told my husband, as we traveled out of town, that I felt more energy than normal and said it must be the way I was eating...and he said, that's great, but you always do more and have more energy than anyone we know. I agreed, but said I was even more alert than ever! However, when we arrived to babysit, life being as it is, I fixed the foods they wanted and was so busy with baseball practices...etc... That keep 4 boys busy, that I slipped backwards and ate the foods I fixed for them (healthy choices, just not the right combinations...and did I ever pay the price! I noticed discomfort after eating, but cut back in the amount of food I consumed, and felt okay. I even slept okay, just not as great as I had after the 2nd day of eating right. But...the real test was our trip back home when I said we needed to stop for food, because it would be too late to eat by the time we would get back home. (I have stopped eating before bedtime, because it always causes the acid reflux to kick into full play!) We stopped at Long John Silvers, which sounded good, because it has been years since we've had this due to those restaurants in our area closing. What a disaster! I had barely finished my food before my stomach swelled and felt like a rock. And did I mention the gas? Oh brother, what a miserable ride home!! Oh, and the 3 pounds was all back on the scales again. Needless to say, I am starting all over again and I am anxious to attain the quick results that had begun before I strayed! Thank for the great tips and the immediate results!
