I was diagnosed with ulcers. When I asked the doctor how I got them, he contributed them (after expensive testing) to OTC for my headaches. I was not satisfied with his answer, although I did have many headaches I did not take enough OTCs to cause ulcers.

I was diagnosed with an ulcer, reflux and Barrett's esophagus. I am disabled from a chemical exposure in the school in which I was a teacher. So I was wrestling with my ulcer etc. without the ability to have any help from medications. Each meal, before using your Great Taste No Pain plan was followed by upper back pain, stomach pain, reflux and a huge loss of energy. I was feeling trapped and didn't know where to turn for help. A few years ago I had my gallbladder removed and was also suffering dreadful pain in my stomach. The pain was so bad that it stopped me from eating or even functioning at all. I rolled around the floor in agony. I was then diagnosed with autoimmune gastritis and helicobacter pylori and stomach ulcers. I suffered dreadfully with diarrhea, sometimes up to 12 times per day. I had no control over my bowel movements at all and had frequent accidents in public places. I was in a dreadful state and desperate for help. My doctor eventually put me on medication for diarrhea as well as Zoton for my ulcers, Buscopan for the cramps in my stomach and a host of painkillers. I have frequent checks with the camera to check if I have inflammation in my stomach. Like I said, I was in a desperate state and tied not only to the house, but to the toilet.

I have been following your Great Taste No Pain program for about 6 weeks. I'm happy to say that I have lost 6 pounds and my stomach is 90% pain free. I have been suffering on and off with various digestive problems for 40 years. Ulcers, hiatal hernia, constipation, acid reflux, etc. 40 years ago, having ulcers meant large doses of antacids, no vegetables, salads nuts or seeds. It's sad how much these problems affected my social and work
life.
I'm 70 years old and became a "health nut" long before it was trendy. I quit eating meat over 35 years ago and became a semi-vegetarian. Even so, through the years I have continued to suffer on and off with mild to severe pain, bloat and distended stomach. I even tried food combining about 25 years ago but there wasn't much information out there about it and no one was doing it besides me (the nut case) so I fell away and forgot about it.
Even though I have been "anti-medications" most of my life, over the past 6 - 8 months, I have been on Nexium, Prilosec and Tums and searching the web for answers. Since 3 months of Nexium didn't solve the problem I have now been diagnosis with, Gastroparesis and I was given Metoclopramide. The side effects to this medication are so frightening that I refused to take it. My web search for this disease informs me that I could be looking at surgery, feeding tubes and lots of pain down the road with this diagnosis. As others have mentioned, my diagnosis is based on symptoms and not an
actual test.
Thank heaven, I then found your Great Taste No Pain Plan and started following it. It took about a week for me to start feeling better. I find it hard to believe how easy it is and, that I'm actually sticking with it. The closer I follow the plan, the better I feel.
Since I am no longer fond of cooking, I have found it easier to stick with your program by eating one or two properly combined (and alkaline when possible) items at a time every two or three hours which allows the stomach to empty faster. I'm even doing well with more raw vegetables and nuts. I'm not used to feeling well for more than a couple of days at a time so I have that "too good to be true" feeling. I've tried so many diets and eating plans and finally feel that something is working.
I'm a fairly active 70 year old, still working and walking my dog, and want to stay that way for a long time. I am testimony that it is never too late to find the right process to help ourselves. My husband (Dan) is 52 yrs old and has suffered with stomach problems for 10 yrs. He has had a small bleeding ulcer, H-Pylori bacteria, and acid reflux. He couldn't take Nexium because it caused stomach cramps. He's lived on Prevacid, Prilosec, Zantac, Pepcid AC, and protonics. Nothing has helped and he has seen 3 different gastroenterologists and none have been able to help. All the doctors do is write prescriptions that have not helped.
A week and a half ago he had a colonoscopy and a scope down his throat. The
colon was fine but his doctor's exact words were, "His stomach is in poor shape. It looks like a grenade blew up in there!" He has stomach erosions and blood in the stomach.
After receiving this report from the doctor, I got on the Internet and typed in "recipes for acid reflux" and your website came up. I am sooooo glad. We tried your Great Taste No Pain plan. We had nothing to lose and boy did we gain. Sherry, my husband is like a new man. He has not taken ANY Prevacid, Zantac, or protonics in over a week. And he stopped taking his heart medicine too (which he suspected was upsetting his stomach). He had to stop taking it to have the colonoscopy. He takes Arhythmol (not sure of
spelling) for irregular heart beat. We are hoping that he will NOT have to go back on that medicine either.

I have had acid reflex (GERD) so bad for the last three years that I've carried ulcers and lost most of my enamel to my teeth from all of the throwing up I do every night.
I’ve gone from one doctor to another doctor and yes they give all types of medicines when one doesn't work they give you another. They do suggest that things like if you quit smoking it will help, if you give up your favorite pop it would help, don't eat or drink anything three hours before you go to bed, raise the head of your bed so you aren't laying flat, and last but not least don't eat any acid foods, caffeine, fatty foods, chocolate, dairy and the list goes on and on.
I tried their suggestions I still was getting up and getting sick every night which is what has led me to you. I have been following your Great Taste No Pain plan for over a week and yes I feel a whole lot better than I have in three years. I haven't got up once this week and got sick which doesn't make me feel so drained out the next day. I do have way more energy then I have had in along time. Getting to eat tomatoes after all of these years and not being sick for three days is amazing.

About a year ago I started to get this dry scratchy cough which was very annoying each morning when I awoke. I put up with it for about ten months before I went to the doctor to get it checked out. After several tests I was diagnosed with acid reflux and stomach ulcers. After two months on Nexium and another test, the results indicated acid reflux and a sliding hiatal hernia. The remedy, another prescription for Nexium with 11 repeats.
This did not sit well with me so I went on line to explore other remedies. Fortunately I came across your web site for Great Taste No Pain and immediately called to order it. Within a few days I was feeling better both physically and mentally.
(I am in the process of moving) I now feel great and am completely off the pill. The other day I met an old friend who I haven't seen for years.
