I am just completing my 4th day on your Great Taste No Pain plan. Although I am not 100% healed, I am about 80% there. I could have had better results if I adhered more strictly to the plan. I did have a few deviations. Overall though, the plan is working great for me and I can understand the basic concept of proper food combing.
Regarding my gut history, my symptoms and experience over the years has been almost exactly what yours has been. I am 67 years old and have had numerous gut problems over the last 45 years ranging from bleeding ulcers, hiatal hernia, acid reflux, gastritis, and difficulty swallowing due to a restrictive esophagus with scar tissue.
The classic problems you have experienced have bothered me over the years from time to time, but beginning about 2 months ago, they began occurring more frequently with a greater intensity on a daily basis, mostly right after each meal. Within 30 minute to an hour after a meal I would have severe stomach cramps followed by uncontrollable diarrhea.
I thought the best thing to do was to increase my dosage of Nexium which I have been taking for 10 years. I increased the dosage from 1 to 2 then 3 pills a day, but the pain and diarrhea continued. A visit to my gastroenterologist who I have been seeing for the last 20 years didn't seem too concerned and basically though I should just continue the Nexium. I continued to get worse and more miserable and as time progressed, my energy level began dropping and I became lethargic and even depressed.
I might add at this point that my diet all my life has been terrible, virtually no live foods such as fruit and green vegetables. I must admit that after trying numerous diets, doctor advice and prescription medications, I am very skeptical, but after reading about your Great Taste No Pain plan I felt that what you say just might work.
As I mentioned earlier, I am on my 4th day of your plan and it really does work! For the first time in over 40 years, I am virtually free of gut problems, and my energy level is much better.

After trying your Great Taste No Pain plan the Symptoms of my stomach ulcers are gone down. Hence, the burning feeling in the upper abdomen caused by stomach ulcers has reduced. The level of pain and the length of the suffering after each meal reduced.
The experience I had of a lose of appetite; vomiting and bloody stool disappeared completely.

This had been going on for years, Decades in fact, Bloated stomach, Painful, This is wrong, 'Why can’t "they" fix me up? Many visits to the Doctors, cameras pushed into 'uncomfortable' places, tablets that didn't work, antacids by the box full and having to avoid likeable foods all together....Gloom.
Pictures that revealed ulcers and an eventual confirmation "you have Crohn's disease"! That explained the back aches, the foul moods.

Anyone reading this believe...REVELATION! The bloating disappears. The 'belly aches' subside and the 'new' food combinations are delicious! Falling asleep at night becomes a breeze and the subsequent 'Refreshed' feeling in the morning after a proper nights sleep.

I have been very busy but just had to take a few minutes to let you know how your Great Taste No Pain plan worked for me. About 4 yrs ago I had a very bad stomach ulcer. After many colonoscopies and endoscopies the Dr told my ulcer had healed, it took 2 yrs. During one of the examinations, he told me that I had acute diverticulitis. Never had a problem for about a year and then I had a flare-up. Boy, what discomfort and pain. Feeling very depresses just thinking about all of the tests AGAIN.
As I was checking out a few things on the computer, I found your Great Taste No Pain plan. Within 2 days of trying it most of the pain and discomfort was gone. I feel GREAT. Lost over 10lbs, have lots of energy and now have my husband eating the same way. He has noticed a huge difference in the way he feels.

I have tried your Great Taste No Pain plan and a few of your recipes. I'm hooked on the
carrot & cilantro soup! I feel like a gourmet cooks (my husband loves that I’m cooking) I HAD BEEN taking prilosec for a few years for acid reflux and an ulcer. I was also diagnosed with diverticulitis. I have had rectal bleeding which the doctor's can't find a reason for. It's not everyday, but when it happens, there's a lot of blood. In the last few weeks there hasn't been a lot of blood, like before. I've been following the plan for maybe 4 weeks now and have taken off 9 pounds (without being hungry). My stomach doesn't hurt or make those embarrassing sounds anymore.

I hope you believe in God. If you don't, that is just too bad because you are God sent. You are sent by God to bring the Good news of eating right to His people. That's right, you are God sent. Why am I saying this? Because you have turned my "Over twenty years of health nightmare into a sunlit brand new day of increasing vibrant life, all these in a short period of time.
Numerous surgeries and medications did not do it for me. Finally, I had a revelation that God has heard my prayer and that most, if not all my major health problems will be taken care of. As I was pondering about the nature of this revelation, I stumbled into your website, ordered your Great Taste No Pain plan and followed your advice with occasional backslides. In a matter of weeks, pounds of weight were dropping, sleep apnea started to loosen its deadly grip on me, energy level gradually creeps up, ulcer subsided without anymore antacids, my mind started becoming clearer, minor things that drove me crazy at work suddenly seem insignificant and productivity got better. I can write a book on this but I have to keep it short for now.

Hi Sherry,
I have had a range of problems start up this year, including extreme cases of hives, iron deficiency anemia and extreme fatigue (due to the iron deficiency). My iron levels went very low, and I had to have an iron infusion done, followed by an endoscopy and colonoscopy to establish the cause of the iron deficiency (it wasn't lack of iron intake as I was also on an iron supplement). Apart from some intestinal ulcers, I was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease, and told to start a cause of steroids and antibiotics. Nothing about diet and nutrition was mentioned.
6 weeks after my colonoscopy, and abdominal pain and digestive problems worse than I had ever had before, I discovered your Great Taste No Pain plan. Your plan made me feel so much better. I can't say I have completely recovered, but I've stopped waking up during the night with pains, and my days are far more enjoyable without the persistent abdominal pain.

I have been on your "Great Taste No Pain" plan for approx 7 days and my health disorders of 8 years are beginning to diminish considerably. Prior to finding your programs I was diagnosed and treated by approx 50 different doctors, including gastroenterologists, many of which administered "band-aid" type of treatments, handed me bags of pills and advised me to go home without properly diagnosing me, or literally administered little no treatments at all.
After having been diagnosed by 3 separate gastroenterologists, their examinations concluded that I had developed a duodenal ulcer and a hiatal hernia of which felt like I had a persistent "fire in my chest" and accompanying pain, that robbed me of joy, happiness, peace, concentrations, proper work routines and sleep.
Additionally, I had contracted chronic sinus disorders, enlarged prostate and back pain that seemed to work in "concert" with my ulcer and gastric disorders.
After reading your Great Taste No Pain plan and adhering to the protocols I quickly learned that improper dieting down through the years was at the root of my health disorders. It was also the reasons as to why I was not getting any better after taking multitudes of vitamins, minerals, health foods, alternative treatments and prescription drugs, that the improper diets was infecting my internal organs in a dangerous cesspool of toxic gases.
