My husband (Dan) is 52 yrs old and has suffered with stomach problems for 10 yrs. He has had a small bleeding ulcer, H-Pylori bacteria, and acid reflux. He couldn't take Nexium because it caused stomach cramps. He's lived on Prevacid, Prilosec, Zantac, Pepcid AC, and protonics. Nothing has helped and he has seen 3 different gastroenterologists and none have been able to help. All the doctors do is write prescriptions that have not helped.
A week and a half ago he had a colonoscopy and a scope down his throat. The
colon was fine but his doctor's exact words were, "His stomach is in poor shape. It looks like a grenade blew up in there!" He has stomach erosions and blood in the stomach.
After receiving this report from the doctor, I got on the Internet and typed in "recipes for acid reflux" and your website came up. I am sooooo glad. We tried your Great Taste No Pain plan. We had nothing to lose and boy did we gain. Sherry, my husband is like a new man. He has not taken ANY Prevacid, Zantac, or protonics in over a week. And he stopped taking his heart medicine too (which he suspected was upsetting his stomach). He had to stop taking it to have the colonoscopy. He takes Arhythmol (not sure of
spelling) for irregular heart beat. We are hoping that he will NOT have to go back on that medicine either.
Thank you so very much for sharing your research with us. I have told several friends about your program as well.
Thank you!
Connie and Dan
Hi Sherry,
I have had acid reflex (GERD) so bad for the last three years that I've carried ulcers and lost most of my enamel to my teeth from all of the throwing up I do every night.
I’ve gone from one doctor to another doctor and yes they give all types of medicines when one doesn't work they give you another. They do suggest that things like if you quit smoking it will help, if you give up your favorite pop it would help, don't eat or drink anything three hours before you go to bed, raise the head of your bed so you aren't laying flat, and last but not least don't eat any acid foods, caffeine, fatty foods, chocolate, dairy and the list goes on and on.
I tried their suggestions I still was getting up and getting sick every night which is what has led me to you. I have been following your Great Taste No Pain plan for over a week and yes I feel a whole lot better than I have in three years. I haven't got up once this week and got sick which doesn't make me feel so drained out the next day. I do have way more energy then I have had in along time. Getting to eat tomatoes after all of these years and not being sick for three days is amazing.
Thank you for everything
Christy
Dear Sherry,
About a year ago I started to get this dry scratchy cough which was very annoying each morning when I awoke. I put up with it for about ten months before I went to the doctor to get it checked out. After several tests I was diagnosed with acid reflux and stomach ulcers. After two months on Nexium and another test, the results indicated acid reflux and a sliding hiatal hernia. The remedy, another prescription for Nexium with 11 repeats.
This did not sit well with me so I went on line to explore other remedies. Fortunately I came across your web site for Great Taste No Pain and immediately called to order it. Within a few days I was feeling better both physically and mentally.
(I am in the process of moving) I now feel great and am completely off the pill. The other day I met an old friend who I haven't seen for years.
Thank you ever so much.
Harry
Dear Sherry,
I’m quite sure you will have a lot of well deserved success with your Great Taste No Pain program which, by the way I have bough and I must say it is worth every penny (or should I say cent, as you are American). The books arrived so quickly!!
I have suffered on and off for I can’t remember how many years with severe esophagitis as a result of a hiatal hernia and acid reflux which has caused me immense pains in my chest and shoulders. At first I was treated for muscular pain as I thought I had pulled a muscle at gym. After about six months when the pain had gotten worse I had a bioscope which revealed that I had a hernia, ulcers and acute esophagitis.
When the esophagitis returned I went to the doctors for tablets. I then went on the Web and it was there that I saw your Great Taste No Pain plan. I stopped taking the tablets. I am now almost pain free (as you said it will take a little longer as the esophagitis was quite server) I only get pain when I walk for a long time - I live up a very steep hill that I have to clime on my way home from the train station. I no longer slump over my desk or steering wheel of my car as a result of the pain. I sometime couldn’t stand or sit up strait. I also do not have acid reflux any more or a sour bitter taste in my mouth.
I’ve tried some of your recipes and I have no complaints there. All in all I am one happy customer and getting better by the day.
I would like to say how helpful and quick to respond to my queries your staff have been.
God Bless you all.
Kindest Regards ,

Hi Sherry,
I ended up twice in the ER room with such intense acute pain. First time I was given muscle relaxers and pain killers but thousands of dollars later they didn't know it was gastritis. The second time same a cat scan revealed and just before being released dr. said you have gastritis and ulcers.
Since being on your Great Taste No Pain plan I have not had an occurrence.
Thanks again,
Paul
Hi Sherry,
I am happy to share my story. I took care of my parents for seven years. I am an only child without family and 24/7 care giving was intense for many years. Little did I know that after my parents passing my stress level would increase. I threw myself into to consecutive positions working for homeowners associations. I will never work for one again. They are very demanding and my days were often 12 to 14 hours plus a 52 mile round trip commute. I left my last position this past August and have been out of work
since. By February of this year I felt all the old symptoms of a previous ulcer.
I was thrilled to find your Great Taste No Pain plan. I thought: "Why not? It certainly can't do any arm and surely might help." What an answer to prayer your email was. I did follow your plan for 4 days and had wonderful results. I am pain free and my spirit is soaring because for the first time in months my stomach is not bothering me.
Thank you for everything. I have referred your concept to many friends and my BFF in Illinois who suffers with Crohn’s Disease has already purchased everything.
Please know how many you are helping and may you have many crowns in heaven for doing so.
Sincerely,
Sandra
I am on day 9 of your Great Taste No Pain plan. I suffered from peptic ulcers and IBS for a long time. I am now pain free.
The cookbook is marvelous! Simple, tasty recipes from ordinary grocery store foods! No meals to purchase or specialty items to buy. Great!
My husband says his pants are looser around the waist after eating the correct combination of foods.
Thanks so much for taking away my constant all consuming pain! I am a happier, more energetic person after only 9 days!

I have been using your Great Taste No Pain program for several weeks now. I am very
sensitive to any medical prescriptions. In fact, there are hardly any prescriptions that I can tolerate. I do have a stomach ulcer and can not treat it medically. Your program of combing foods is healing my ulcer and I feel better than I have for months.
Thank you for those good recipes,
Bess
Hi Sherry,
I am 61 years old. Two weeks ago I received in the information on your program. I started it immediately and within the first day had terrific results and have been thrilled ever since.
Since I have been in Junior high I have suffered from an oozing ulcer. It gives me pain, makes me weak, dizzy, nauseated, confused and exhausted. The problem has come and gone over my entire life. But this past year has been absolutely the worst. In 1982 I also discovered that I am allergic to milk and food that has milk or milk products.
That too has gotten severe as the years have gone on. One of my symptoms is for my stomach to swell up. With in a few minutes I look like I am 9 months pregnant and am in incredible pain. I have been very good about not eating any milk products, but for the past year, my stomach still swells and aches and I have been severely experiencing the oozing ulcer symptoms. For the past 6 months I have been taking Kapidex a prescription to control the acid in my stomach, but it wasn't working.
Thank you so much for making this available to millions of people! As soon as I started reading your research, it all started making sense. I now carefully watch how I combine my foods and I feel wonderful! I know that you have extended my life for decades by helping me control my stomach and it's acid.
You are wonderful!

Hello Sherry,
Just a quick note from one of your 'admirers' from across the pond. I have suffered from ulcerative colitis for 15 years, although it was only diagnosed about 10 years ago.
I was a professional sportsman and subsequently a keen marathon runner and tri athlete. I also worked in a high pressure job which involved lots of travel and socializing. I got used to alternate periods of steroids then 20-30 visits to the loo each day, when I stopped taking them. (And that was only while I was awake!)
This played havoc with my social life diet and leisure time with my three Children.
Not to mention the air travel with work and Holidays I had to endure.
I had a spinal operation following complications from an old sporting injury and from that date my symptoms worsened, I became anemic, weak, exhausted and developed facial sores, and my hemoglobin count had become dangerously low. Following a gastroscopy, it was discovered the colitis had worsened and spread all around my large intestine. The hospital wanted to admit me for a transfusion. I declined. The stress of the acute and prolonged symptoms had caused more pain in my upper quadrant which the Doctors suspected was a peptic ulcer or gallstones. It turned out; following further 'camera work' IBS was diagnosed.
It was then I searched on the net for more natural cures. I was aware of food combining when doing endurance training, it helped reduce stomach cramps, indigestion and fatigue.
Your plan seemed a natural progression to ease digestive discomfort.
I have to say a week into the plan; my symptoms have reduced by 90%!!!! I am sleeping better, have more energy, less gas bowel discomfort and (my wife assures me) I am a lot easier to live with as a result.
I will carry on with your Great Taste No Pain recipes and I 'm looking forward to pain and discomfort free times ahead.
Your plan has given me hope where I thought there was none after 15 years, and I wanted to pass this message on to anyone who is deliberating over purchasing your paln do it! You will never regret it.
