Dear Sherry,

I ordered your No-Pain diet for my 18 yr old daughter, she had been suffering from stomach pain for about five years now. Two years ago she was diagnosed with peptic ulcers and reflux, supposedly caused by h. pylori, she was given antibiotics treatment but after that, the pain remained so she was given a special diet (no tomatoes, no citrus fruits, no fried foods, etc) and the purple pill twice a day indefinitely. She felt worst with the pills' side effects, so she decided to drop it and just follow the diet, but the pain was always there. A few days ago she started having rectal bleeding continuously but begged me not to take her to the hospital for those horrible tests again, so as scared and desperate as I felt I started praying and my answer was your No-Pain diet. I immediately started her on it and by the third day the bleeding had stopped. She has been on it for two weeks now and all her stomach pain and discomfort has disappeared.

Thank you and May God Bless You for helping others.

Hi Sherry,

I have tried your diet on pain free ulcers and have found that it has worked fantastic for me; I would like to thank you very much for your advice. I no longer suffer with pain or bloated-ness and feel great all around, with just a few diet changes.

Thank you again.

Hi Sherry,

Ever since my mom passed away in 1999 from stomach and bone cancer, I noticed a trend of illnesses within the family and thought for me, I need to get checked on a regular basis. I was diagnosed with Diverticulosis in 2003 and began to take charge of my health. I read on what to take and eat and figured I would conquer this. Well, on a regular basis, I would exercise and get yearly checkups. On January 7, 2008 I had a near fatal car accident. I suffered a broken left clavicle, 4 left broken ribs, fractured left pelvic and hip and my left ankle swell up double. On my right arm, I have 2 broken bones and the surgeon replaced both with 2 stainless steel plates. As a result of this I was hospitalized for over a month, continuous therapy twice daily 6 days a week for 3 weeks. Once discharge I had home care and therapy.

So yes, I have been through it all. I went back to work on June 2, weaned myself off the meds that were heavy and quite severe. So finally in November I began to feel nausea in the stomach and just didn't feel like myself. I was back on my health kick taking my vitamins and eating healthy, I thought. Since my check up and endoscopy, I was diagnosed with two ulcers and chronic acid reflux. After the doctors visit I went on line and discovered you!

What an impact in my life....I started the GTNP plan the following day and you can not believe the results. You are absolutely correct 100%. I feel much better and energetic. I love the food plan. It truly works! I get better sleep and don’t feel sluggish. With a family history of breast cancer, colon cancer and heart disease, I can say there is a way to conquer your problems. I sit at work and talk about your GTNP plan. I have called my family and with all said and done, I am a living testimony.

Thank You Sherry! I will continue to use your plan forever, even when my ulcers are gone.

Hi Sherry,

I just wanted to let you know how amazing I think your plan is! I have had stomach problems for YEARS and I've had every kind of test run; but the doctor's could only say I either hand a "nervous" stomach or I was producing too much acid in my stomach. Therefore, they gave me prescriptions of all the mainstream antacids...Prilosec, Prevacid, etc. None of them worked.

Unfortunately, I have been in so much pain over the last few months that I was literally "over dosing" on antacids. I took twice the recommended OTC Pepcid and I chewed Tums like they were candy. What did all this get me? A trip to the emergency room!

Yes, I was forced to enjoy New Year's Eve in the emergency room. I have never had such stomach pain and back pain in my life. My brother just died the week of Thanksgiving due to the aorta rupturing in his stomach. He had complained of the same pain I was experiencing. Needless to say, I was scared to death when I went to the doctor.

They ran tests to rule out the aorta problem, along with heart attack and blood clot in my lungs. Thankfully, these were all ruled out as causes of my pain. They could only conclude that I must have ulcers and sent me home. That was it, no meds, no instructions, nothing.

The next day I was still in pain and called my family doctor again. He prescribed Carafate which coats your stomach. I got that prescription filled at $218.00! It didn't help.

In total frustration I got online and found your website. I had nothing to lose; so I decided to give your Great Taste No Pain plan a try. I am totally blown away! I have been following your plan for a week and I am almost free of pain. I still have a small amount of stomach pain; but I have done so much damage to myself that I know it will take time to completely heal. I hardly belch, which much to my embarrassment was a common thing. An added bonus....I lost 7 lbs! This is an eating plan I can definitely LIVE with!

Thank you so much for saving my stomach and my sanity!

Sherry,

My husband has hemochromatosis and suffers, among many other things, from a great deal of joint pain. Last year, he was also diagnosed with a stomach ulcer. After a year of protonix and various other acid blockers with no results, I set off to find an "ulcer diet" to help him. I came across your web site and that night we began your diet.

After 4 days on the "Great Taste, No Pain" diet, he stopped taking the daytime dose of medication and after 2 weeks was completely off of the ulcer medication. It has been a month now and he has lost 8 lbs. and feels good. He is able to sleep through the night without waking up from stomach pain. In addition to the stomach pain going away, he is no longer limping. It seems that the diet is also helping the joint pain that he has suffered with for years! The hemochromatosis may never go away, but it seems that the diet is helping the symptoms.

This has been a wonderful find and it will benefit our entire family.

Dear Sherry,

I have been on your plan for 3 weeks and have not had to take a single pill. I had been taking Nexium for 3 yrs and then I started getting more problems and the doctor upped the dosage to 2X40mg a day. I was ok for a few months and then the pain in my stomach came back so I was changed to Zantac. That was ok for a few months then the pain started again. I was so frustrated I went on the internet and found your plan. I was diagnosed with chronic gastritis and then 3 ulcers on my esophagus. I was told if I did not take more tablets I would get stomach cancer.

I have stopped all the pills and I have no pain in my stomach. I still get a little heartburn occasionally but that is because I sometimes do not stick to plan 100%, however, I am working on it and feel sooooooooooooo much better.

Thank you so much!

Hi Sherry,

My story is like others who can't simply enjoy life because they’re trapped in everyday struggle with different types of pain. I am honestly fed up with my condition - I'm not well today-every day. I want to wake up full of energy and enjoy the day without constant thinking how to relieve my big intestine first thing in a morning. I think I'm paying a big price now for my student's life - with no money and no care about my stomach; also I had 3 operations and as a result - adhesion in my intestines, colons which can't be cured and another cause for constant constipation.

So I'm over 40 now and diagnosed with chronic gastritis and colitis, IBS, periodically having ulcers (last one in 2005) and a lot of other things I don't know how to translate from Russian. My symptoms when I have attacks are: constipation (up to 7 days ), bloating, sickness, headache, fever, terrible smell from my mouth, heartburn up to my throat, ache in my stomach under ribs, weakness, low energy, sleepless nights, irritation, vomiting, spots on my face and as a result hospitalization. I'm currently on Mepradec and while on your diet I continue to take medication as really want the best possible effect from both: medicine and diet. I'm on waiting list for scan and then for the appointment to see a specialist.

I'm a fighter in this life - if any problem, I'm not sitting and waiting sulking and moaning; I'm a person of action, trying to find the way out and I knew that all my problems with my health relates to imbalanced food - that's why I tried many ways of dieting including fasts but without big difference. Two weeks ago I was taken to the hospital from work because I was in terrible pain and spent the whole morning in toilet vomiting. At the hospital they made an x-ray and couldn't do better than give me morphine and advise to see my GP doctor for further investigation. So that's why I decided to search through Internet rather then to wait again for the same info and the same way of treatment and finally found your site. I never actually tried combined food before and was very pleased to find a plan of action - Pain Free diet.

With your help and following all instructions for a diet I found myself relieved from heartburn, headache, bloating. I also lost weight and started to sleep well, but the most important thing I feel much better and my stomach is calmer at last. Thank you very much for your care and I hope others will find your diet easy to follow and useful as I did.

Thanks again,

Many regards,

Tatiana Wilkes

Hi Sherry~

I have been on GTNP for one week now and if I could come thru the computer and kiss you, I would! I was in such agonizing pain with "gastritis" possible "ulcer" pain that I wanted to die! First of all, after being on your plan for ONE day, I was pain free! I was prescribed Nexium and I will continue for the remainder of prescription, but that is it! I was drinking Mylanta like it was water....I have not drank that since day one on the plan!

It’s such an easy diet to follow and I feel absolutely wonderful! I think I have told everyone and their brother about this plan....I am simply amazed by this plan and all of the knowledge you have given to me~

Peace,

Stacey Hosey

Dear Sherry,

Words however they may be put together can not properly convey my gratitude to you.

What you did in my body with your GTNP combination was a miracle, to put it subtly. I started experiencing pains and discomfort in my internals a little over 2yrs ago and after a long period of guesses; I was diagnosed with a gastric ulcer. I was placed on antacids, Zantac, Emoprazole and other antibiotics.

I've been on these drugs for almost 2yrs, but relief never came! I was in search of a solution for my issue that I saw your Great Taste No Pain plan that has virtually solved the problem.

I feel great now. My hitherto noisy stomach has succumbed to the wisdom of Great Taste No Pain. I wake up light these days and feel much younger than I have for a long time. I used to have serious troubles at my joints (knees, elbows and shoulders), now the pain is fading.

Today, I've completely stopped the medications. Please, if there's anything else I need to do to consolidate on the gains I have made, do not hesitate to tell me about them.

Thank you so much for your food combination therapy and May God bless you for being there for us.

Hi Sherry,

I have been on the plan for four days and am feeling much better and have lost three pounds. I love the recipes I have tried so far and I just received your book with so many more recipes and I am anxious to try them.

I have been struggling with all of the listed stomach/digestive problems for about 14 years... 2008 has been particularly a struggle.... lots of doctor visits, gall bladder surgery, and so many meds to control GERD, diverticulosis, and ulcers.

I have already cut back on my meds and hope to be off them completely in a few weeks. My husband is pre-diabetic and will certainly benefit from these recipes as well... even though he is not yet willing to actually follow the plan completely.

Thanks for your plan and the help with what the doctors said is a life long problem... only to be treated, not fixed.
