Thank you forever. In December of 2008 I started having horrible bloating in my stomach. My GP tried to treat me for a couple of months with medication. It didn't help though. Then after a blood test found me positive for the H Pylori I got even more pills. 14 pills every day without a doubt one of the worst things that has ever happened to me. But sad to say after that the discomfort returned along with heartburn. Off to a specialist who did more testing, more pills, more office visits (at $50 a pop). My favorite part was sitting in his office while he talked to his wife on the phone about their Mercedes then walked me to the door with; you guessed it more pills. I switched to yet another doctor, who did more testing and more pills. When I returned to his office after another 2 months of discomfort he didn't seem bothered by the fact that I wasn't any better.
That was it! I was determined to no longer pay into the system that was failing me.
No longer was I going to give money to the companies that made me feel just as bad after
taking the medication as I did before taking it. Who knows what the medication might
do later.
After starting your Great Taste No Pain it took a little trial and error on my part. Cheating means PAIN. Once I got the hang of it, gastritis pain; GONE. Hiatal hernia pain; GONE. Medication, goodbye forever.
Forever grateful,
Wendy Grande
Hi Sherry,
Almost four weeks ago I was sat in this same chair. I'm 51 years old next month, and have suffered for the last 20 years with "Crohn’s disease" although about 3 years ago after a colonoscopy it was decided that it was "ulcerative colitis".
Either way I have been taking prednisolone steroids continually along with Mesalazine, anti-inflammatory tablets branded Asacol.
Some times I felt better than others, but the symptoms were never far away and I often felt like I was walking a continual tightrope over the years. I could never just quite get the balance right.
Just about 5 years ago my wife and I bought a Post Office; you can guess that my place behind the counter is the closest to the lavatory. In fact from when I get up in the morning at 7.30am till I go downstairs to work at 8.45am I will have probably been to the bathroom 3 times.
The message from doctors over the years has been, "no cure". Almost four weeks ago I arrived at the place that I know you have also been, and I searched the internet for "treatment of ulcerative colitis", that's when I found your website, read everything in sight, cried at the testimonials written. I could feel for every one who had written to you. I decided to try your Great Taste No Pain plan. I stuck to it like glue; and have to say I was stunned to have been feeling different within one day.
I feel so much better, the tablets have gone, all the lot, I'm not taking anything now except your good advice; I'm sleeping better, very soundly now, and have lost around 10 pounds in weight, my "chubby chops" have gone now, that's English for "fat cheeks", gone because of not taking steroids; bonus really. I'm drinking less alcohol too, but have found that as you suggest "in moderation" a nice bottle of Chardonnay shared once in a while does "gladden the heart".
I am very optimistic for the future now and have so much to thank you for; there are also 5 other people who now have your name and website details that you will probably be hearing from, in fact one Mother and daughter I know in Sheffield have already ordered your plan.
Thanks again wholeheartedly,
John Campbell Woods
I have been treated for ulcerative colitis for the past two and a half years. I have been taking two Lialda pills a day. Before I was switched to Lialda I was taking six Asacol pills per day. My doctors say I will need to stay on Lialda or Asacol the rest of my
life but my goal is to get off completely.
I just told my doctor I felt I was not eating a healthy diet because of the lack of fruits and vegetables. When I started your Great Taste No Pain plan one week ago today I decided to cut my meds in half. My doctor would be upset if he knew I am doing that but I am determined to get off meds. I could definitely tell a difference after being on the plan only one day. I have lost seven pounds and feel so much better. I'm making one trip to the bathroom each day and am having "normal" bowel movements. No more soreness, bloating or gas! I also notice I am sleeping much better and getting a good nights sleep each night!
The best part is I can now eat salads again! I NEVER ate lettuce and now get to enjoy it as often as I want. I am eating fruits, with their peels, and still feel great. My husband has seen what a great week this has been and is thinking of trying the plan himself! I'm so glad I found your website! I plan to continue one pill a day for a month or so and then get brave enough to tell my doctor I am not on any medication – I know he will not be happy with me but I can't wait to be free of medications!

Hi Sherry,
I have suffered attacks of ""colic"" since early adolescence which has been attributed to family genetics and stress after a family tragedy. I was pain free for many years until I was once again under a lot of stress as a single mother with a small child, working full time etc. Back came the bizarre colic attacks which were finally relegated to the IBS family of problems. Finally last year after four serious bouts within months, I demanded tests to eliminate more serious problems and all came back negative. In fact my
specialist told me that my stomach and intestines are in pristine condition.
It was up to me to find a more permanent solution, hence my letter to you today. I found your website, started on your Great Taste No Pain plan and have started to learn how to choose food which does not provoke bloating and pain.
I am determined to see if I can go a whole year without any or very little pain, drug free. So far so good. I am happy to start taking control of the problem and to sort myself out.
Thank you for providing material which gives hope and enables people to understand and deal with their own health, rather than desperately relying on medical systems which have proven to be helpless, in my case at least. I am grateful that modern medicine has enabled me to see that I am otherwise healthy so I can now stop worrying needlessly and get on with the task of improving my long term health.

Dear Sherry,
My niece has been on the purple pill for 6 years. I gave her the Great Taste No Pain plan to read. She changed her food combining and began to eat as you recommend and she stopped the pill and has had no pain since. She is amazed that just eating different could make such a difference.

Hi Sherry,
I am here on the other side of the world and am pleased that I stumbled across your website while looking for some information on the long term safety of taking Losec. My doctor is just like the ones you describe. He listens patiently to my symptoms and then reaches for his prescription pad. When I first went to him with acid reflux I was delighted to find that Losec "eliminated" (or should that be "masked") the symptoms right from day one. I have been on Losec for nearly three years and I started to worry about the long term effects of the drug.
I tried your Great Taste No Pain plan and stopped taking Losec. I was surprised and delighted to find that I have eliminated the acid reflux. There have been a couple of occasions when I inadvertently combined incorrectly and did have a mild attack of reflux, but if I stick to the regime I am certainly pain free.
I am looking forward to putting your Great Taste No Pain into a lifetime lifestyle change in the way I eat. I am especially looking forward to being able to vary my meals by using the recipes you provide in the course! As an aside I have also lost a couple of kilograms over the last 10 days.
Thanks again

Sherry,
I too had been suffering with stomach problems for probably 3 to 5 yrs. I am now 64. I have been under a lot of stress and feel like that was a contributing factor to me coming down with IBS. My stomach problems would be on and off so I couldn't figure out what was going on but then it got to be constant. Felt so bad I ended up at Dr's office and they did blood work that showed nothing wrong. I Think they were looking for celiac disease. So, I was set me up with a Gastro. Dr. and she suggested, very quickly, that I may have IBS but didn't go any further with it.
An Endoscopy was scheduled for Aug. 5th and I really had bad feelings about this. So, last Thursday I decided to go on to internet and look up symptoms for IBS and found your website. I decided then and there to follow your advise and purchased your Great Taste No Pain plan. I was very skeptical because you hear so much about listening to anyone on a website, but I had to do something. Six days later I feel like a new person. Followed your Great Taste No Pain plan and the wonderful recipes and still can't believe how much better I feel. I have stopped taking antacids and my frame of mind is much better since not suffering with nausea, bloating and constipation.
Thank you so much for your research and will continue with the plan from now on. I truly was a skeptic and you have made me a believer. Can't wait until I tell my Dr.
Thank you soooo much.

Hi Sherry,
Thank you so much for the introduction to eating pain free. I have been suffering from acid reflux off and on for over ten years. This past year has gotten increasingly worse. I have been taking nexium for months and the acid was getting worse. I consulted with the doctor because it was getting so bad I could not lay down at night and I was coughing during the day. I was prescribed another medication that seemed to work at first but then seemed to be doing nothing to help at all after a week. I decided to look on line for natural cures and I found you.
I started right away with the Great Taste No Pain program. I didn't follow it to the letter but since I understood the concept of avoiding too many food combinations I was on my way. I got rid of that new prescription my doctor gave me once I read about what those pills are actually doing. I am not sorry I did because with the new way that I eat plus not having some pill neutralizing the acid in my system, my food is being digested faster and I can sleep at night.
Thank you for all your helpful information. I now feel like I am more in control of my health.

Hi Sherry!
After being on your Great Taste No Pain plan for almost a month now, I am feeling better and thinking clearer than I have in years! I have only lost about 5 pounds, but I have a lot of muscle weight due to my years of exercise, so whether I get real thin or not is not the issue; I feel good and I am not hungry and the rules are not difficult to follow.
I was a "Weight Watcher" follower for years, but have never felt as good as I do now. I also gave up all gluten besides the dairy, and my allergies are so much better now. At first glance, I did not think I would make very many of your recipes, but I am very creative, and even learned that fresh spinach under a stir fry tastes wonderful!
I have been able to eat all our wonderful home-grown tomatoes this year with no problems, which, even with taking pills, I had to seriously limit my intake in the past. My doctor has given me the okay to try not taking the acid reducer, but I wanted to wait just a bit longer before I try a half dose first. With a past history of stomach ulcers, I have been on medications for way too many years!
I also have a spastic colon, but it is no longer an issue at night as long as I follow all the rules.
Many Thanks! It's the best money I have spent in a long time!

Dear Sherry,
For the last year I have been suffering from acid reflux and the inability to sleep. Due to my job, I work 3rd shift. A few years ago I had my gall bladder removed and hoped this procedure would solve the issues of indigestion. I was in an automobile accident over 10 years ago and suffered severe injuries, but I was blessed to recover and able to work and provide for myself and family. However, my injuries left me in severe pain, which I deal with everyday. At 62, I still go against my doctors wishes for medication. I am a firm believer in all natural remedies for basic health issues. I informed my doctor that he could keep his synthetic medication and I would take my natural herbs for my Hiatal Hernia and acid reflux.
I knew there had to be some other form of information to help solve this health issue, so I began to research on the internet and by the Grace of God found your Great Taste No Pain plan with the very information I knew had to be out there.
I tried your plan. I was amazed at the immediate results that I have experienced. I was so excited with the results that I have informed my co-workers and family members of your plan. I have not had to take any anti-acids or remedies for sleeplessness. I am so thankful that I found your wedsite and I am eternally grateful for your e-mails that provide us with knowledge of your research.
Sincerely,
I am very grateful for being pain free with the results of all your hard work and dedication to help others!
