I have been taking Prilosec for approx. 10 years and it pretty much controlled my acid reflux. I recently asked my doctor if it was ok to be on the med for that length of time and he said "no problem". I started cutting the pills in half and about 2 years ago and they still worked. Last July I noticed a pain in my lower left abdomen when pressure was applied. A scan showed an infection and Cipro was prescribed. The pain never went away entirely and then about 2 weeks ago while relaxing in Florida, the bloating and changing bowel movements increased along with a very touchy abdomen.
I went online looking for good/bad foods for diverticulitis and there you were. I instantly started your Great Taste No Pain plan and the bloating stopped in one day, the pain in my abdomen eased and stopped after 8 days and I haven't had a prilosec since day one.
Thanks for all you do.

Dear Sherry,
Thank you for your "Great Taste No Pain" plan for stomach distress.
I am 63 years old and have suffered from heartburn, bloating and stomach pain for most of my adult life. I have been diagnosed over the years with Cholecystitis, GERD, and Diverticulosis.
After 1 day of using your Great Taste No Pain plan I am finally free of stomach discomfort. Since then I have no need to take the Nexium tablets.
Thanks Sherry!
Regards,

Dear Sherry,
I have been on your Great Taste No Pain program for about a month. I was suffering terribly with severe bloating to the point where I thought my breasts had disappeared! Ha-ha. Anyway, I felt almost instant relief after even one week on the new way of eating. I have lost weight, but don't know how much. I am a young at heart 64 year old woman, so want to stay around as long as I have my mind.
I have encouraged my husband to eat as I have as I want him around for a long time for you see, I am a Cougar! He is 12 years younger than me, I told you, and I am a young at heart 64 year old woman and am not surely dead! I have used your wonderful recipes. The book looks like heck! Your husband is right, you are a wonderful cook. I have your pumpkin bread in the oven as we speak.
Your program is easy and not the least constrictive as to what you can eat, just how and when you eat it. I am feeling vital, energetic and hopeful that this is the way. I will spend whatever time I have left in this world as healthy and hopefully, at a healthy weight. I have no grandchildren at this point in my life, so am hopeful that I will be around for a much longer time to spoil!
Thanks to you and your staff.

Dear Sherry,
I have always taken care of my body and done all the right things to keep healthy and fit, ( I'm 66 years old). About 3 months ago I started having stomach pains, gas, diarrhea, bloating and just general bowel irregularities. I have a wonderful protein shake every morning and then at noon I eat a sensible meal. I have done this for years. Well it was after the solid food being in my stomach that I started having the problems, about 1 or 2 PM. I never had these problems before; I could eat anything and have no problems.
This has happened every day for 3 months until I tried your Great Taste No Pain plan of food combining. I am glad to say it works. When I follow the rules I have no problems. When I stray I have the same symptoms. Needles to say I will change my eating habits.
Thank You So Much,
Ingrid Dame
To anyone who has suffering from gut pain should please try Great Taste No Pain plan.
It is 100% genuine and effective. You won’t believe it until you have tried it! I didn’t.
I just want to share with you my story of Great Taste No Pain. It is just so amazing. Only a couple of weeks ago I was at my wits end with pain and bloating caused by Crohn’s disease which like many of you I kept getting fobbed off at the doctors.
I have suffered with it for a few years and last year I ended up having emergency surgery as after weeks of going back and forth to my doctors they told me I had IBS my bowel then ruptured. I nearly died I had that much poison in my system and I had to have a stoma for 7 months until I was well enough to have a resection. I now take pentasa to keep it at bay. I simply typed in the word Crohn’s and Great Taste No Pain was the first page that came up. I immediately started reading with excitement and started following the Great Taste No Pain plan. Within 2 days the awful pain had gone and my bowel movements had slowed down and I started to feel like I had more energy.
I just am in awe of your Great Taste No Pain plan and have told everyone about it. If I had known about this a couple of years ago I would have never had to go through what I did. It’s given me a new lease of life and now I can look forward to a pain free future!
Thank you Sherry from the bottom of my heart.

I have found that by being careful of what foods I combine and following your Great Taste No Pain plan I can reduce the amount of bloating and tummy rumbling.

Hi Sherry,
I really look forward to your email every day, it keeps me positive and on the straight and narrow in following your Great Taste No Pain plan. I've had IBS on and off for the past 25 years and taken all the different tablets imaginable. I've had a colonoscopy and the consultant described my bowel wall as `ragged wallpaper'. I was bleeding and lost a stone in a month. To be honest at the time, I thought I had cancer. Since that time, I've struggled with bloating, constipation, acid reflux and cramps. Recently, this has been on a daily basis.
About two months ago I bought your Great Taste No Pain plan. Slowly I'm beginning to get back to a normal life and a new way of eating. I do find I go off the rails some days and of course the pain comes straight back, so to read your email every morning gives me the will to keep going at it. Everything you say makes sense and the plan definitely works if you stick to it rigidly. To anyone out there, have faith; you will feel better than you ever did before.
Many thanks Sherry; I send you lots of hugs.

Dear Sherry,
I have had digestive issues to some degree since I was a teenager (now 53) but the severe problems started about 2 years ago. After feeling bloated every time I ate, short of breath, gaining weight, undependable bowel movements, and dizziness at times; I underwent all the usual tests. First, they thought it was gallbladder. Three disgusting tests and a month later, gallbladder was ruled out, so it must be GERD. So now we start the expensive, prescription acid-reducer meds. Some issues got better for awhile, but I continued to have trouble eating some things. Fast forward a year and I've gained 15 pounds, I'm having severe cramps in my legs and feet, and now I've been hoarse for 4 months.
After ruling out asthma, an ENT did the scope and tells me I have irritable Larynx syndrome. (Guess what causes that - good ole gerd)
After following your Great Taste No Pain plan less than a week, my cramps have mostly disappeared and my joints feel better than they have in years. My bowel movements are very normal, and I am enjoying eating and tasting the foods more than I have in years.
I feel very lucky to have found your information. I absolutely love the cookbook. Thanks for the info

I have been following your Great Taste No Pain plan for about 5 days now. I feel like I have been bloated and gassy since my Mom passed away 3 years ago.
I am feeling some success - quite a bit actually, not as gassy, not as constipated. Feeling more empty, like I am not carrying around a lot of unwanted waste. It's a great feeling. Energy level seems to be increasing some. I have tried a few of the recipes in the cook book, yum!
I think the way you have laid everything out it wonderful, you have made it so easy.
Thank you so much for doing this and making it so easy to follow.

For the last few weeks, I have been using your Great Taste No Pain plan with Great Success!
Much less acidity, much less pain, gas, bloating, cramping, and I've had GERD for more than 3 years with horrific regular esophagus spasms that mimic a heart attack. Those symptoms have virtually all gone away.
