Hi Sherry,

I was suffering with bloating, gas and indigestion that was not responding to Nexium after about a year. When I began experiencing a blurring of my eyesight I took myself off of it. Of course no one told me it was to be used for a short term. I took samples of Aciphex from my doctor and then proceeded to try and get my insurance company to pay for the drug. They said no and advised that I try several that they listed. I was still chewing a lot of tums and other over the counter antacids and was miserable all the time. I had to watch and make sure I took stool softeners, as constipation was always a problem unless I ate bread with 6grams of fiber.

I ordered your plan and have followed it faithfully. I could not believe the relief I immediately had. When I deviate from the plan, I pay the price and am very willing to go back to the plan. Your plan is so easy to follow and I was pleased with the carry along suggestion card when dining out.

When I told my doctor and showed him the plan he was surprised that it had so helped me. I would have liked him to share this with other patents but they are so conditioned to handing out pills and believing what the drug companies tell them that it is discouraging.

Thank you so much for your commitment to help us take care of our digestive system and stay pain free without medications.

Hello Sherry,

I would like to tell you my story since I have been made aware of your "Pain Free" meal plan. After researching and reading the program, I experienced a lessoning of pain that I have lived with for so many years. I tried out some of the ideas which helped me right away. I know that I will be, "out of the woods" very soon and notice a great difference with no pain.

I had been going to another doctor who continued to tell me that I just needed to lose weight. (Don't we all need to lose some weight?) That was not the reason for my pain, and I realized this when I had many deep, deep pains hit which left me breathless at times. My ribs were sore on the edges, I had a swollen abdomen, IBS, all my clothes were tight around the mid area and I looked like I was pregnant! The rest of my anatomy was within range and I covered myself with shawls, loose fitting jackets or wore clothing that did not bind my middle section.

I have had IBS most of my life, ignored the signs of the pain in my gut, placated it with antacids and lost weight through many different diets plans, only to have the scale creep up once again. Most of the weight was in my middle, stomach area. Since my tests and ridding myself of toxins and debris which has lain in my colon for long periods of time, my weight dropped twenty pounds. My doctor was shocked at the immediate loss of weight and how I did it.

Thank you a thousand times!

To your good health and life,

Dawn Hutchinson

Dear Sherry,

I want to share this with everyone because for many a years since high school, I have always been told that I have IBS, spastic colon, leaky gut, etc. and even had amebas parasite and almost died before they got me diagnosed, so I thought. Recently my gastroenterologist did an endoscopy (going down through the throat) to check to the small bowel, stomach and even my pancreas. My mother died from pancreatic gallbladder cancer at the age of 56, the same age as me. The doctor sent me to MUSC in Charleston for further testing such as an Endoscopy Ultrasound and I found out I have two cysts on the inside of my pancreas. No sweat, so they said. I needed to come within a year and do the pancreatic secretion test of the pancreas and that is when they found that I do not have enough enzymes in my stomach to digest food (which is called chronic pancreatitis which causes terrible diarrhea, cramping, bloating, and pain frequently). No matter what I ate (and it could be cream of wheat only) I would end up getting diarrhea. I could not go out walking for fear of having to go to the bathroom and not finding one available. It's been horrible to live in fear of not being close by to a bathroom and possibly having an accident in your clothes. The doctor informed me that the food I had eaten the last couple days was rotting in my intestinal tract and then when I ate again, that is when the flush of force and pain would come with the diarrhea and would feel really sick. I would feel like a wilted rag, you know the feeling?

What saved me from this terrible process is taking natural pancreatic enzymes and not a prescription drug with side affects, but taking natural holistic enzymes and following the GTNP routine of eating, gradually and boy what a difference it has made. My sister turned me on to your site and I tried it. For the last two weeks I have been walking around my business complex without fear of having to go to the bathroom and my bloated stomach is actually going down and I have more energy as well. Combining the two has really helped!

Hi!

Once I finally got going on your Great Taste No Pain eating plan by day 2 my bloating and gas, as well as heartburn was gone! Even though I cheated on day one a little bit, I had such a marked improvement in how I felt that it gave me the drive to go whole hog on the rest of the days without cheating!!

I cannot believe how great the smoothies are for breakfast! I feel like I am splurging, but hey no gas or diarrhea or anything, that is a miracle. How great is this? I have even lost a pound or two already. My clothes are more comfy and I was not even trying!

Thanks, I pray I can make this a permanent life style change, but so far so good!

Sincerely,

Carol Haines

Dear Sherry,

I am writing to thank you for the information received on your Great Taste No Pain plan and recipe book.

I feel the money I have spent, is worth its weight in gold. You said I would feel better when taking the correct foods into my mouth. Sure enough, I have continued with the food plan daily, and hooray, I feel so much better in the tummy, no more bloating, my pains have disappeared, and my energy levels have risen dramatically. I find I am more energetic now than I have in a long while.

I definitely will be eating this way from now on. No more pain.

Thank you!

Hi Sherry,

This message is for Roger Miller, and others. No one could pay me enough money to eat the way that I used to! The pain, acid reflux, stomach bloating, heavy burping, gas, bathroom problems, and Nexium are gone. I have been on your Great Taste No Pain program about 4-weeks.

I work in a room with several other ladies and now I don't fear that my stomach will roar and embarrass me, as it did so many times. The roar was not a normal stomach growl; the sound was horrible! My first day on the program made a difference.

I want to encourage everyone who has any of the above problems to get on this program. No doubt about it, it works!

I have been noticing other people with their beach-ball -size-stomach, and it's hard for me not to mention the "combining food" program. They look so miserable, and I want to help them. I found this program by doing an internet search.

I thank God for Sherry everyday!

Thanks,

Patricia Moore

Hi Sherry'

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease almost 18 months ago and until recently things have shown no signs of improvement. I suffered from several daily attacks of diarrhea and rectal bleeding, suffered from stomach cramps and a general lack of energy. The medication that the specialists originally prescribed for me, pentasa, only had the effect of making me feel even more lethargic and depressed. I gave up on conventional medical treatment as it only appeared to make me feel worse, and I decided to take my long term health into my own hands. I have tried a couple of different diets that I gained access to via the internet, and although they didn't completely cure me, I felt that I was on the right track.

I then discovered your Great Taste No Pain plan. I thought what the heck; I will give it a go. It was easy to follow and very easy to prepare. For the first two days I noticed a slight improvement in my physical condition. No diarrhea, but a little bit of gas and bloating. I was a little hungry by the end of each night and this put a slight doubt in my mind as to whether this system was sustainable. However, things changed by the third day. I woke feeling healthy and with a feeling I haven't fully felt for a couple of years- Energetic. By the end of the day I had also realized that I felt full, even though I was now consuming only half of what I would usually eat. I felt the same yesterday on my 4th day. .

Thanks so much for your help.

Hi Sherry,

Approximately 10-years ago, I served as a "hair model" for my daughter who was being tested during her cosmetology class. Right in the middle of the test, warm water began coming up in my mouth; I had no other choice but to find a place to spit, and the shampoo sink was the closet place. This acid reflux began happening more often, even choking me at night.

I put up with it several years until I could not take it any more. I finally went to the doctor, and was prescribed the purple capsule "Nexium", and have taken it daily for three years. A few months ago, I began experiencing stomach bloating, heavy burping, horrible gas, anal bleeding and roaring in my stomach. My husband constantly commented to me about how big my stomach was getting. I could not help it, and didn't know what to do. The bloating in my stomach was so bad until I thought that I may have a tumor.

Out of desperation, I started searching on the internet trying to find some relief. Thank God, I found your website! Using your program, I began to feel a difference in only one day. The bloating, gas, burping, and swelling have stopped! I ordered your program (best money that I've ever spent) and I am putting it into action.

Before I started on this wonderful program, the middle section of my "back" stayed so sore that I could not hold my shoulders up. The soreness has left! Apparently, the Nexium, and the acid was affecting my stomach and my back. A miracle has taken place in my body.

Abundant Blessings on your life!

Hi Sherry

I have taken a while to get started on your Great Taste No Pain program. I didn't feel I could do it with lots of social events scheduled after I found your website. However, I realize now I could have got started - it is not as complicated as I thought it would be, quite easy in fact.

I used to get lots of bloating and gas and wind - very embarrassing. I wasn't on any medications but lots of other minor symptoms, which I thought were related to menopause, I just had to put up with, have been dramatically reduced. My hot flashes are less severe, I’m sleeping better, and I’m happier with less dramatic mood swings. Plus, my gas and wind and burping and farting and bloat (like I was pregnant) have stopped completely.

Thank you so much, I feel so much better and more confident to go out to functions without worrying about the sound effects or smells!

Dear Sherry,

I found your website last week and I feel so much better since that day. I have suffered from stomach pain (cramping) as long as I can remember but I was able to go through my everyday life without too many problems ... or I should say without too many medications ... until I reach my late 20's.

I started to have more bloating and cramping and it seemed whatever I could eat would create some pain. I started to eat what most people, including me, call "healthy food" and eliminated a lot of things I like but it didn't really help. I was so worried because I was projecting myself a few years along the road with more and more problems. As you know very well, when doctors cannot find a precise diagnosis, they attribute the problem of poor digestion to IBS or dyspepsia, just to name a few. It never hit me before I found your website that my problem was much more related to a poor combination of food than to the type of food I was eating.

After having a severe attack of epigastric pain back in March 2008, I had an endoscopy, a colonoscopy and several abdominal scans. It was discovered that I had a stone in my gallbladder (GB). My GI doctor thought that I should see a surgeon and have my GB removed. The surgeon agreed. April 30, 2008 was the day of my surgery and the beginning of my nightmare. I started developing diarrhea after the procedure but the doctor said that it was nothing unusual after this type of surgery. He explained me that my body will adjust and it could take a few weeks. Time went by and my diarrhea got worst at the point that I was hospitalized for 4 days with bloody diarrhea.

I started surfing the internet. After a week following your Great Taste No Pain plan I start feeling so much better. I don't have epigastric pain anymore and my bloating and cramping seem like history. It's still so recent that I have a hard time believing this is happening to me. One thing is sure; you gave me confidence that I can cook tasty food without fearing the afterwards digestive trouble. I am still learning how to combine food and I am really excited to try some of your yummy recipes.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for what you gave me, physical relief and hope that my nightmare can end. The most extraordinary thing is that everything is right there, everybody can do it with your advice and it DOESN'T require taking any secret ingredient. Thank you so much for sharing what you have learned the hard way and making me feel so good again.

Kind regards,

Sandrine Geinoz
