I promised to write to you and report the latest after I had seen my son in
London who has been on your Great Taste No Pain plan for a couple of weeks now AND FEELS AND IS SO MUCH BETTER!
He, and his wife, cannot believe that within a day or two of starting to eat
according to your recommendation he started to feel better and better though
he is still very economical with the truth for fear that it may all go away
again just as fast as it came.
I am so relieved and happy for him and immensely grateful to you, Sherry, for having taken on this big task of finding a way how to make people with Ulcerative Colitis (in this case) feel better when in dire need at the time and only more tablets and the option of an operation before long were on the table. My son mentioned to me that he will write to you personally in a few weeks’ time but meanwhile I am his messenger to say that once again you seem to have succeeded in turning a bad time around and giving a very ill and desperate person his life back.
A big THANK YOU from me, and I know from my son too who can't believe quite
what has happened and this time much for the better.
Gratefully yours,
Rita Fong
Dear Sherry Brescia,
I was desperate when I went on line and I found your Great Taste No Pain plan. I'm a young 70 year old. I was diagnosed about three years ago with Ulcerative Colitis and put on the usual treatment (6 pills a day forever, I was told). I hated the pills and side effects. The burning and the pain in the lower abdomen continued for three years. This year another Doctor said no sign of Ulcerative Colitis. He didn't ask about my diet, no treatment. Total frustration. Pain continue until I found you.
I am happy with your Great Taste No Pain plan. I'm so much better, the burning pain is gone, and I go the bathroom daily, sleeping better, and more energy.
Very grateful to you forever.

Hi Sherry,
A friend at work put me on to your website, I was taking 6 anti spasmodic tablets, 4 anti nausea, 4 - 6 Panadol and something heavier to help me sleep at night, every day as prescribed by my doctor and they were trying to get me to take the steroids as well. I have had Ulcerative Colitis for 8 years now, and due to extra stress at work and trying to manage a household with 2 small children my Colitis became so bad I was in constant pain and had intestinal bleeding. The day before I started your Great Taste No Pain plan was the last time I took a tablet.
No one can believe how much better I am, no pain for 10 days now and I don't look completely washed out anymore, and without the pain my outlook on life has improved no end as well.
Thank you - I have had a life changing experience.
Regards
Alison Pendleton
Sherry,
I am a fifty-six year old man who was recently diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Before that I had suffered with acid reflux for over ten years.
My doctor told me recently that I could expect an increase in the severity and types of colitis symptoms (it began with bleeding eighteen months ago and recently included cramping), and the possibility of surgery, without long-term anti-inflammatory.
I decided to do some research and came upon your web-site. When I started your Great Taste No Pain program I stopped taking the Ranitidine I had been using to control the acid-reflux. I have been heartburn medication free for over a month. I have also cut back in my use of anti-inflammatory medication and hope to discontinue those soon. I have also started spreading the word to members of my family who have been suffering with diverticulitis for a number of years. I hope they listen.
Thank you and keep up the good work.

Sherry,
I'm very happy that my wife found your website two weeks ago. I was in the middle of more medicine to treat my colitis when she told me she was ordering your Great Taste No Pain system. At that time I had just had a bad reaction to s sulfa drug, Lialda, and started on prednisone from the same doctor. I started on your plan and changed all my old eating habits. A week later we were absolutely amazed at the changes. I've also noticed that my arthritic knee is not bothering me anymore, and I'm losing weight. All the things you've talked about in your program are actually working for me. I keep waiting for the relapse, it can't be this easy!
Before this last attack I had endured surgery for diverticulitis and such extreme pain that I had just about given up on eating. My doctors were saying Crohn's disease, IBS, autoimmune disorder this and that. Now I say, whatever, I'm looking forward to my next meal with relish. I've never felt better. Thank you so much for having this program available.
Sincerely,
Russ Williams
Being on antibiotics I was feeling good, but as soon as I went off of them, I had stomach pains. That's when I went to the Hospital for 8 days and had every test possible and found I had Acute Diverticulitis and Colitis. I was told to eat soft foods and be on Diverticulitis Diet, which really did not tell me what foods I should not eat.
That's when I found your Great Taste No Pain plan and tried. It has really helped.
Thank you,
Sherry!! I will tell everyone, I know about your program!!

Dear Sherry,
"As a Brit and by nature quite reserved and indeed even cynical about the claims put forward to support the Great Taste No Pain system, it is with intense emotion that I email to let you know how things worked out for me.
Four weeks on from following the system (and taking your Super Shield probiotics by the way), my digestive problems have improved significantly. I am now at the stage of being symptom-free and can't quite believe it.
The real meaning of this for me is that if I had followed my consultant's advice I would, by now, be taking steroids for the first time - a step I truly did not wish to take. As you have pointed out, the medical profession doesn't appear to take the importance of diet in gastrointestinal disease particularly seriously. Certainly here in the UK it could be argued that they simply don't have time, and so resort to quick text book solutions. I've asked about diet in the past and have always received the reply, "it doesn't make any difference."
But it does, and it has, and as a result of Great Taste No Pain I feel I have been granted a new lease of life. I feel I no longer need to live with the fear of inevitable deterioration coupled with greater medical intervention. Big statement.
The recipes are simply delicious. I feel blessed to have stumbled upon you, and blessed to have the friend who led me to you.
This is my story."
And from the whole of my heart, I thank you. It’s changed my world.
Warmest Wishes,
Debbie
Hi Sherry,
I have been using your program for over two weeks and am feeling better. I can't believe I've lived 77 years without knowing how to combine foods properly. I have Lymphocytic Colitis, diagnosed by my doctor. He prescribed some medication, but it only made it worse so I am not taking it now.
I have diverticulitis and this made it too hard for him to get the scope through the lower bowel for the colonoscopy. He wants me to have a lower GI test to determine if there is any other problem.
In the meantime I have been following your Great Taste No Pain program and feel better and am having fewer BMs. I will probably still have to do the Lower GI test if my bowels don't get back to normal.
Thanks for your great program, I'm telling friends and relatives about it.

I discovered and began using the Great Taste No Pain system about a week ago. I'm in my mid-50's. About two years ago, out of the blue, I developed an intestinal problem that was diagnosed as ulcerative colitis. I had the typical symptoms including some blood. I never get sick so this was a terrible shock to me. The medicine prescribed for UC, Lialda, seemed to work and I thought I was completely over it, never to see it again, but a
few months ago it returned with all its symptoms. I even found, for the first time in my life, I could not donate blood because my iron level was too low. I could not accept I had some disease for which the cause was unknown, that was affecting me this way and for which there was no cure. I didn't want to take more drugs for symptoms. I was determined to "fix" it.
I found your Great Taste No Pain plan researching on the Internet, read the information and testimonials and gave it a try.
Over the past week, I can't say I have achieved a miraculous change, but I have noticed significant improvement. I never experienced pain, but did have the bloating, gas, and other symptoms and have seen the pictures of my irritated and sometimes bleeding colon lining. Since beginning only a week ago, the bloating and gas have almost completely stopped, I visit the bathroom on an almost normal schedule and I am able to buckle my belt another notch tighter. I actually feel physically better. This is a rapid, very positive change. I am optimistic this program.
I don't know why I fell victim to this disease all of a sudden, but even if I never learn why it affected me, I believe I will be able to manage it on a permanent basis so it won't be an issue. Those who are not affected by bad food combinations are lucky -- at least for the moment. This system gives those of us who are a simple and a healthier lifestyle and even loose some weight and girth as a side benefit. This is a very logical, simple plan to follow and has every indication so far that it will work.

Dear Sherry
I was told I have IBS about 4 years ago now. I had had a lot of stress with the loss of our business and the struggle trying to make ends meet. I was given some pain killers to take, but no-one told me to change my diet and in-fact I didn't have any exploratory work done at all. This was in the UK. I thought, well this is what I have to live with now and must try and keep calm and try not to let anything upset me. In the beginning the pain would last about 2 hours and then it got to be 4hours. Really, it was so bad that I felt nausea and dizzy. One visit to the doctor was the result of a 12 hour stint and the doctor was so concerned she rang me in the evening to see if I had recovered. More pills!
This last year I joined my husband in Kuwait. What a year! I started having tests in February, was in hospital on a drip for 4 days in April and just 4 weeks ago I had a colonoscopy. I was told diverticulitis and then the biopsy report came back as chronic colitis and told surgery was available.
THAT WAS WHEN I CAME ON LINE AND FOUND YOUR SITE!
I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER! I think psychologically you feel better just knowing you are putting good food into your body. When you weigh it up, it makes so much sense!
Congratulations on all your research & hard work Sherry. I am so pleased I found you.
