Thank you, thank you! I have Crohn’s and I haven’t felt this good in 6 years (when I was first diagnosed).
You are a wonderful person!! I am so glad to tell everyone about your Great Taste No Pain plan.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I too love to help people.

Dear Sherry,
The last time I emailed you I was in the hospital for a Crohn's- Ulcerative Colitis flare up. I was hospitalized for 2 days where I was not aloud to eat, give Morphine, steroids, antibiotics, etc. I learned about your site right before I was admitted so I was encouraged by the emails you sent each day.
Since getting out of the hospital my boyfriend bought me your Great Taste No Pain plan and I have been following it. I am currently tapering off the steroids and my next shot of Remicade is not until next month. I don't think that I am going to need to take it anymore! I am feeling sooooooooooo much better and I feel like I am finally living my life outside "a box." I got to go to a birthday party last night and eat dinner there and have a slice of cake without feeling like I had to run to the bathroom multiple times. I can actually go on a run to without having extreme pain and having to stop to use the bathroom every ten minutes. I am so happy!!
I am an active 27year old who has been miserable for the last 3 years. It’s great to feel like I'm getting back to my old self again.

I tried your Great Taste No Pain, I have Crohn’s and I couldn't believe it the first day I felt great, no back pain, throwing up or running to the bathroom for other matters. After the doctors told me to eat white bread and avoid vegetables, here I am eating vegetables, fruit things that you were brought up to eat that was good for you, hear I am eating it and feeling great.

Hi Sherry,
I have been struggling with Crohn's disease for about 6 years, and the example you gave below is exactly why I turned to your diet for help.
I decided to go off my medications last year after trying various ones that did not make any discernable difference in my symptoms. Since then, I have not felt any better but comforted myself in the fact that at least I wouldn't have liver damage from the meds on top of having Crohn's disease.
My mom has been telling me for years to improve my diet and only eat natural foods (you would like her). The trouble was, I would try to eat "healthy" and find no improvement in my symptoms, and then quickly go back to comfort foods with the attitude that if I was going to feel bad either way, I might as well not worry too much about what I eat.
Unfortunately, this is the same attitude that I get from doctors and "experts" when I'd enquire about a diet for Crohn's. All the information available about diet for Crohn's sufferers can be summed up in: "there is no special diet for Crohn's" and "don't eat a lot of fiber such as raw vegetables and fruits" and "pay attention to trigger foods that make you sick". For months after I was diagnosed I kept a food journal, only to find that a food that I ate without incident one day would turn out to be a "trigger" the next day. This frustrating realization made me abandon the idea that an improved diet could help
me.
Then about 2 weeks ago, I was feeling sicker than I've felt in a long time. I'm getting married in 5 weeks, and I had thoughts of canceling the ceremony to prevent an embarrassing Crohn's related accident in my beautiful ivory lace dress in front of all of my friends and family. So although I had no hope of finding any information (thanks to previous experience) I went online and searched for a diet that would help with
Crohn's disease.
That's when I found your solution. I've been on your plan and I am finding it easy to follow and I feel great! Not only do I have much less bathroom trips throughout the day, I have more energy - even my coworkers have noticed (they are actually quite annoyed with my chipper attitude in the afternoon when they are all groggy from their lunch and I am not). And I have to tell you, I really had no faith that it would help me at all, so I tested it by eating a lot of things I've been advised not to eat. Salads - all those raw vegetables, pears, bananas, blackberries, blueberries, grapes! Last night I even made a vegetarian chili with habanera pepper sauce in it, with no ill affects because it was properly combined.
I'm so excited - I'm telling everyone I know about this plan. It makes scientific sense, it's not very restrictive, and it works. I can't thank you enough for your help! Keep sending the emails - I love the support!

Hi Sherry,
My name is Nick Gileno. I am 47 years of age and for the past 7 or 8 years I have been suffering with what the doctors have diagnosed as Crohns Disease. Every time I had a meal I would get pain, severe at times. I would also frequently visit the toilet and feel bloated throughout the night.
On the odd occasion I would a little bit of bleeding, but this was pretty rare. The doctors started talking about an operation to remove 5 inches of my small intestine and medication assistance. This was not what I wanted so I basically put up with the condition for many years.
My wife was recently doing some research on the internet and come across your web site.
Marisa immediately told me about you, but although I appeared interested, my mind was saying..."yep, another waste of time solution from a so called health expert". I think you can imagine what I had been going through, so being truly positive was very difficult for me.
I am writing this email to you to sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We purchased your 'Great Taste Pain Free ' books and the results are amazing.
I have had no pain or discomfort for days. Something which is very foreign to me.
I just wanted you to know that I really appreciate your help with my illness and wish I could give you a hug if it weren't for the distance.
Once again Sherry, thank you for everything and best wishes always to you and your family.
Take care and God bless.
Kindest regards
Nick Gileno
I was diagnosed with Crohn's 1 year ago. This was after I landed in the hospital for 3 weeks. Nobody could figure out what was wrong with me.
I'd done the homeopathic doctor thing (he almost killed me). When I suggested it should be about diet, he didn't think so, he gave me more potions. I suspected gluten had something to do with it, but continued getting sicker, and sicker. I lost 65 pounds in 3 months. I never was heavy, but at 5'8" I weighed 100 pounds when I finally landed in the hospital.
I got a colostomy; they removed 23 cm of my colon. A year later I had the colostomy reversed over Christmas break. I was on Humira, Asacol, and Azathiaprine. After this second surgery I was thrown deeply into a relapse of Crohn's. I was spending a full 1/3 of my net income on drugs and was so sick; I was totally ready to give up on life. Talking to the doctor, he added 40 mgs of prednisone.
I put it out to God and the universe that if I was supposed to be on this planet then I better find the way soon.
That very night I ran into your Great Taste No Pain plan on the net. The whole thing made sense to me. I ordered the plan immediately, and started the four day plan that day. Immediately things started to get better.
I'm trying to wean myself off of the Prednisone. The doctor doesn't want me to discontinue that yet. That is the worst thing ever to kick. The side effects of steroids are awful. I've stopped the Azathiaprine and lost the skin lesions that went with that. I've cut the Asacol in half. The Humira wasn't working, so the doctor discontinued that.
This plan literally saved my life. I'm a teacher. I can't tell you how important it is to not worry about pooping my pants in front of 6th graders! I don't have accidents, I don't have pain, I don't have gas! Now if I can just get off the last 10 mgs of prednisone. I'd like to lose this puffy look to my face and truly be healthy again!
Thanks,
Kathy
Hi Sherry,
I can’t think of anyone else that would love to hear about my great, wonderful, exciting news. I am still in complete awe of what has happened to me since I have joined your Great Taste No Pain plan!
I have had Crohns disease for 39 yrs, when I was 26 I had bowel surgery they removed my terminal ileum and told me I would have diarrhea for life, they were right I did, or was I lied to! I have changed diarrhea to a normal bowel movement since starting your plan. The new changes kept coming and I thought how did I do this, because I didn’t want to go back to the 30 some years I spent with the diarrhea! It has only gotten more and more normal as I continue to eat healthy foods with your plan! I can’t even believe how much I was lied to by so many doctor’s telling me there was nothing I could do but take steroids and other drugs! They had me scared to death of good healing foods. Shame on them taking an oath and not living up to it!
Together we have made a new me! Could we have cured Crohns?? Sherry; God sent you to me. I want to shout to the sick with Crohns; stop allowing them to chop up your bowel, it doesn’t cure it! I started this search on my own because they told me Crohns was inherited, but going back over 100 yrs in my family no one had this disease, other then me! Food was my enemy all my life! Now it heals me! People have to have patience and let the healing begin!
I love all your emails too sherry! My story is so amazing to me, it’s like I was blind for 39 yrs, and now I can see! Are you sure your not here from Heaven sherry? Thank you my angel friend, God bless you and all your worker bees!
Dancin with joy,
Diane
Good Morning:
Ever since I started eating the Great Taste No Pain plan way I haven't taken my medicine or had any abdominal pain.
Thank you for your help in the cure of Crohn’s.

I am sooooo excited about the information I have learned from your Great Taste No Pain plan that I am recruiting as many people as possible to try your program. I don't like calling it a program; it is just learning the correct way to combine foods that we like to eat. Having had ups and downs with Crohn's for over 20 years, this is the first time I have been able to eat certain foods and not get sick (gas, bloating, indigestion, constipation, you name it). I have been saying that we Americans are so sick because of what we eat, which was true, but I see now it is more of how we combine the foods that we eat.
I love your plan and have passed it around. Now I am working on them each buying their own copy of your plan. I search the internet quite frequently, looking for answers to dealing with Crohn's, but this time God opened my eyes to see your website because I believe he was tired of me "belly aching" about how I was feeling. (smiles)
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am a new advocate of the Great Taste No Pain way of eating and surviving after eating.
Love it, love it , love it.

I recently went to the Hospital because I had what was believed to be a blockage and a Crohns Flare. I have taken myself off steroids and was feeling pain and vomiting. They put me on IV's and put a tube in my stomach and waited to see what happened. They did not want to operate since I am overweight, have a huge hiatal hernia, COPD and heart Disease and MS. They want me to lose weight to repair the hernia. You can imagine how hopeless I feel.
I decided to try your Great Taste No Pain plan and I am much better. Less pain and feel it would be no pain if I didn't have this large Hernia.
