"To prevent constipation, maintain a diet adequate in fiber, and drink plenty of water. If you become constipated while using this drug, tell your doctor immediately."

Worked miracles on my IBS!

As a retired gastrointestinal RN I was very skeptical about this program.

Fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and
osteoarthritis have really improved!

Since following Great Taste No Pain...I've seen light at the end of the tunnel of my health problems.

My muscular and bone disorders (fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis) have really improved, as well as my lower intestinal problems (swinging from diarrhea to constipation frequently, depending on what I'd eaten).

"I'm loaded with energy all day long!

I am writing to you after eating the Great Taste No Pain way for a week.

My problems began at the age of 10, a couple of months after moving from Poland to Germany. I had no energy and felt lethargic till mid afternoon, even though all tests were negative.

I was eating what I thought was healthy food but I had frequent stomach aches, constipation, gas, and felt miserable. It continued into my adult life and just became a part of me since I didn't want to take any pills.

No more medication!

Cancelled my surgery for bowel reconstruction!

No doubt in my mind that it was Divine Providence that your amazing program caught my attention.

For the past 17 years, I have suffered from diverticulitis, to the point that I was "sick" and on almost total bed rest for weeks on end. My own medical doctor would give me the usual treatment of heavy anti-biotics, clear diet (broth/jello) until things would "settle down."

Never once did he inform me that it was my poor choices in not only what I was eating, but as important - what I was eating together.
