pH (potential of Hydrogen) is a measure of
how acid or alkaline a solution is--a measure of
its hydrogen ion concentration. The higher the

solution is. The lower the pH reading, the more
acidic or oxygen-deprived a solution is.
pH values range is from 0 to 14, with the middle
of 7.0 being neutral. Anything greater than 7.0

7.35 - 7.45. If blood pH goes below 6.8 or above

regulate its pH. As the body is trying to do

I am writing
to you after

way for a week.
My problems
began at the age
of 10, a couple
of months after
moving from
Poland to
