How to ward off vampires

Hello my friend:

For about the last year, I've been consulting with a world-
renowned anti-aging specialist in Manhattan.

One thing I respect about her is that she looks for what's
causing a problem and concentrates on natural cures--not
what drug she can quickly write a prescription for and shoo
her patients out of her office.

Being human just like everyone else, I had her do a
thorough work-up on me, and what it showed was that I had
fairly high levels of aluminum in my body.

This concerned me a bit because aluminum toxicity can
cause a variety of symptoms (including nervousness,
headaches, muscle aches and digestive problems).  It's also
linked to osteoporosis and Alzheimer's.

As far as my exposure goes, we narrowed it down to using
aluminum pots and pans and anti-perspirants. 

But in addition to ditching my aluminum/non-stick pots and
pans and switching to a non-aluminum deodorant, she also
told me to eat a lot of garlic.

That was great news to me.

You see, garlic helps to remove heavy metals from the body.

I didn't need any convincing to eat garlic--I was already
eating five times more garlic than the average person.  I
LOVE it.

Garlic isn't just about warding off vampires.  Garlic has
been used for thousands of years in China as a remedy for
many illnesses.

And thousands of studies by modern-day scientists have
supported what the Chinese have known all along.

Some of the reasons you should be eating a lot of garlic
are:
* It helps to prevent cancer, especially cancer of the
digestive system
* It's a powerful immune system booster
* It's an antifungal - an effective remedy for yeast
infections & candida
* It lowers blood pressure and cholesterol
* It helps regulate blood sugar

There's a catch, though:  To get the full benefits of
garlic, you have to eat it raw (or cooked very lightly).

Typical garlic pills, tablets, oils and capsules,
especially the odorless ones, usually have had the active
enzymes in the garlic that provide the health benefits
processed out.

In my house, we eat lots of garlic--raw, lightly sauteed
or stirred into soups.

To help you see for yourself how scrumptious it is, here's
a recipe that gets rave reviews every time I serve it to
family and guests:  


Bruschetta Makes: 40 pieces

Tomato mixture:
8 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

2 baguettes (long thin loaves of French bread), cut in
1/2" slices
6-7 cloves garlic, peeled and halved

In a bowl, combine tomato mixture ingredients; mix well
and set aside for at least 2-3 hours.  (Don't refrigerate.)

Preheat oven to 350°.

Place bread slices on baking sheets and toast in oven
until lightly browned.  Remove from oven, rub each slice
with cut side of garlic halves and place on a platter. 

Spoon tomato mixture over bread slices as desired.

I'm so grateful for your system.  I'm not on any
medications at this time, but I've actually enrolled in the
wellness program offered by my insurance company.
