It really jazzes me to see success stories from people
that use Great Taste No Pain.
Lost pounds, less gas & bloating, no more purple pills,
joint aches lessened or gone, sleeping better, more energy,
avoided surgery.
But sometimes...
...people first get sick--a bad cold, diarrhea or
increased sweating are the common ones we hear about.
That's Excellent news.
Because it means Great Taste No Pain is doing its job.
You see, when you live a lifetime of eating foods that
don't digest well together, your body pays.
You can have up to 25 pounds or more of old feces built up
in your colon, loads of mucous clogging your tissues,
overproduction of acid, and toxins in your organs and skin.
Over time this can lead to a huge variety of problems.
But when you begin eating the Great Taste No Pain way,
your body will start to, well, clean house.
And that's not always a pretty sight.
To get rid of all that waste, mucous and toxin build-up,
your body uses its "exits"--the anus, nose, skin and mouth.
So what results are things like diarrhea, a cold or
sweating.
I compare it to spring cleaning. Picture the dirty water
and grime in the bucket last time you washed walls,
shampooed carpets or cleaned gutters. Gross, right? Your
body's no different.
The good thing is it's temporary. And once the cleaning
is done, then the healing and repair can begin.
And healthier, happier years added on to your life.

week and joined a gym at age 61:

Hi Sherry
Well, I am finding this new way of eating surprisingly easy.
I think I definitely went through a detox period as I had
an outbreak of spots (unheard of for me) and the worst cold
I have had for 10 years.
Now I feel great, don't feel hungry, which I must admit I
was worried about.
I have lost about 6 pounds in one week - again very
surprised at this as I have been eating very healthy food
for the last several months and lost some weight and didn't
expect to lose much more. However, of course, I was
combining my meals very badly.
My stomach is a lot happier, and less distended.
The only day I suffered was when I cheated because I had
foods that don't digest well together - it wasn't worth it!
And I definitely won't do it again!
I have been walking 10,000 steps a day since Jan 1st, and
it is getting easier so may put it up to 11,000 from March
1st.
Joined a gym and had my first session last night - OK
there are a few bits that ache as they have not been used
but was delighted that my fitness assessment was pretty
good - a bit of fat to lose - some muscle to build up but
not bad for 61 and never been to a gym.
So many thanks for this amazing program - I wish I had
known about it before.
