Not if, just when and how

Hello my friend:

I was at a picnic yesterday and was introduced to a woman
(Brenda) through a mutual friend.  Brenda had heard about
Great Taste No Pain, so she asked me all about it.

I explained how it is a delicious way of eating that helps
to maintain a proper acid/alkaline balance in your body,
boost energy and get off digestion medication.

She quickly said, "Oh, well, I can eat anything I want and
not have stomach problems.  I have a cast iron stomach!"

Her attitude is common.  Because most people have the
mistaken impression that just because they don't have
stomach aches, constipation or acid reflux, the way they
eat must be OK.

Not usually.

Because although digestive symptoms are common in people
who have a poor diet, they're not a given.  Acid and toxins
have other ways of affecting the body and rearing their
ugly heads.

People who eat in a way that creates a lot of acid might
feel fine in the stomach, but instead have things like
headaches, weight gain, skin problems, allergy-like
symptoms, muscle and joint pains (fibromyalgia anyone?),
and many other horrible, deadly diseases.

So people blindly pop the pills because someone in a white
coat told them to or because the commercials and ads hammer
away night and day.

And they don't have a clue that their diet is completely
to blame.

Then there are the people who have something more major
quietly festering in their body.  They can go for years and
years eating whatever they please, joking about cast iron
stomachs, poo-pooing any suggestions of eating better...

...until they get the "big blow."

Cancer.  Heart attack.  Diabetes.  Lupus.  Colitis.  Or
one of many other conditions caused by an acid system.

This is exactly what happened to my own mother.

She ate whatever she pleased and, aside from having to
take an occasional Alka-Seltzer, she felt fine.  She was
overweight for most of her adult life, but still felt
fairly OK.

And then "out of the blue" she notices blood in her stool
one day.

Colon cancer.

But she was "lucky" because it didn't kill her.

To save her life, they had to remove so much of her colon
that she now has a colostomy.

If you've never heard of a colostomy, it's where a surgeon
creates a hole in your abdomen and sews the end of your
remaining intestines to the hole.

Then, for the rest of your days, you have to "irrigate"
yourself every day by pouring water in the hole in your
abdomen to rinse out wastes.  But the wastes don't all come
out at once.  So you need to wear a plastic pouch over the
hole to catch more wastes that leak out all day and night.

Sound like fun?

It's not.  And my mother regrets her bad eating habits
every single day.  But it's too late for her.

Don't be blind to what your eating habits may be doing to
you.  Think about any of the vague symptoms you have that
you just pop pills for without thinking.  Having a body
that's alkaline will help them dramatically, and likely
eliminate them altogether.

Don't wait until the big blow comes...and believe me, if
you live life with an acidic body, and almost everyone does
today, it will come.  It's not "if" -- it's just a matter
of "when" and "how."  I hate to sound like Chicken Little
yelling about the sky falling, but in the case of food
choices, everything you eat has it's own consequence.
Good or bad.

I can't be any clearer.  With every bite of food you take,
you are either becoming healthier or going in the direction
of some type of dis-ease.

Choose health and life.  And eat such fantastic tasting
foods that you'll swear they should be bad for you--but
they're not.  Get Great Taste No Pain and see how easy it is.

PS:  Judy is now rid of years of stomach pain and no
longer needs Weight Watchers:

Sherry,

I have been on the Great Taste No Pain for about a month
and I can't thank you enough for the plan you have put
together.  My pain is gone after years of stomach pain and
numerous problems since as long as I can remember.

I love the way I'm eating and the satisfaction I feel.  I
plan to eat this way from now on.

The side benefit is the weight loss in a natural way.  I
am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and I struggled to
maintain my weight which was not working.  Now I don't even
think about it because I'm not even trying and have lost
about 12 pounds.  Oh, happy day!!!

Its hard to even put into words my gratitude for you and
your staff for the outstanding work you are doing.

Friends for life!

Judy Welniak
