Remember the scene in the first 'Harry Potter' movie where
the thousands of envelopes from Hogwarts fly through the
mail slot to practically fill the house. Well, that's what
it's getting like here with all the emails of success and
thanks we get every day. They are flooding our inbox!
People are healing themselves and they love it.
I'm excited for every one, but I'm not surprised. I've
known for 16 years how to eat for comfort and health, and
what it can do. Remember, I was a sufferer, too (with IBS)-
-daily cramps, gas and rock-hard bloating in my stomach.
And I have been completely symptom and medication-free
since September 19, 1992, after nearly 30 years of
suffering.
I received this success story on Monday about another 30-
year sufferer--this guy had tried everything to get rid of
heartburn and acid reflux:

Dear Sherry,
I am most happy to report that my wonderful husband of 30
years is now pain
free for about 5 days and we are rejoicing. After one and
a half years of
doctors, tests, drugs, he is pain free!!!!
I would never have believed that these simple changes
would make the world of difference. For 30 years he has
taken every OTC drug for heartburn, and through the years
added to this regimen a myriad of prescriptions for pain
and acid reflux.
We are both using the program - him for his digestive
pain, and me for my fibromyalgia and diverticulosis problems.
Just one week ago, he awoke to tell me that he was so
depressed - that he
hated waking up because it meant another day of pain. How
awful!
I returned to the internet - searching as I have often
done - for diet
changes, natural remedies, hope. And there you were.
Jim is doing great ---- and that's a miracle!
My only question is I seem to be tired and achy. Is this
a de-tox result?
Karen Adamik
PS: We are still at the "walking on egg shells" point,
not believing that
relief was so simple to achieve. But we are now hopeful.
THANKS SO MUCH!!

SB: Wasn't that great? And yes, Karen, the detox process
can make you feel tired and achy as your body is using the
extra energy to clean out the toxins that have been there
probably for many, many years. As long as you keep up the
good work, this will pass in the next few days, never to
return.
That's how many people feel when their pain completely
disappears--like they're walking on egg shells. It's
shocking that feeling good can be that easy, especially if
you've been to doctors and had countless tests performed
and pills shoved at you, but still feel no better.
But the answer is YES--it really is that easy. Treat your
body how it's supposed to be treated and it responds
perfectly.
The human body is resilient and not meant to be riddled
with disease, relying on pills to create false health. The
body is designed to be strong and healthy. We just need to
give it the right fuel so it can do its job.

PS: Ofra, too, was surprised at how simple it was to
eliminate her pain:
***
Dear Sherry,
Thank you so much for this amazing support for all of us
that have benefited from your wisdom and your big heart.
Around my 54th birthday, I got "the change of life." I
don't welcome change--especially if it brings me pain! And
I had been having growing pain in my digestive system.
I went searching for answers and was guided by sheer magic
to Great Taste No Pain.
I wondered, "Can it be this simple?" YES YES AND YES
AGAIN! The experience of "no pain" on the first full day
was amazing.
