Cooling down the diverticulitis colon

Hi my friend,

Here's something important to add to yesterday's talk on
diverticulitis.

Diverticulitis occurs when a diverticulosis "pouch" in the
large intestine gets infected and inflamed.

These pouches are caused by sitting on the toilet and
straining and grunting and pushing because your doody is so
darn hard, it won't move.  So you are forced to strain like
you would if you were trying to lift a 300 pound barbell
over your head.

Aaaarghhhhhh!

This is primarily caused by eating processed foods as well
as poor food combinations.

What I teach in Great Taste No Pain shows how to eat real
food that is full of natural nutrients and fiber, and how
to put together meals in good combinations for easy,
thorough digestion.  Good digestion = easy-to-move doody
with no straining.

But I understand that some of you might just be coming off
of a diverticulitis attack...so you haven't had the chance
to use Great Taste No Pain http://www.greattastenopain.com
and see the benefits of it yet.  You've also probably been
advised to have soft foods or soups until your colon "calms
down."

I've got just what you need--a delicious, creamy soup
stuffed with nutrients you must have and taste (and it's in
your Pain-Free in 1 Day Guide).

It tastes so great that you'll want to have it
ANYtime...and not acid producing like those processed
Campbell's soups.

Heat oil and butter in a Dutch oven or soup pot over
medium heat.  Sauté onion for 3-4 minutes until slightly
softened.  Add celery and potatoes to the onion in the pan,
cook for a few minutes and then add the carrots.  Sauté for
3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.  Cover, reduce heat to
low and "sweat" vegetables for 10 minutes.  Gently shake
the pan or stir occasionally so the vegetables do not stick
to the bottom.

Add the broth, bring to a boil and then cover and simmer
for 10 minutes, or until the carrots and potato are tender.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.

Process the soup in batches in a food processor or blender
until smooth.  Return soup to pan, stir in coriander,
cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.  Reheat over low
heat and serve immediately.

You can get this and over 100 other sinfully great tasting
recipes in the Great Taste No Pain recipe book right here: -

I'll teach you exactly how to eat them (and other foods),
I'll show you the proper alkaline-acid food ratio to help
prevent disease and spell out what to eat with what for
pain-free, grunt-free digestion.

Diverticulitis sufferers have never had it so good (and
delicious)!

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

PS: Sue is still feeling wonderful after 4 weeks, and has
even learned to adapt some of her other recipes and make
them pain-free:

Hi Sherry,

I love receiving all of these wonderful stories from you.
Your book arrived & I love the recipes.

This is my fourth week.  I am still feeling wonderful &
following your advice.

I have told many people about how it changes your life.  I
eat more tasty food now than I ever did and I look at
recipes in books and work out how to adapt them.

Thanks again (just doesn't seem enough to say)

Sue

SB:  Way to go, Sue!
