Diverticulosis, GERD, hunger - Hasta la vista, baby
Hi my friend,
The number one most important aspect concerning anyone's
health is their diet...their food choices.
It's a no-brainer for me--my 23-year career in medical
research has uncovered mountains of evidence proving the
direct relationship between what we put in our mouths and
our state of health.
And I'm dedicated to educating others who are unknowingly
harming themselves because of either clever marketing by
food giants and big pharma, or believing every word is
gospel from prescription-happy doctors.
So today I'll let some of our Great Taste No Pain clients
tell you their experiences in their own words.

Sandra said bye-bye to diverticulosis and spastic colon

Sherry:
I am a 61 year old woman diagnosed with Diverticulosis and
a spastic colon. I too was told I would be on a pain
medication for the rest of my life. No nuts, no seeds, no
mention of hope to be pain free without the meds.
I started researching the internet and found "Great Taste
No Pain." http://greattastenopain.com What a blessing
you are to those of us who need people like you!
I was so depressed because I have had a good healthy life
except for continuous constipation unless I used laxatives
and stool softeners. Now Diverticulosis as a result of not
eating a proper fiber diet. I had no clue what I was
setting myself up for. Every day I had nagging pain in my
lower left side!
I read all the testimonials on your website and I was so
excited to find out that there is help! I bought it, I
downloaded the plans, and I have been "PAIN FREE" since the
second day!
I have stopped the medication, laxatives and stool
softeners. My energy is up, I do not go hungry, it is not
expensive to follow, and the recipes are delicious! I
don't eat as much meat and I don't miss it. It is worth it
to feel this GREAT!!
My name is Mary Wright, Robert Wright is my husband of
nearly 45 years. Almost all of those years he has suffered
from stomach problems of some sort or another.
Recently, he underwent a gastric scope to ascertain if he
had cancer or an ulcer etc. The conclusion was that he had
GERD. He was taking medication already and the doctor
wanted to try some new drug ($) that was just out, so I
went searching and found you. http://greattastenopain.com
I do not believe in happenstance--I believe in God working
under cover. I joined your program, printed off everything
and got to work. As with a lot of others we were not
eating unhealthy foods, just the wrong combinations.
The four day plan worked and we are still at it.
We have lost weight and that is taking into account a trip
to see the grand kids where it was difficult but not
impossible to stick to the program.
We saw the doctor this morning and he was amazed at how
well Robert looked and how un-bloated he was compared to 2
months prior. Robert has lost a total of 10# since his
last visit.
Our doctor was very impressed with my oral presentation of
your program and asked me for a copy. He doesn't think too
many people have my dedication to a getting problems
solved, but what I don't understand is, when everything you
eat makes you sick, why would you not try the program?
What else I find amazing, is the fact that people say that
"most" people do not have stomach problems when there is a
multi-million dollar industry making pills as fast as they
can, selling them on TV and convincing most doctors of
their worth.
So, here is my 2 cents worth. I am sure you have heard it
all before, but I wanted to add in my thoughts.

Lots of great changes

Sherry,
I have been on your plan now for one week and two days.
The end of the first day I noticed a marked improvement in
comfort. I stuck to it totally the first 2 3/4 days.
However, we were traveling and so I deviated a tiny bit,
yet still improved. When we got home I just continued on
as I was feeling so much better.
At the end of one complete week I told my husband I could
not believe how much better I felt.
I have a hiatal hernia and constant sinuses. Here are my
improvements to date.
- Soreness and burning between rib cage is 85% improved.
- Constant feeling to eat with the idea that my stomach
would feel better is gone.
- Cravings are gone.
- Nausea feeling is gone.
- Vaginitis/itching is gone.
- Sinuses have improved 75%.
- Constant cough from drainage is almost gone.
Overall, I have great improvement in a very short period
of time. I've have sinuses since I was 48 and am now 67
years.

Back to me again. It's one thing to hear me explain
relationships between food and health, but it's quite
another to hear the words of real people getting great
health benefits and getting off drugs. Congratulations to
all of you!
Now for YOU: Are you ready to finally do what you need to
do to feel better naturally without drugs? And maybe (like
Mary above) help a loved one do the same?
