About a month ago I caught up with a former business
associate of mine (Peg) who I hadn't seen in about 7 years.
Now, Peg had a LONG history of terrible low back pain.
The doctors did the usual battery of tests and couldn't
find anything wrong with her discs or organs, so they
concluded it must be a soft tissue problem.
Their treatment: Prescription pain relievers. (So what
else is new?)
Peg didn't want to walk around everyday in a pain pill-
induced stupor, so she did what she thought was a better
option--she did stretching exercises and took ibuprofen
whenever the pain got bad.
Problem was, she was taking so much ibuprofen that she
ended up with gastritis from it.
So, in addition to her nagging back pain, she regularly
felt a fire in her stomach, nausea and was constantly
bloated.
Talk about misery--hurting from the front and back!
She told me about all this when we talked last month. I
asked her if she remembered the way I ate back when we
worked together. (She knew my story--that I completely
eliminated my IBS through my diet.)
She said, "Oh, yeah. I remember you would only eat
certain things together and you ate very healthy, right?"
I said, "Yes, and I've spent years researching it and
developed an entire program that has helped thousands of
people all over the world to end the pain of their
digestive problems--including acid reflux, colitis, hiatal
hernia, IBS, Crohn's, ulcers and gastritis."
She was so excited. "Do you think it could help me too?"
I told her I didn't think it could--I KNEW it could.
That was a month ago.
Now that Peg has been eating the way I teach in Great
Taste No Pain http://www.greattastenopain.com for one month
and cutting back on the ibuprofen, her gastritis has
completely healed.
And the really awesome news is...
Her back pain is gone, too.
You see, pain is commonly the result of inflammation, and
inflammation is often caused by acidity in the body.
Peg's diet before switching to Great Taste No Pain was
nothing to write home about. She relied on convenience
foods and ate whatever bad combinations of food tasted good-
-all resulting in tremendous acid in the digestive system
and her whole body.
So unbeknownst to her, Peg was not only helping her
stomach heal, but she was making her pH more alkaline,
which reduced the long-standing state of inflammation her
body was in.
And her back pain went away. No more pills necessary.
So the benefits of feeding your body the way it's designed
to digest it doesn't stop in the digestive tract.
When you reduce acid, your entire body rejoices.
Arthritis symptoms decrease or go away. Same with
fibromyalgia, skin problems, headaches, allergy symptoms,
infections and viruses. Energy goes way up, and you sleep
better at night.
It's so easy to work with your body and give it a fighting
chance against acid, pain and disease. If you have chronic
pain and take medicine for it, you AREN'T using http://www.greattastenopain.com well... that's like beating
your head against a concrete wall every day and taking pain
pills for it...
It'd be better to stop beating your head against the wall.
Right?
To your health,
Sherry Brescia
PS: Vera from Tasmania is now bloating and reflux-free:

Hello Sherry,
I think it's time for me to write and say that after a
couple of months on Great Taste No Pain I am feeling
fantastic - no bloating - no reflux - no stomach discomfort
at all.
There are a couple of ingredients I can't find here in
Tassie, but can substitute what I think will combine well
with your recipes. At present, being the coldest part of
our winter, I am enjoying your soups, especially the lentil
soup.
I am so grateful to you for this wonderful eating system
and enjoy its simplicity and regret the many years I
suffered before finding you.
Thank you for all the hard work you have put into it and
the letters which come to give advice about various ills
which can crop up when eating the wrong foods.
Yours very sincerely,
Vera
