I was in line at the grocery store last Saturday watching
the woman in front of me unload her stuff onto the conveyer
belt.
I say "stuff" because there was nothing in her cart that
even closely resembled real food. It was amazing--every
single item in her cart was processed (came in a box, bag,
can or jar). Every one.
There was not a fresh fruit or vegetable to be found. No
fresh meat, poultry or fish (and this grocery store is
known for its excellent selection of fresh foods).
But there was lots of soda, sugary cereals, frozen
dinners, canned soups, ice cream, Sara Lee frozen chocolate
cake, Lunchables, white bread and potato chips.
The closest she came to real food was the chocolate
covered raisins she was buying. I'm serious!
She was a good 50 pounds overweight, bulging out all over
and moved very slowly. And she didn't appear to be much
older than me.
No surprise.
It's a travesty that people are so blind to the fact that
their diet is the single most significant factor in
determining their level of health (or sickness and
disease).
Or they choose to ignore it.
Eating processed food and incorrectly combining your foods
makes you sick. It causes disease. It makes you fat. And
you're very likely to die far sooner than the man upstairs
had planned for you.
You cannot believe the lies that the food giants tell you
about their chemical creations. They're despicable lies
all in the interest of profits.
Eating processed foods and badly combined meals creates an
overly acid environment in your body.
This acid causes inflammation in your bones, joints,
tissues and organs.
It destroys the vitamins and minerals from foods or
supplements.
When you are overly acid, you stay hungry all the time.
And it causes your body to break down, get diseased and die.
Last Wednesday I heard from a client "down under" in
Australia (Brigitte) who, unlike most people, recognizes
and takes responsibility for what her past eating habits
have done to her.
She's now suffering from what sounds like a hiatal hernia
and scarred esophagus.
A hiatal hernia is where the top part of the stomach
bulges out through the diaphragm (an umbrella-like wall of
muscle that sits over the digestive organs). It looks like
a balloon does when you squeeze one end of it and create a
bulge.
When you have a hiatal hernia, stomach acid can easily go
gliding up through the bulge and into your esophagus (food
tube). That's what causes the acidy burps and burning
feeling in your chest and throat (and can severely damage
your esophagus and lead to cancer in the long run).
Here's what Brigitte says:

Sherry you are soooo right!
We are victims of our own stupidity & it's not just the
Americans. I'm Australian and we are no better!
I have no esophagus muscles and the opening to my tummy is
too big. My food breaks down at 1/3 the normal rate. I
have many other problems to go with it, because my own
immune system has turned against me.
Well to be honest Sherry, I'm not surprised after all the
crap I've put into myself over the years under the guise of
thinking I was eating healthy.
Ha! Wasn't that a laugh. All I can say to everyone out
there DON'T BELIEVE the advertising (of the food giants).
Check it out for yourself--it's worth the effort.
I have since bought the Great Taste No Pain system
- http://www.greattastenopain.com and I love it. I have
turned my entire family around with this great way of
eating. We are all feeling heaps better and we have only
just started.
Thanks Sherry. The really fun part was realizing that it
is so simple! A child could do it. My kids have come up
with some amazing recipes and meals of their own just by
simply using your system.
Keep doing what you're doing, Sherry. You are a God send.
Thank you from the converted here in Australia.
Bless you, Sherry.

SB: Brigitte, I'm so happy for you and your family. It's
never too late--even though you have suffered the effects
of the food giant's false promises, you're now on a great
road of recovery. I wish you all the best.

quickly you feel better when you eat the right foods in the
way they are supposed to be eaten.
Let me show you how easy it is. And like Brigitte says,
even a child could do it.
