Swallowing a basketball

Hi my friend,

One of the most common digestive complaints that I hear
about from clients is bloating.

I'm not talking about a feeling of fullness after you've
had dinner, or if you're a woman, the period-related
swelling you get a couple days a month.

I'm talking about the feeling like you swallowed a
basketball, in sharp pain, and having to unbutton your
pants to be able to breathe- kind of bloated.

I used to have it every day, at least once a day.

It's horribly uncomfortable and painful, and affects
everything about you.

You visit the restroom to see if you can "go" and ease
some of the agony, but nothing happens.

If you're at work, you try to concentrate and do your job
while your waistband is squeezing your stomach like a vise.
I've even popped buttons from my skirts and suit pants and
broke one zipper, it was so bad!

If you're out socially, forget trying to wear dressy
clothes that are well-fitted or clingy.  You're better off
in sweats and a baggy shirt.

If you're having a romantic evening with that special
someone, you feel less attractive when they see your gut
looking like it's going to burst, plus lovemaking can be
uncomfortable or downright painful.

You get to the point where all you want to do every night
is curl up in bed and be alone.

Any of this sound familiar?  If so, read on.  I have an
answer for you.

That used to be my life...but not any more.  Not since I
began eating the way I teach in Great Taste No Pain 16
years ago.  http://www.greattastenopain.com

Now, bloating can be associated with Crohn's, colitis,
GERD, acid reflux, diverticulitis, IBS, or just good, old-
fashioned gas.

Regardless of any underlying challenge, it's a sign that
there's World War III going on in your "lower end."  And
that, my friend, is a direct reflection of what you put in
your mouth.

You see, our bodies were meant to digest various foods in
different ways and use unique enzymes for each type of
food.  In order for the enzymes to do their job, you
absolutely cannot eat all types of food at the same time.
Because they all require different digestive enzymes...that
end up canceling each other out.

If that happens, digestion basically halts.  Your poorly
digested food ends up sitting in your stomach for 8-10
hours or more, with the stomach secreting more and more
acid to try to digest it.  And you get...

...LOTS of gas.  Acidy burps.  Constipation or diarrhea.
A four-alarm fire in your chest.  Cramps.

And BLOATING!

If you feel full a lot, yet still feel hungry a lot, this
is what is going on...and it's time for YOU to get rid of
bloating forever.

I did 16 years ago and now live every day with a nice flat
stomach (and no missing buttons!).  I can help you do the
same with Great Taste No Pain.

The manual "How To End Stomach Pain Forever, Even If Your
MD Says, 'No Way!'" in the Great Taste No Pain system
teaches you the science behind how your stomach works, in
everyday language, so it makes perfect sense.

The guide "What To Eat With What" shows you exactly what
foods play nice together, so there's no guesswork.

And the recipe book has 112 of my most divine creations,
to make being bloat-free positively delicious.
