There's a fungus among us

Hi my friend,

Right now, hundreds of thousands of people are walking
around with symptoms such as mood swings, irritability,
cravings, bloating and indigestion.

If the symptoms get severe enough or last long enough,
they'll consult a doctor...and likely walk out with a
prescription for an anti-depressant or proton pump
inhibitor.

The drugs might give limited temporary relief, but they're
not addressing the cause.  And it's only a matter of time
before they either stop working and/or cause a whole bunch
of other problems--side effects.

You'll go back to the doctor and get--Guess what--another
drug.  And find themselves on the white coat treadmill.

What most people don't know and what most traditional
doctors don't realize is that these and many other symptoms
are caused by a fungus--Candida albicans, or just Candida
as it's commonly called.

Candida is technically a fungus, but it's usually referred
to as a yeast.  They occur naturally in our
gastrointestinal tract and help keep us healthy--when
they're present in the right amount, that is.

The problems arise when candida grow out of control.  Then
these good little health agents become harmful to the body.
(Kind of like cute little Gizmos that turn into Gremlins if
you feed them after midnight.)

Candida overgrowth is called Candidiasis and it can wreak
all kinds of havoc in the body.

In addition to the symptoms that I mentioned above,
candidiasis can also cause:

* Vaginal yeast infections
* Thrush (candida in the throat and mouth)
* Chronic fatigue
* Headaches
* Inflammation
* Joint and muscle aches and pains
* Growth of cysts and tumors
* Allergic reactions to foods
* Susceptibility to colds and flu
* Fungal infections on the skin and nails

...and many more.

Candidiasis is also recognized by many holistic health
professionals as a contributing factor to rheumatoid
arthritis and fibromylagia.

It's estimated that 80 million people have candidiasis and
most don't even know it.

And since the traditional medical community doesn't treat
candidiasis in and of itself (instead they just give drugs
for the symptoms), countless people are walking around with
often debilitating symptoms, with yeast swarming their
bodies, on drugs that don't have a snowball's chance in
hell of actually curing them.

You might be wondering what causes this nice, friendly
fungus to proliferate into a sickness and disease-causing
monster.

Science shows the biggest cause is food.

Specifically, surprise-surprise, acid-creating foods and
incorrectly combine foods (that over-produce acid in the
stomach which spreads through your body through the
bloodstream).

Yeast LOVE acid-creating diets and it makes them multiply
faster than rabbits.  And since most people's diets are
VERY acid-creating, yeast is running rampant, quite
literally.

But never fear, the answer to this dilemma is very simple--
Take away the acid and you starve the bad yeast to death.

Now this isn't a one-day or one-week thing.  Bad yeast are
like The Terminator ("I'll be back") so it's essential to
live a LIFE of eating in the way that keeps acid low.

Then you never have to worry about yeast overgrowth coming
back.

The Great Taste No Pain system is your key to a low-acid
lifestyle.

PS:  Great Taste No Pain was the answer to Anita's prayers:

*******************

Hi Sherry,

Last week I had an endoscopy on my stomach and was
diagnosed with gastritis.  I had lost about 10 pounds in
about 1 month because of it.

I was given a prescription for Prevacid.  Needless to say,
I had very severe cramps when I took it.  My husband is a
pharmacist and insisted that the Prevacid was the problem.
As soon as I stopped taking it the cramps went away, but
still had gastritis.

Then I found your site and downloaded the eating plan.  I
felt better immediately.

The vomiting had stopped and I was holding my food down.

Now I am only eating what's on your list of good food
combinations and am pain-free.

It's only been about 8 days, but I am very confident that
this is the answer to my many years of stomach and
digestive problems.  I also have always been lactose
intolerant.  I believe that problem will resolve itself also.

Thanks for your help. It is an answer to my prayers.

Anita
