Right now, hundreds of thousands of people are walking
around with symptoms such as mood swings, irritability,

Candida is technically a fungus, but it's usually referred
to as a yeast. They occur naturally in our

candidiasis in and of itself (instead they just give drugs
for the symptoms), countless people are walking around with
often debilitating symptoms, with yeast swarming their
bodies, on drugs that don't have a snowball's chance in
hell of actually curing them.
You might be wondering what causes this nice, friendly
fungus to proliferate into a sickness and disease-causing
monster.
Science shows the biggest cause is food.
Specifically, surprise-surprise, acid-creating foods and
incorrectly combine foods (that over-produce acid in the
stomach which spreads through your body through the
bloodstream).
Yeast LOVE acid-creating diets and it makes them multiply
faster than rabbits. And since most people's diets are
VERY acid-creating, yeast is running rampant, quite
literally.
But never fear, the answer to this dilemma is very simple--
Take away the acid and you starve the bad yeast to death.

Hi Sherry,
Last week I had an endoscopy on my stomach and was
diagnosed with gastritis. I had lost about 10 pounds in
about 1 month because of it.
I was given a prescription for Prevacid. Needless to say,
I had very severe cramps when I took it. My husband is a
pharmacist and insisted that the Prevacid was the problem.
As soon as I stopped taking it the cramps went away, but
still had gastritis.
Then I found your site and downloaded the eating plan. I
felt better immediately.
The vomiting had stopped and I was holding my food down.
