You CAN eat raw vegetables, nuts and seeds

Hi my friend,

I continue to be disheartened over the number of people
who suffer from digestive problems and are told by their
doctors that they can't eat raw vegetables, nuts and seeds. 

Complete BS.

And what's worse is when these people DO eat those foods
it's typically with the wrong foods, or along with other
poorly combined foods.  So they end up in agony and think
their doctor was right-- they can't eat raw vegetables,
nuts and seeds. 

Even more BS. 

Raw vegetables, nuts and seeds are undeniably the most
perfect, health-enhancing foods on the planet--they are the
exact foods that Mother Nature provided to nourish us.

As a matter of fact, I challenge ANYONE to eat nothing but
those foods for a week and then tell me at the end of that
week that they have digestive pain.  Anyone. 

It won't happen.
   
If you eat raw vegetables, nuts and seeds the way I teach
in Great Taste No Pain, ANYONE can eat them...without pain
or problems.  Same goes for fruit, my friend.

But when you eat them with the wrong other foods, yes, you
will have pain, fatigue, constipation, gas, diarrhea, acid
reflux, bloating, IBS and a whole host of other problems...

And you'll probably blame it on the raw vegetables, nuts,
seeds or fruit.

And your doctor will probably tell you the same thing...
because they don't know any better either. 

16 years ago, after a week in the hospital fed by I.V., I
had a prominent gastroenterologist tell me to stop eating
cabbage, broccoli, spinach, nuts, seeds and fruit because
of IBS (and give me pills, of course).

Imagine--a trained professional instructing me to not eat
some of the best health-enhancing foods in existence.

Good thing I ignored him. 

And because I ignored him, I'm going on 17 years of living
pain-free and medication-free.

I eat those delicious foods all the time--without pain,
gas, bloating, acid reflux or IBS attacks.
