I remember being in college waaaay back in the early
1980's, doing homework in my room with a sharp stabbing
pain in my gut and being bloated like a beach ball. All I
wanted to do was curl up on the bed.
Or I'd be at the campus library studying for exams with
friends and have to fly to the bathroom several times...it
was pretty embarrassing.
I had no clue that what I was eating and drinking was
causing my agony.
I thought I was eating very healthy, but I now know that I
had no idea what healthy was.
Plus, like many teenage girls, I was concerned about my
weight and tried to cut calories wherever I could. So
instead of fattening drinks and snacks, I would opt for
diet soda or coffee without sugar.
Talk about adding kerosene to the fire.
Thank goodness at age 30, 12 painful years later, I
finally learned what I was doing wrong--I shudder to think
what I'd be like right now if I still ate the same way as I
did then.
I'd probably have a colostomy like my Mom. (yes, that
trait did get passed to me genetically, but no, you don't
have to be a victim of your genes).
And my miserable past has become your ray of hope NOW.
Because I created Great Taste No Pain
- http://www.greattastenopain.com/great.asp
for others like me that THINK they're eating healthy but
are still sick and in agony and don't know why.
Like Cressida. Much like myself, she is a student and was
feeling pretty miserable until she learned what healthy,
pain-free eating is:
*******************
Dear Sherry,
I read your emails with fascination and I have to say I've
achieved amazing results with Great Taste No Pain.
I am a 26 year-old student, who has been suffering IBS
symptoms since I can remember. The list of special events
where I was laid up in a bedroom somewhere, lying flat to
relieve the pain in my guts, is endless!!
The countless hours of ineffective study time because I
can't sit in a chair for too long without getting bloated
and in agony, are also endless.
I have seen doctors, specialists, naturopaths, Chinese
herbalists, you name it, I've seen them all.
I've been told I'm gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant
and most recently fructose intolerant.
The funny thing is, surprise, surprise, that no matter how
well I ate and avoided the "nasty" foods, I still felt
awful. The headaches, lethargy, bloating, constipation and
diarrhea all continued.
A gastroenterologist once told me I needed to accept that
my bowels were not "normal" and that I would be on
laxatives for the rest of my life!
Until, yep...like everyone else I discovered Great Taste,
No Pain (looking out of desperation during a stressful exam
period) and started to feel like I haven't felt, well...ever!
Thanks for all your wonderful research Sherry.
Regards,
Cressida

SB: Cressida, you remind me of myself way back when I was
a student. I'm so glad we found each other. Best of
success with your studies.
To your health,
Sherry Brescia
PS: Cheryl no longer has the "pregnant" look:
*******************
Dear Sherry ,
I am in the healing profession and have been aware of food
combining before. I have followed your 4-day plan with
success in reducing the "pregnant" look after I eat. I
didn't hurt with that aching irritating upper stomach
feeling and gas was reduced.
I have been on stomach muscle relaxers and fiber before
but stopped after two years of use with not much change and
I didn't like some of the side effects. Your program
simplified the challenge for me.
I look forward to receiving your entire program so I can
further improve my eating style at home and eating out. I
need to have the list of foods that states what is alkaline
and acidic so I know where to go from here.
Thank you for your devotion and drive to give your service
for the benefit of others.
