If you've been with me for a while, you've no doubt heard
me talk about a phenomenon I call the "white coat treadmill."
For those that haven't: The white coat treadmill is when
you have a medical problem and go to the doctor. Then with
a flip of the writs the doctor gives you medicine. Then
the medicine either causes side effects or stops working
(or both), so you go back to the doctor and get different
medicine. Then THAT medicine either gives you side effects
or stops working, so you go back to the doctor and get yet
another type of... etc., etc.
You end up feeling like you're in an endless cycle of
pills, tests and doctor visits with no real answers or
relief in sight.
The white coat treadmill.
That's how Sarah felt.
She went through 5 years of horrible stomach agony on the
white coat treadmill with no answers...until now:
Thank GOD I stumbled on your website. As I am 78 years of
age and a beginner internet/computer user, I feel it must
have been divine intervention-miracles do happen I am proof
For the past 5 years I have been suffering intermittently
with severe stomach cramps, bloating, shocking attacks of
belching and explosive flatulence.
The doctor just kept sending me for x-rays, ultrasounds,
catscans, etc. In the end I became so ill and
disillusioned I felt I had nowhere to turn.
During my last visit to see him I suggested I thought I
might be suffering from I.B.D. He said OK, and without
asking me anything relevant to that condition, wrote out
another script for Nexium (which I had been on for the
previous 4 months), and booked me for an endoscopy and
I was very unhappy about that, so I came home and surfed
the net and bingo-I found your site:
It all made sense, so I started as soon as your first menu
I have not had a pain or feeling of sickness since, my
bloating has virtually gone, and I now have so much energy
I am out in my beloved garden every moment I can spare.
Prior to finding your plan I was in pain all the time.
Every single thing I put in my mouth made me feel sick,
even water, my mind was in a fog, and my memory was really
bad. I still have a little way to go with my thinking
processes, but there is a vast improvement.
Thank you soooo much for opening my eyes. I wish you all
the very best.
SB: Sarah, I'm SO glad you were able to get off the white
coat treadmill and find a real answer to your problem. All
my best to you.
Now back to YOU: Are you (or someone close to you) on the
white coat treadmill, going from pill to pill and test to
test and not feeling any better?
What you eat has a HUGE impact on your health, as
evidenced by Sarah's story above. If you eat too many
acidic foods and poorly combine your foods, there's no
getting around it--you will have pain and sickness.
I would like to share my story. I have been suffering
with very bad acid reflux, so bad that I have been taken to
the hospital several times with pain that lasted for hours
on end. I ended up having my gallbladder removed after
many visits to gastros and other specialists.
I was very disgusted when I still got pain at night at
times and bloated even after my gallbladder was removed.
I decided to research the topic and found your website and
ordered your program.
After only a week I can say I am pain free, am not bloated
like I use to be and go to the bathroom regular and normally.
