You have a limited supply - use them wisely

Hi my friend,

Over the last year, I've written much about minimizing
acid-forming foods in your diet and correctly combining
your meals.

The biggest reasons to do this are:

1- To maintain an alkaline pH where disease finds it
impossible to live.

2- To prevent overproduction of acid in your stomach
(which is mainly responsible for the majority of digestion-
related problems people suffer from).

You probably did not know this, but each one of us at
birth is given a set amount of digestive enzymes.
