All the symptoms times 100

Hi my friend,

As I sat here enjoying one of my favorite mid-morning
snacks (bananas), I saw an email from a client (another
Sherry!) who hadn't been eating bananas for a long
time...or many other types of food for that matter.

She's had severe gastritis and reflux for 6 years, and her
doctor told her to stay away from spicy and hot foods,
tomatoes, ketchup, BBQ sauce, etc.

More bad advice from health care "professionals" who see
every problem as being solved only by a pill or a knife.
And their only answer for a diet-related challenge is to do
the avoid-dance.  (They avoid answering a question they
can't answer and you avoid foods you love.)

Sherry was wise enough to give Great Taste No Pain
- http://www.greattastenopain.com/great.asp a shot, and
she now calls me a life-saver.

Here's her story:

*******************

Hi Sherry,

Just a note to let you know that I tried your Pain-Free in
1 Day plan and it worked great!!

I was diagnosed in 2002 with severe gastritis and reflux.
I was also told that I had a high level of acidity in my
body.

I had all the symptoms times 100.  The burning, bloating,
burping, fullness in the chest, dizziness.  I had pain from
the middle of my chest straight through to my back.

I had allergies as well as was told by my allergist that
the reflux caused me to develop Asthma.  It was so severe
the doctor gave me tests to ensure that I didn't have
Barrett's Esophagus (which usually leads to cancer).

I suffered with constipation and nausea, as well as
regurgitation of whatever I would eat.

I used to be miserable, but not anymore.

I must admit that when I saw your plan, I thought that a
few of the things you instructed me to eat would cause me
gas, bloating and pain.

I was somewhat skeptical about doing the plan, because I
was told by my doctor to stay away from spicy foods, hot
foods, tomatoes, ketchup, BBQ sauce, etc.  Those things
would usually cause me misery.  There were even some fruits
that caused me bloating and gas and bananas was one of
them.

However, I wanted deliverance badly so I committed myself
to the plan and the results were amazing.

I noticed the very first day that the bloating and
fullness went away almost immediately, and I belched and
burped less than usual.  I also noticed that I go to the
bathroom much more freely and with less pain.

Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge with me--it has
been a life saver.  I thought I would have to continue
through life in pain and not be able to enjoy food again,
but following your plan has helped me tremendously.

I have also lost weight which is always a plus.  Thank you
so much!

SB:  Sherry, congratulations on committing yourself to
what really works, instead of surrendering to a life of
pills and avoiding good food.  I'll bet you see a drastic
improvement in your asthma and allergies soon too.  You're
on your way!

====

Now back to YOU:  What foods have you been told to avoid?
What foods don't "agree with you?"  What can't you eat?
I'll bet that if you do what I teach in Great Taste No Pain,
- http://www.greattastenopain.com/great.asp you'll see you
CAN enjoy those old "forbidden foods" that you love without
pain, suffering and pills.

Be like Sherry (above)--commit yourself to it and see what
happens.  I know you'll be happy with how great you feel.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

PS: Mark and his wife are singing the praises of Great
Taste No Pain:

*******************
Hi Sherry,

I have been using your 'Pain Free" diet methodology.  My
wife and I have enjoyed the new ways of combining foods we
already love.

I am going to tell friends and family members who suffer
from digestive tract problems from top to bottom about your
food plan.  I have 2 brothers who struggle with weight and
stomach issues.  I am trying to inform in a "no pressure"
sort of way that it is not so much about obesity as it is
about health and longevity.

If you are blessed with 30,000 days on this rock, they
might as well be as many days spent feeling well as possible.

Thanks,

Mark Alexander
