I have a lot of former junk food junkies for clients who I
call "the converted."
They admit to me that although it was a big change for
them at first, they feel fantastic now that they eat how I
teach in Great Taste No Pain.

They also say that deep down, they knew how they were
eating before was bad--they just didn't realize HOW bad.
But for others, it's not so obvious.
Many people are doing what they believe to be "right" yet
are still having digestive problems or packing on excess
pounds.
And that's VERY frustrating.
After all, people who choose to eat like crap and not move
(except to go to the refrigerator) are basically "making
their own bed and lying in it."
But it doesn't seem fair that someone who DOES eat what
they believe is healthy, and exercises faithfully should
feel bad, does it?
That's exactly what happened to Wanda.
She religiously did everything that seemed correct and yet
continued to suffer...until she learned the one thing she
was doing wrong.
Here's her story:

Hi Sherry,
I've been on your plan for a few weeks now, and I've never
felt better.
I've lost 8 pounds without even trying and without having
to go through the agony of counting calories and keeping a
log for a year like I did the last time I lost weight.
I was hospitalized in 1999 with diverticulitis and was on
IV for a week. I haven't had any bad attacks since, but
I've always been bothered with a bloated stomach and
routine pain associated with eating.
I'm 53 and a 10 year breast cancer survivor, so I had
already been focused on eating low fat, high fiber foods
and exercising regularly.
I hike, run road races, walk, do spin classes or some form
of exercise at least five times a week. I hardly ever ate
sweets. I don't smoke and only drink wine occasionally.
So why wasn't I feeling good?
Your plan helped me understand that I was eating too many
acidic foods and, more importantly, badly combining my
foods.
I have to admit that I was very skeptical and figured your
plan was just another gimmick or scam to make money off
people searching for answers.
I found out differently and regret thinking that of
someone honestly giving a large part of their life and time
to help others.
When I follow your plan exactly and not cheat on the food
combinations, I have absolutely no pain or bloating and I
feel great and have lots of energy...
Wanda

SB: Wanda, your story is a lot like mine. I too ate what
I thought was healthy and exercised regularly and was still
in agony everyday.
My stomach is also not forgiving AT ALL if I eat a bad
combination, but when you think about it, it makes sense.
Eating badly combined foods is like putting water in your
gas tank--no matter how much gas you put in before, if you
put water in, your car will revolt!
Our stomachs are the same way. Feed them the way they're
supposed to be fed and your whole body works great. Do
otherwise and you pay the price with either digestive
problems, headaches, aches and pains, added pounds or a
whole variety of possible consequences.

Now back to all of you: If you're like Wanda and think
you're doing everything right but are still sick, in pain,
or thick in the middle, the answer to the mystery is right
here:

Come on over and see for yourself how easy it can be to
slightly tweak what you're eating and feel FANTASTIC as a
result!
To your health,
Sherry Brescia
PS: Lillian feels "almost" young again:

Sherry:
I was ill with a diverticulitis attack when a friend sent
me an email from you. I was ready to try anything to not
have to go back to the doctor for another round of
antibiotics that made me worse than I was already.
In 4 days on your plan I felt like a new person! So great
that I really started cleaning my house--I had not felt
able to run the sweeper all summer.
