A thought hit me this morning that is truly incredible.
Since the release of Great Taste NO Pain, literally tens of
thousands of people have written to me describing their
various digestive problems.
Sometimes the descriptions are so vivid that I clench my
teeth because I can almost feel their pain, since I've been
there. And I can feel the frustration and fear in their
words.
Many of you say that you feel like you're in prison,
you're dying or that you're hopeless. Especially when
you've had surgery and take bunches of pills and STILL
don't feel any better.
Like Sandrine.
By age 34 she ended up without a gallbladder and on
numerous medications.
Here's what she says:

Dear Sherry,
I found your website on November 5th and I feel so much
better since that day.
I have suffered from stomach pain (cramping) as long as I
can remember, but I was able to go through my everyday life
without too many problems...or I should say without too
many medications...until I reached my late 20's.
I started to have more bloating and cramping and it seemed
whatever I could eat would create some pain. I began
eating what most people, including me, call "healthy food"
and eliminated a lot of things I like but it didn't help.
I was so worried because I was projecting myself a few
years along the road with more and more problems. As you
know very well, when doctors cannot find a precise
diagnosis, they attribute the problem of poor digestion to
IBS or dyspepsia, just to name a few.
It never hit me before I found your website that my
problem was much more related to a poor combination of food
than to the type of food I was eating.
After having a severe attack of epigastric pain back in
March 2008, I had an endoscopy, a colonoscopy and several
abdominal scans. It was discovered that I had a stone in
my gallbladder.
Well, I never experienced vomiting or stabbing pain in my
right shoulder like people having gallstones would describe
their excruciating pain. Nevertheless, my GI doctor
thought that I should see a surgeon and have my gallbladder
removed.
The surgeon agreed, and explained the risk of having a
blockage in my liver. Having a medical background myself,
I realized the potential danger of the situation but still
was quite puzzled that I never experienced the general
symptoms described by other people.
But I was in such pain (that really felt like gastritis),
and wanted to get some relief, so I thought I should have
surgery and trust the medical advice I received. I got
convinced that my digestive trouble was related to my
gallbladder.
April 30, 2008 was the day of my surgery and the beginning
of my nightmare. I developed diarrhea after the procedure
but the doctor said that it was nothing unusual after this
type of surgery. He explained that my body will adjust and
it could take a few weeks.
Time went by and my diarrhea got worse to the point that I
was hospitalized for 4 days with bloody diarrhea. Again, I
had another colonoscopy and biopsies done to rule out
certain types of GI diseases and infections.
I was discharged from the hospital with so many meds to
take that it scared the he** out of me. Being only 34
years old and suddenly so heavily medicated didn't sound
right.
The bleeding stopped finally but my GI tract was a mess
from the esophagus to the anal canal. I also developed
gastric reflux and was put on proton pump inhibitors.
They did help a little bit but I still experienced
bloating, cramping and some epigastric pain almost every
day.
I started surfing the internet and discovered so much
information about GI disorders and lots of comments from
people experiencing GI problems. That's when I found you.

After a week following your plan, I started feeling so
much better. I don't have epigastric pain anymore and my
bloating and cramping seem like history. It's still so
recent that I have a hard time believing this is happening
to me.
One thing is sure, you gave me confidence that I can cook
tasty food without fearing the afterwards digestive
trouble. I am still learning how to combine food and I am
really excited to try some of your yummy recipes for
Thanksgiving.
I cannot express my gratitude enough for what you gave me--
physical relief and hope that my nightmare can end.
The most extraordinary thing is that everything is right
there, everybody can do it with your advice and it DOESN'T
require taking any secret ingredient.
I became a bit skeptical after trying so many "miracle"
treatments and I was particularly attracted by the way you
nicely offer a 4 day trial before buying your book.
Thank you so much for sharing what you have learned the
hard way and making me feel so good again.
Kind regards,
Sandrine

To your health,

PS: Dragica said goodbye to IBS:
*******************
Hi Sherry,
My name is Dragica Presiloski. I was diagnosed with IBS
about a month ago. I started a search on the internet for
info and came across your site.
The symptoms you described where what I was experiencing.
So I printed the Pain-Free in 1 Day plan. At first I was
skeptical, but as I read your e-mails in the following days
I thought what the heck I've got to give this a try. So I
did.
I started November 3rd and I can't belief how much better
I feel. I no longer feel bloated and gassy.
By the afternoon I used to be so bloated that my stomach
looked like I was 6 months pregnant, and I'm only 5'1" and
120 lbs., so you can only imagine what I looked like.
I felt horrible. I'd make several trips to the washroom
because I was in pain and so gassy and constipated. It was
so embarrassing.
At the end of the 4 day plan I ordered your entire Great
Taste No Pain system.
Thank you so much, I feel like someone truly cares and
understands.
