Just a quick note this morning because I have LOTS of
Christmas decorating to do.

I have been following your Great Taste No Pain plan and I
have been greatly relieved from microscopic colitis
problems.
Your spaghetti sauce recipe is wonderful as are the
eggplant recipes.
Yesterday (Thanksgiving) I thought I would take smaller
portions but would try eating some mismatched foods.
Wrong choice! I have to confess that last night was awful-
-I had diarrhea and was up and down for hours.
This morning when my girls wanted to go early Black Friday
shopping I simply could not. I was back on pills to stop
my symptoms.
This was a bitter lesson learned about sticking with the
program.
Believe me I will be back on track!

Hi Sherry
I just got your lovely cookbook and can't wait to try some
of the recipes. Many are similar to my Italian mum's!
I've been trying to eat 'your way' for a week now though I
am so used to my badly combined meals, but it has been
worth it because my gut feels better and empties more
regularly.
Constipation is the only symptom of gastritis (diagnosed
by endoscopy) that I get regardless of the mess of
inflammation inside so this is a sign things are definitely
improving.
