The most remarkable family story - please read


I'm often asked what the key to health is and what causes
disease.

The answer cannot be stressed enough.

It's the importance of having an alkaline pH.

Acidity in the body is behind ALL disease and pain.
Literally every disease the human body is plagued with is
caused or made worse by an acidic pH measure in the body.

Every single one.

Here are just a few examples to show you what's going on
inside when you're acidic: 

-- An acidic pH ensures that a body cannot heal itself and
is in a constant state of inflammation.

-- An acidic pH ruins the immune system, which means the
welcome mat is out for colds, viruses and infections.

-- An acidic pH takes away the body's ability to
effectively use, absorb and benefit from vitamins and
minerals from food or supplements.  So most vitamins or
supplements taken end up as expensive pee. 

-- Acidic wastes build up in the organs, joints and
tissues and become things like diverticulitis, arthritis,
lupus, kidney stones, heart disease, migraines and
fibromyalgia, just to name a few.

-- Tumors of all types, including cancer, thrive like a
field of dandelions in an acidic environment.

-- Bones crumble and muscles weaken because their alkaline
mineral supply is used up by the body trying to neutralize
the acid in the blood.

-- Even the nervous system is affected.  Acidity has been
linked to diseases like MS and Parkinson's.

...those are just a few examples of the inside of an
acidic body.

So it's not surprising that people notice many changes
once they start eating a more alkaline diet.

Hi Sherry:  

It would take pages and pages and pages to tell you of our
medical history. 

Short version:  My husband Herman was chemically poisoned
25 years ago, which has left him with way to many illness
to name.

However, about 5 years ago Herman was given maybe a year
at best to live.  He was bleeding from all parts of his
body, kept nothing in his stomach and had pain everywhere.

We gave him all sorts of meds to keep him comfortable.
But somehow the good Lord healed him of most of his
illnesses (that is why we can now say 5 years ago).

We have spent the last 5 years getting him off of all the
meds with an exception of a few.  One of the side effects
of long term meds left him with multiple ulcers in the
stomach and intestines.

Since using your Great Taste No Pain program, for the
first time in years Herman's stomach is pain free, no acid
reflux, more energy, sleeping all night long and a new
smile on his face.

He is diabetic, and regardless of what he did or did not
eat, we could barely keep his blood sugars under 300.  He
went from 1-850mg of glucophage a day, to 3 a day with
added insulin that started at 10 units and in a short time
increased to 100 units, causing added weight gain.

With just 5 days of Great Taste No Pain, his blood sugars
have dropped by 130 down to 170! (WOW and praise the Lord.) 

We have stopped his lunch time glucophage (he crashed a
few times with too much glucophage and a low blood sugar)
and we have started to reduce his insulin by 10 units at a
time.

Because of acid reflux, Herman would drink a gallon of
milk; drink at least 1/4 to 1/2 bottle of Mylanta and
countless Tums or Pepcid each day.  (He had been on
Protonix but it caused his blood sugars to be over 400).

Now, after just 5 days of Great Taste No Pain, the only
milk he has drunk (and not very much of it) has been almond
or soy.  He has not taken any Mylanta or antacids!

For myself (Sharon, Herman's wife of 37 years), I too have
a long medical history.

Short version:  I took phen fen diet drugs in 1998.  Since
then, I've had many blocked arteries to my heart and head.

I have had many heart attacks, bypass surgery and many
strokes of which a few took a great deal of my memory and
physical ability away.  I also developed severe Lupus.

The good Lord healed me too of many of my illnesses and
over time a lot of memory has returned (especially in the
last 2 years).

When we started the Great Taste No Pain way of eating I
was in a pretty good Lupus flare-up (it is no fun). By day
3 the lupus flare was starting to simmer down and today,
still having some pain, but feeling much better.

I am believing with the good Lord's help and eating your
food combinations my hair will return and I will experience
less and less flare-ups with less severity.

Herman and I both suffer from arthritis and we have seen
improvement in our pain level and movement.

We are currently caregivers to my 80 year old parents.  My
Dad suffers from dementia and my mom is frail, weighing 85
lbs, just diagnosed with an ulcer and has always eaten like
a bird.

They, too, are doing Great Taste No Pain, as I am the cook
and of course they agreed to it also.

The improvement we have seen in my dad is amazing.  He has
gone from setting in a chair and sleeping all day, only to
wake to eat or go to the bathroom, to being very animated
and talkative.

He does not make sense on everything but is doing better.
He is also up with his walker, walking the house and
wanting to go outside.  In fact, 2 days in a row he has set
on the back patio and enjoyed the sun.

As for my mom, Wow--I fix her a small plate of whatever we
are eating, but she eats the whole thing, says it's great
and is looking forward to the next meal.  She has gained 2
very good pounds. 

She too is experiencing less arthritis pain, is up and
doing more of the daily house chores (laundry, dishes
etc.). She is also helping with the daily care of dad and
has more energy at the end of the day.

I can only say, God Bless and praise the Lord for you
sharing your knowledge.  I have already shared Great Taste
No Pain with all that I speak to and am willing to help
them get on the Great Taste No Pain Way.
