You ask, I answer

I read through the emails our Support staff receives every
day from clients.  It's important to me to know what people
are asking and what challenges you face.

And when I see the same questions repeatedly, I know there
must be hundreds of thousands more that are wondering
the same thing.

Here are a few examples:

*******************

Q:  I've tried Great Taste No Pain
- http://www.greattastenopain.com/great.asp
for a few days and don't feel any different.  When will I
start to feel an improvement?

A:  Most people's bodies respond VERY quickly--almost
instantly--yet some take a bit longer, depending on how
acidic your body is when you started, how many toxins you
have built up and how much healing has to take place.
Ulcers, for example, are open wounds and may need time to
heal before you will feel completely normal.

Just be patient.  Your body must detox (clean itself from
the inside) and start functioning like it should.  Give it
time--it's been battling a onslaught of acidic foods and
bad combinations for probably quite some time.

Medication is also a factor.  Many drugs cause bowel
problems and other horrible side effects (yet another
lovely feature of the poisons put out by big pharma), and
that won't change no matter how well you eat.

It also depends on how consistent you are from the start.

You can't do the plan just half the time, or "cheat" and
eat a bad combination and expect to feel great.  That's
like banging your thumb with a hammer then complaining that
it hurts.

Consistency and persistence = results and great health.

Q:  I see you say coffee is no good.  I love coffee--
what's wrong with it?

A:  I love coffee too--I used to drink 6-8 cups a day.
That is, until I learned what it was doing to me, so I gave
it up.

Coffee is by far one of THE most unhealthy, acidic liquids
you can drink.  It ranks just below soda in terms of
harmfulness to your body.

Coffee has a pH of 5 -- meaning HIGHLY acidic.  (Pure acid
is 0, neutral is 7 and pure alkaline is 14.)

Coffee's also loaded with caffeine, an addictive drug that
leads to both physical and psychological dependence.

Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system much like
cocaine, and can lead to high blood pressure, birth
defects, kidney failure, diabetes, gastric ulcers
pancreatic cancer, restlessness and stomach upset.

And don't think you're doing something good if you drink
decaf.  It still has the same acidity as high test, plus
the decaffeinating process uses some highly caustic
chemical solvents.

Q:  Should I stop taking my medications when I start using
Great Taste No Pain?

A:  We can't advise you when you should stop taking your
medications--that's something you should discuss with your
doctor and a decision you must make for yourself.

What we CAN say is that thousands of people have healed
themselves and improved their health so drastically while
following the principles laid out in Great Taste No Pain
that they've been able to reduce or discontinue all kinds
of medication--including pills for high blood pressure,
arthritis, colitis, acid reflux, migraines and even insulin
for diabetes.

Q: What's your opinion of colon cleanses?

A:  They're definitely very effective in cleansing built
up wastes from the large intestine.

But the most important thing to remember is that you
shouldn't eat in a way that causes waste build-up to begin
with.

You see, eating in any way that creates more acid
digestive juices and which goes against what I teach in
Great Taste No Pain
- http://www.greattastenopain.com/great.asp is harmful to
the body - 24/7.  With each mouthful at each meal on each
day, your energy capacity is reduced and your overall
health is compromised.

Acid builds up.  Cellular energy plummets.  Aches and
pains begin or get worse.  And whatever "disease" you are
predisposed to can just "pop up out of nowhere."

So you can't just rely on an occasional colon cleanse to
"make it all better."  Sure, your colon will be cleaner
temporarily, but the damage will already have been done.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

PS:  Sandra's headaches are completely gone and she's
close to being off Prevacid:

Sherry:

First of all, thank you so much for "Great Taste No Pain."

I have tried so many things to help with acid reflux and
colitis.  The constant feeling of bloating, gas, diarrhea
and pain are beyond measure.

When I read your story of what you went through, I thought
surely you were talking about me.  One trip to the hospital
and seven days of constant IV's just to get back to just OK
was like a horror story.  I honestly thought I was going to
die.

I have tried GTNP and am so amazed.  I cannot believe that
now I don't feel like I'm 4 foot thick in my abdomen any
more.

I actually can eat vegetables and fruits and not feel like
I'm going to die from it.

I also was on Prevacid but now down to every other day
plus a less dosage to boot.  The amazing thing is my
headaches are gone also.

Thank you So Much

Sandra
