The missing link

Sadly, there are countless people all over the world
choose to eat whatever they please, their health be damned.

I've heard them say things like, "Oh well, you only live
once and I'm going to eat what I want to eat" or,
"I know this is no good for me, but I'll just take a pill
and I'll be good to go."

Those beliefs come with a price.  The phrase, "We reap
what we sow" comes to mind.

On the other hand, there are increasing numbers of people
who "see the light" and commit to eating for health...

...but then they STILL don't feel really good.  Sure, they
may see some improvements, but they still have nagging
aches, bloating, heartburn, stomach pain, etc.

Some of these people mistakenly think that this is as good
as it's going to get--it's their luck of the draw.  "I
guess I'm just meant to be this way" or worse yet, "It's
God's will that I'm sick."

What they don't realize is that they're just missing a
piece of the puzzle--a very important piece.

You see, you can eat the healthiest foods on the planet,
but unless you eat them in right combinations with the
correct other foods, you will have overproduction of acid
in the stomach, poor digestion and SICKNESS.

I don't care if you eat all organic, if you dine in the
finest gourmet restaurants, or grow all your own fresh
vegetables.

If you eat foods that require digestive enzymes that are
opposite on the pH scale, you stand about as much of a
chance of feeling good as standing in the pouring rain and
not getting wet.

'Taint going to happen.

Not until you discover the missing link--eating the right
foods together like I teach in Great Taste No Pain.

Here's a story from a woman who suspected her many health
problems were due to her diet, but didn't know what to
do...until now:

*******************

Hi Sherry:

My story is like others who can't simply enjoy life
because of being trapped in everyday struggle with a
different type of pain.  I was honestly fed up with my
condition - I'm not well today - every day.

I want to wake up full of energy and enjoy the day without
constantly thinking about how to relieve the pain in my
intestines first thing in a morning.  I think I'm paying a
big price now for my student's life - with no money and no
care about how diet affected my stomach.

I've had 3 operations and as a result - adhesions in my
intestines.

So I'm over 40-s now and diagnosed with chronic gastritis
and colitis, IBS, periodically having ulcers (last one in
2005) and a lot of other things I don't know how to
translate from Russian.

My symptoms when I have attacks are: constipation (up to 7
days), bloating, headache, fever, terrible smell from my
mouth, heartburn up to my throat, ache in my stomach under
ribs, weakness, low energy, sleepless nights, irritation,
vomiting, spots on my face and as a result hospitalization.

I'm a fighter in this life - if any problem arise, I'm not
sitting and waiting, sulking and moaning.  I'm a person of
action, trying to find the way out, and I knew that all my
problems with my health somehow related to imbalanced food.
That's why I tried many ways of eating including fasts but
without any big difference.

Two weeks ago I was taken to the hospital from work
because I was in terrible pain and spent the whole morning
vomiting.  At the hospital they did an x-ray and couldn't
do better then give me morphine and advise to see my GP
doctor for further investigation.

So that's why I decided to search through the Internet
rather then to wait again for the same info and the same
way of treatment and finally found your site.

I never actually tried combining foods before and was very
pleased to find a plan of action - your Great Taste No Pain
plan.

With your help and following all instructions, I found
myself relieved from heartburn, headaches and bloating.  I
also lost weight and started to sleep well, but the most
important thing is I feel much better and my stomach is
calmer at last.

Thank you very much for your caring and I know others will
find your plan easy to follow and useful as I did.

Many regards,

Tatiana

PS:  Martha is going on 65 years young and knows it's
never to late to get well:

*******************

Dear Sherry-

I love your informative emails--so keep them coming.

I'm on day 6 and awaiting your book in the mail.  I've
already lost 3 lbs and have no more cramps in my thighs at
night and no watery diarrhea.

The food is delicious and I found that I actually like SOY
MILK--what a shocker!!  I'm off the wine, coffee and sodas,
which have been part of my daily eating habits. Guess what?
I didn't die and I don't feel like I've lost anything but
weight and pain.

I am finally willing to admit that I've been too lazy to
make the dietary adjustments even though it all makes
sense.  Well, now it's my #1 priority along with exercise!

I expect to be healthier and happier come Feb. 23rd when I
celebrate my 65th birthday.

It's NEVER TOO LATE to get well!

Gotta go make my Ratatouille for dinner!

Many thanks for your wisdom and guidance,

Martha

SB:  Martha:  Thanks for sending the picture too, and an
early Happy Birthday to you!  May you enjoy many, many more
health-filled, happy years.  God bless you.
